• Maddi (7/5): Great location, house has so much potential to be an amazing stay, just needs better maintance and to be cleaned properl - Great location, plenty of room for our family, host company were very responsive The house needs a lot of maintenance and a good deep clean. Pool gate doesn’t auto close and is a hazard for small children.
• Reid (2/5): not what was expected - nothing poor safety example dangerous balustrading to upper floor. cooking facilities both inside and outside not working properly, loose wires on pool lights, misleading promotion, collapsing exterior feature wall falling onto chair
• Samantha (5/5): Passable - The place itself is lovely—well-equipped and in a great location. The pool and BBQ area weren’t clean when we arrived, yet we were charged $200 for supposedly not cleaning the BBQ—despite only using it once and making a conscious effort to scrape and clean it. We left the entire house in excellent condition: did the dishes, put everything away, swept the floors, placed used sheets and towels by the washer, and emptied all the bins. It was disappointing to have $200 taken with no acknowledgment of the care we took.
• Lianne (5/5): Beautiful location with potential but cleanliness was poor - Location Pool was dirty Gardens unkempt Inside Bin in kitchen was filthy Crumbs left on coffee table No heating upstairs - Central/ducted heating was not working at all (were not advised about this prior to stay). Floors were dirty Window sills not cleaned Spa was dusty Pool man was supposed to arrive and clean pool and take bins out for collection. He did not arrive and undertake these tasks. Outside rubbish bins were over capacity - we had to place out front for collection and bring back from street BBQ was not cleaned properly

• Casey (10/5): A lovely home for us to spend time together as a family for the weekend in the city. - We loved the personal touch with the handwritten welcome and gift basket with goodies. We absolutely loved the house and it was a nice weekend away for me and the girls. If there was anything to mention, I would just add that the bed in the upstairs room is really creaky when you move or roll on it. If you make any sudden movements it wakes you. Other than that, a wonderful stay and we will be back again when we are next in the city.
