• Conor (8/5): CHAMPIONS OF ENGLAND 🔴⚪️🔴⚪️🔴⚪️ - Great location. Check in was easy. The place was clean and the bed was comfy. Great for a simple 1 night stay. Also we're champions of England 🔴⚪️ There isn't very good sound proofing so you will hear everything going on outside the room. It personally wasn't a big issue for me but worth bearing in mind if you are someone who struggles to sleep with noise.

Très bon rapport qualité prix si vous comptez juste y dormir. La réactivité des hôtes est aussi superbe Le logement est assez humide et il n'est pas possible d'ouvrir les fenêtres pour aérer. Si vous avez la malchance de tomber sur d'autres personnes pas propres pendant votre séjour, la salle de bain commune risque d'être un problème comme ça à pu l'être pour nous, même si j'ai bien conscience que ce n'est pas de la faute des hôtes. Pas très bien isolé, donc assez bruyant

• Sankar (7/5): - There were provisions for morning tea biscuits and hot chocolates. Iron, iron board, drinking water provided in the common area. The instructions were not clear to apply the same code on the front and then onto the next door too; it said there are only two doors and we had to apply some combinations to figure out. The stay is in the basement and you will notice its poor state from the entrance itself. The bedroom carpets and toilet floors possibly have not been cleaned in ages. More professional and serviced apartments are available at the same price nearest to the city center. If the owner can focus on the cleanliness this can be a better place to stay.

• Martin (5/5): You get what you pay for, although NO WIFI connection in the room. - Rented it because of the location. Was near the Emirates Stadium. Easy to get to with public transport and a Tesco express across the street. Entering the premise was a bit confusing. NO WIFI!!! Although it is advertised with WiFi. Door of the room is very thin so you could hear literally everything that goes around the other part of the house. Noise cancelling headphones are a must if you want to sleep. You get what you pay for.

Our flight was rescheduled at the last minute, we had to pay for a night that wasn't used.The washing machine quit working in the middle of the cycle. Our clothes were soaking wet and we had to carry the wet clothes on the train to our next destination. The shower area was soaking wet, and nasty.

El wifi no funcionaba, la puerta de nuestra habitación no se podía cerrar, ya que tenía un código en ma manilla, pero se podía abrir igual sin el código. Por lo tanto cualquier persona podía entrar en cualquier momento. Además, los otros huéspedes no respetaban, gritaban todo el rato, tocaban las puertas por las noches y hacían mucho ruido, aunque entiendo que eso no es un problema directo del hostal.

• Paulina (1/5): Nie polecam, niski poziom nawet jak za niską cenę, nie wiem skąd wysokie oceny. - Lokalizacja, dobry wylot na lotnisko Poziom czystości bardzo niski, sam obiekt to w zasadzie piwnica, cienkie ściany, głośni goście którzy po nocy krzyczeli i kłócili się, biegali i trzaskali drzwiami, co było bardzo niepokojące i stresujące, nikt nie ma kontroli nad brak obiektem, więc nie wie nawet kto tam mieszka i jak się zachowuje. Dodatkowo nie ma jasnej instrukcji jak działają zamki i mieliśmy problem z zamknięciem drzwi do pokoju. To było bardzo nieciekawe doświadczenie i nie polecam.

Hałas prawie 24 godziny na dobę, do późnych godzin nocnych. Ściany z papieru, wszystko się trzęsło. W pokoju zimno, w łazience zimno, woda tylko letnia. Zamek w drzwiach nie działał, każdy mógł wejść do mojego pokoju nawet w środku nocy. Gospodarz ma wszystko gdzieś i tylko zwodzi, że wyśle kogoś do naprawy. Informacje dotyczące zameldowania przychodzą dopiero godzinę wcześniej, do tego wymagania typu selfie, dopłata za ręczniki.

• David (3/5): Disappointing stay: Basement room, no hot water, and hidden fees - Great location and the complimentary tea set in the room was a nice touch. Extremely frustrating online check-in process. It required too much personal information, including a selfie, and applied a mandatory fee of £2.99 for towels. The system failure with the selfie verification made the process take way too long. The room was located in the basement, and there was no hot water for one of the two nights of my stay. I wouldn't recommend this place if you're looking for a smooth and comfortable stay.

I booked this 2 months before, and they only tell me this lie when I arrived at the place. They didn't responde my messages, they just connected me with some external guy and took forever to do the refund, I had to contact booking to get it done. This is a scam!!! Don't go here just because it's cheap, you will get scammed!

Il bagno in comune era piccolo ma tutto sommato utilizzabile e pulito, doccia ampia, ma senza finestra e la ventola di areazione era molto rumorosa. La comunicazione con la struttura è stata difficoltosa, infatti ci è stata cambiata la camera rispetto alla prenotazione iniziale, ma anche per messaggio è stato difficile capirsi. Le istruzioni per il check in ci sono state date all'ultimo, e inoltre non è era ben visibile il numero civico dell'abitazione, e quindi ci abbiamo messo un po' a trovarlo. Nelle istruzioni non era specificato che la porta si trovava in posizione non visibile. I termosifoni erano sempre tiepidi, abbiamo provato ad accenderli girando la manopola ma senza successo, quindi non è possibile riscaldare la camera se sì ha freddo. Inoltre abbiamo provato a chiedere il wifi e la password, visto che nella prenotazione era compreso, ma ci è stato dato un wifi non presente nella struttura.

• Ramona (1/5): - Nulla Purtroppo la nostra esperienza è stata molto negativa fin dall’inizio. Il giorno prima della partenza ci hanno scritto dicendo che avevano commesso un errore e che la stanza che avevamo prenotato era in overbooking, quindi era già occupata. Siamo stati quindi spostati all’ultimo momento in un altro appartamento. Una volta arrivati, l’alloggio si è rivelato poco pulito. C’era un solo asciugamano piccolo per il viso per tutto il soggiorno. Durante i giorni in cui siamo rimasti la stanza non è mai stata pulita e la biancheria non è mai stata cambiata. Il problema più grave è avvenuto il giorno prima del check-out. Dopo il check-out degli ospiti della stanza accanto, è entrata la donna delle pulizie per sistemare il bagno condiviso. Quando siamo tornati, tutti i nostri oggetti personali erano spariti dalla mensola del bagno: uno spazzolino elettrico Oral-B con custodia e testine, la spazzola (con i nostri capelli), il dentifricio e altri prodotti da bagno. Abbiamo subito contattato la struttura. Inizialmente hanno cercato di attribuire la responsabilità ad altri ospiti, ma questo è poco credibile: gli ospiti dell’altra stanza avevano già fatto check-out e noi avevamo visto che i nostri oggetti erano ancora lì. È molto più plausibile che durante la pulizia qualcuno abbia semplicemente raccolto tutto e messo gli oggetti in un sacco. Inoltre, se qualcuno avesse davvero voluto rubare qualcosa, difficilmente avrebbe preso prodotti da bagno di poco valore e per di più già usati. La struttura non si è assunta alcuna responsabilità e non ha offerto alcun rimborso, nonostante il danno superi i 100 €. Esperienza molto deludente. Consiglio fortemente di non soggiornare in questa struttura.

• Rudolf (5/5): Okay für eine Nacht - Die Lage war für uns sehr passend. Teekocher im Zimmer. Die Zimmer im Souterrain sind sehr klein, Zugluft durch das Fenster (sehr schmutzig). Die 2 "Gemeinschaftsbäder" sind eigentlich kleine Toiletten mit einem sehr kleinen Waschbecken und einer Dusche. Man hört die Bewohner der anderen Zimmer und vor allem alle Schritte vom Raum darüber. Es gibt einen Trinkwasserspender - ohne Wasser.
• Raphaelle (1/5): The worst night of my life. - Pros: there was a bed, the end. Cons: I used to live my life thinking the basic right of any holiday maker or hotel booker was a door that locks so you and your belongings can be safe. Well folks, this hotel cannot even offer this. I spoke with the staff as soon as I entered the room knowing the lock was broken and was met with complete disregard for my concerns. I was assured the place was safe and that nothing of concern had ever happened. Boy was I led astray. At 1am I was woken up by a brawl outside my non locking room (as a woman travelling alone) with two drunken men arguing with another man inside his room. At 2am I was woken up again by a man bartering with a sex worker for additional services. This is over and above the dirty, hole filled walls, cramped spaces, non functioning bathroom facilities and overall shocking spaces. I wouldn’t want my worst cockroach enemy to experience this hotel. NB: non consensual access to poorly secured rooms is a concerning trend in London and I feared for my life that night. I left the next day and the property manager still made me negotiate for a refund.

• Jason (7/5): Cheap but comfortable - Bed was super comfortable, great location basic but has what you need for few nights. Both shower rooms need redecorating paintwork falling off the wall. On arrival no hot water then being told to touch a fuse box to fix it…. I’m paid guest not a handyman should been sorted by yourselves not ask guest to fix it. Paper thin walls random argument between guests at 2am over double booking because walls so thin. Who ever lives upstairs banging around all night.
• Jacob (1/5): Accomodation not fit for lodging - Responses from host were ok; we were able to get in touch with them via whatsapp very quick. Our radiator could not be switched off and therefore we had to keep the window open the whole day and night. This was known by the accomodation as the window was open upon our arrival. We did not have warm water for 2 days, while the host confirmed there was warm water after them checking it. On top of the accomodation, there is a launderette running washing machines until 2:00 am. Asking them to stop would have them to pauze for 30 min and afterwards starting over again. However toilets and bathroom seemed cleaned, the all in accomodation was in very bad condition.

• Iwona (3/5): - The location was great. We loved the nearby cafés. There are also 2 grocery stores across the street and a few restaurants to choose from. It is not that far away from the city centre considering how big London is. There was a big TV with streaming apps. The bathroom was a disaster. It was not clean and the paint from the ceiling was falling off. Probably because of the moisture. The personnel charged me additionally 3 pounds and it's not much but it was not included anywhere on the booking page and I don't think that's fair. They could have just made the price 3 pounds higher. The room had one small window and there was not much sunlight. And it smelled mouldy as you couldn't really ventilate it. The floor wasn't swapped and I wouldn't consider the room itself as clean.

• Aurélia (4/5): - Nous avons aimé la rapidité des réponses de la part de l’hébergeur, le confort du lit était satisfaisant ainsi que le café… mis à disposition, il y a également une grande télévision. Le logement est également bien situé, à 10 minutes de la station de métro Canonbury. Nous avons été déjà été très déçu par la propreté du logement, une odeur d’humidité dès l’arrivée dans le couloir et même dans les chambres situées au sous sol. La salle de bain partagée ne reste malheureusement pas très propre à cause des autres voyageurs, mais elle est également très humide au point qu’il y a des gouttes au plafond quand on prend sa douche… Même les serviettes fournies sont humides et n’arrivent pas à sécher… Il devrait y avoir un tapis de douche par chambre et non pour tout le monde. Enfin, les chambres sont vraiment côtes à côtes au point d’entendre tout ce qui se passe dans les autres chambres.

• Ander (10/5): Efficient, comfy, pleasant. 326 Your 2nd Home delivered on what it promised. - I liked pretty much everything about it. The room me and my friend stayed at was small but fully functional. Tight but cozy and pleasant. The bed was comfy. It had a table and two chairs, which was great to get work done on the computer but also to have a late-night take out dinner. A great TV on the wall to compliment it all, whether it'd be the down time of the afternoon or the dinner itself. Most of all, the room felt clean, with an additional tray of complimentary assorted coffee, tea, little tea biscuits -- even ear plugs, which weren't necessary while in the room but came were of great use for the concert me and my friend were going to the following day. The bathroom was very well kept. As were the hallways and the shared spaces. The available drinking water tank was also a plus. This location may not look all that immediately appealing from the outside, but don't let that fool you -- it was an extremely pleasant place to stay the night. Having to go through three lock-coded doors, there's also a noticeable sense of security that you get while staying here. This, overall, was a fantastic experience that would recommend to anyone visiting London. What didn't I like? Very little, in all honesty. I paid for I got; I got what I expected. And everything worked charmingly. The couple of things I would've maybe liked to be a little bit better were 1) more conveniently located electrical sockets to plug in my devices and 2) the one time the power (but not the ceiling light) went out for a few minutes. I had to message the property to get it solved, but they responded and acted upon it promptly, solving the issue without further problems. Those were my two little quibbles. Beyond that, it was a stellar stay.

The mattress was in terrible condition — completely unsuitable for sleeping. The window was filthy and covered in grime, with litter on the inside ledgae showing it wasnt cleaned. Mold and damage in multiple places. I did not feel comfortable or safe staying here and had to leave early.

• Maria (6/5): Good cheap stay if other guests behave decently - Good price, I appreciated the fact that there are two common toilets. Walls are very very thin, so it was a problem when people in next room decided to make a call around 4am and listen to music at 6:30am (then at 8am an alarm went off for about 30 min.). The worst was the smell of cigarette smoke that probably came from another room and was very persistent all night long...I don't smoke and it was very disturbing (I wonder if they have a smoke detector or not).

• Enric (3/5): Solo se salva la ubicación - Ubicación La habitación olia a tabaco y humedad, las paredes estaban sucias y habia telarañas en las esquinas. Los baños eran muy pequeños y no tenian ventilación.

• Giulia (2/5): Comodo solo per la fermata del bus e per i locali vicini - In sostanza....nulla Siamo arrivate senza l'email con i codici di sicurezza per entrare e numero di camera, ci ha aperto per fortuna un signore che era in strada al telefono e probabilmente alloggiava anche lui li. All'interno abbiamo trovato la donna delle pulizie che ci ha detto di contattare il titolare ma non ha mai risposto, così lo ha chiamato lei e alla fine scocciata ha dovuto darci i codici e la camera. Avevamo pagato 15£ extra per arrivare alle 12:00 e non alle 15:00, la camera che ci è stata data era quella che la donna delle pulizie stava sistemando. Non so se aveva finito o meno ma quando ce l'ha lasciata abbiamo avuto seri dubbi che avesse cambiato le lenzuola. La struttura (corridoio e bagno) viene pulita ogni giorno, ma le camere non vengono toccate...mai, in tutta la permanenza, quindi 9 giorni senza cambiare le lenzuola. Per fortuna il primo giorno la signora ci ha dato 4 asciugamani. La cucina non è sfruttabile anche perché è tipo deposito e quando sono andata a lavare le tazze che ho sfruttato per bere il the, sono stata pure rimproverata, perché quella stanza (a detta dell'inserviente) è riservata solamente alle donne di servizio. Li ce un'aspirapolvere che abbiamo preso in prestito per pulire la nostra camera perché abbiamo visto pulire solo con la scopa e sulla moquette è inutile.
