- Laila (7/5): - View, location and well stocked kitchen/bathroom which made us feel at home and comfortable. Bathroom very clean. Air on a timer- turning off overnight. No air in bedrooms. Floor needed vacuuming when I arrived- sand/grime throughout tiles. Cobwebs along lounge room ceiling/ I cleaned.

Cleanliness could have been a bit better - there were nail clippings from the previous stay on the bathroom benchtop which makes you question overall hygiene when something so basic has been missed.

Fan light in smaller bedroom worked fine. Place very clean & nicely decorated. Key area to opening of garage was not shown & I found another person staying there to assist in showing me where the key was. Location was good but very noisy with young yahoos carrying on.

- Brendan (3/5): For the price the property should have been better prepared for accommodation - The toilet was broken on my arrival and the real estate had to call a plumber both of whom told me this is an ongoing problem there. There was no tv remote in the lounge room so I couldn’t watch tv, it also turned itself on in the middle of the night and woke us all up I had to turn it off at the wall. The fridge whilst clean had a horrid odour that made it unusable I had to buy a cooler and ice for our drinks and food.

- Lindy (8/5): We had the best time in Shoal Bay! - The location of this property was excellent. The shops were close by and the beach and water view was wonderful. It was central to everything! The lock box was a little outdated and fiddly to open. It was raining for some time in the beginning of our holiday and the roof did not have guttering which meant walking in the heavy rain along a balcony to open the front door.

- Louise (7/5): Good - Great location and nice apartment. Easy collection of keys. Beautiful view. We had some issues with the toilet. It was running for the majority of the time and didn’t flush. The beds were a little uncomfortable and the bedrooms were very hot, the aircon did little to cool the place down.

The instructions to access the parking stated a gate but it was a roller door . This was a bit confusing as there was also a gate near the parking area. The location was a bit noisey but t was obvious from the location that this may be the case.

- Jacqui (7/5): lovely location, good apartment with all the amenities we needed. - the location was fantastic, it was mainly clean and had all we needed. there was a dead cockroach under the bedside table in the main bedroom, the single beds for my teenage daughters were much too small, the bathroom mirror is SO low for shaving and make up etc.
