Natanel (1/5): Stay away from this property. I should have rented a hostel instead - El Poblado 1) Unprofessional rental management staff. Provided with the wrong property address and wrong locker code. 2) Pressed to pay in advance threatening to cancel reservation even though reservation says cash is accepted on check in. As a result I had to pay online for this reservation + credit card commission. 3) the place has no outside window. The hot air is so stuffy you can't breathe inside and keep on sweating. 4) the mattress is so old and bad my back started to hurt from day one. 5) no sound proof. Other units are so close it feels like you live in shared accomodation with no walls at all. Steer clear from this property!
