• Da****ong (7/5): Go for other better options.. - Strategic location and attentive staffs Cleanliness should be emphasised: dirty bedsheet, sticky floor. Non functioning electrical appliances: spoilt iron, water heater, AirCond and stove. Provides washing machine but there was no hangers.

• Jennifer (7/5): Good - the unit was ok and spacious it is also convenient except for the master bedroom which there is a clog in the sink and leak from the hot and cold faucet. the pool area can't be used so tidy and a lot of cigarettes in the pool area

• Yap (7/5): Generally good. - Spacious, clean, good location. Ideal for family. Pillow is too thin. Water heater for shower is not hot enough.
• Henry (5/5): Prepared not to shower - Like the soacoius roon, Dislike the security there asking too much , Also water supply were cut off during the stay, access card insufficient, 1 n only card, very troublesome.

• Fan (8/5): Great View - Location is good - Grab can reach anywhere. Apartment is huge with enough space for 6 ppl. View is great as the apartment is on a high floor. Not very clean, especially bedsheet (there are hairs on one of the bed). Floor is a bit sticky. Bathroom are very basic. Lock for main gate is difficult to use.

Tv channel was not much to see...installed more channel like astro and rtm..thank you

• Hasnul (3/5): I wish I booked at another place - Location is next to Banafe Cafe and other interesting places The toilet is dirty and left much to be desired. The bedsheet in the 2nd bedroom is just a piece of white sheet. The towels are suitable for kids under 7 years old.
• Kanaga (8/5): Very good - The agent is very good. The unit doesn't have a microwave and roce cooker. I inform the agent and he immediately bring over a new tice cooker and microwave. But when i see it wasnt a microwave and its an oven. So i informed him tht he bought the wrong one and he got the correct one again from the shop and bring it up to the unit. The best agent. Very considering and kind. And he's very helpful. Cleanliness needs to improve. Got alot of cockroaches and ants. It bite my son till his 1 eye every swollen

• Nurul (10/5): Overall very satisfying stay. Owner gives clear direction for checking in on the day. Guard is helpful - Cleanliness tip top. Very spacious apartment. Furniture is all in good condition. Got washing machine and ironing board. Toilet is veryy clean! View is beautiful. Eateries within walking distance. Maybe can consider to add mirrors. Or vanity table with mirror. Its just bit inconvenient to get ready using mirror in the toilet. Ironing board can be replaced. And maybe add a wall clock? This is all just to improve convenience.

• Noorainon (6/5): Pleasant - '- b4 we book the apartment, it stated cancelation can be refunded. Unfortunately, After we booked it, the rules stated it not refundable. Its like people b4 us check out, the bed sheet wasnt changed. It messy. No extra garbage bag provided. I. Order to make it clean, we bought by ourselve.

• Bengsien (7/5): Good - I like the spacious of the apartment and its gd location .Checking in was easy and promp.place was clean wifi gd .price was right. Towels looks like rug ,old and torn but clean utensil was very limited only 1 fork was found.water heater in master bedroom was not up to expectation.a bit misleading on the booking site which state its a 4 br apartment but it turn out to be 3 instead.
