• Rocío (9/5): Centre ville et super équipée l’appartement - L’appartement était complète et propre. Il y avait des transports et des restaurants à côté. Vraiment très bien placé. Le propriétaire nous a laissé sortir un peu plus tard de l’heure prévue, merci. Le voisin de l’étage supérieur faisait beaucoup de bruit pendant la nuit et le lit était trop mou.

• Ion (7/5): Nice and cosy, offering a comfortable stay overall.Some maintenance needs - The location was excellent, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. The host was very attentive and helpful throughout the stay. The kitchen and toilets were clean, tidy, and equipped with all the utilities needed for several days’ accommodation One of the main issues was the misleading description in the advertisement. It clearly stated that the apartment included three beds and a sofa bed. However, upon arrival, we discovered there was only one bed, with an extremely soft mattress unsuitable for sleeping, and one couch that could not be opened or used for proper sleeping, even though it was advertised as a sofa bed. This made the accommodation very uncomfortable and unsuitable for my mum and me. I strongly advise the host to correct the listing to accurately reflect the available sleeping arrangements, as this caused significant inconvenience during our stay.

• David-Alexander (10/5): Man føler seg hjem, tryg og godt ivaretatt. Anbefales! - Romslig, renslig, stilig leilighet i et solid Sofia type klassisk hus, plassert midt i «hjertet av byen». Kort vei til en stor del interessante historiske og kulturelle steder, tilgang til buss og T-bane. Komfortabelt seng, sofa og alt mann trenger, både på soverommet, kjøkkenet og på badet. Veldig godt møblert, og ikke minst - høflige, imøtekommende, hjelpsomme og snille huseiere som driver med det hotellet. Anbefales høyt! Jeg kommer til å overnatte selv på det stedet i fremtiden. Ikke noe negative bemerkninger.

• milos44 (7/5): - In the very close vicinity of important happenings in Sofia. Although is located in a very busy boulevard, the apartment is quiet. It appears that the premises were different from ones advertised on the booking. In addition, the bathroom is very small.

If you're driving, be prepared to pay for parking in a nearby special zone, as the nearby blue zone is only valid for one hour. We traveled a lot, so overnight parking was free in empty spaces, plus two hours in the blue zone was enough for us. However, if you need to leave your car for a long time, it will cost 30 lv per day at the nearest 24-hour parking lot.

• Małgorzata (9/5): Great localization and good price - Great localization - right in the city centre so you can get to most of the attractions on foot or by taking a metro or a bus (metro and bus stop are right next to the apartment as well). Comfortable beds and good contact with the owner too. Nothing about the apartment itself but if you are sensitive to noise I'd recommend taking some earplugs with you - the apartment is located next to a main street and it can get a bit noisy at night, especially in the summer.

• Sonia (8/5): Safe area and close to attractions and restaurants. - Close to transportation and restaurants. We did walk to visit and everything was very close! The apartment is equipped with iron and a kitchen with appliances. Air conditioning was very appreciated during our summer stay. The beds and the apartment in general were clean but the bathroom had an odd smell. It’s an old building so I understand that pipes can be a problem so maybe an air freshener could be a good idea!

Esto junto con la dificultad de regular la temperatura, hacía que desbordase agua al salón del apartamento. La mitad de la cama estaba rota y hundida. No había toallas de mano ni en el baño ni en la cocina, tuvimos que pedirlas.
