• Nina (5/5): Rooms are infested with roaches - I liked the hot water shower and aircon Too many coach roaches in the room I had to ask the staff to give me bug spray but it seems all rooms are infested with roaches

• Hassan (1/5): - Nothing was good. Not recommend at all, dont waste your money and vacation in this place, better book somewhere els, whole this building with different hosels name rullning by the same people. Scammer and strange personal, small rooms and beds like Prison cell.
• Bill Henry (5/5): - Affordable and good for the price. The drainage of the bathroom is always clogged and we need to call the staff to fix it. Also the bed sheets are old and almost worn out. We also requested to change it.

• Rhyan (10/5): my go-to afforfable hostel stay in HK - all staff are approachable. clean rooms and value for money. everything is good. wifi on the 8th floor can be improved thou as it is weak.

• Thrimurthy (1/5): Worst Hotel, poor hygiene - Nothing there to like, the most worst hotel ever existing.. The slum is far better than this hotel, It's the worst experience , plz don't waste your money, rather you may fall definitely sick with the unhygienic bed, premises, and location, plz just for few bucks you get 100 percent btr places in Hong Kong.
• Anton (2/5): Very poor - Very good location and price of the accommodation Very small rooms, toilet area is tiny, the shower is located on top of the toilet which floods the whole toilet while showering, no shampoo, soap, toilet paper. During check-in you will be asked money for keycard deposit. Do not forget to keep a small paper receipt about this, during check-out if you do not have this receipt, you will also not get your deposit back. Unfortunately for us that was the case (keeping in mind that they did not tell us that it is important to keep this receipt).

• Andy (1/5): Great location but poor service -  Location it doesn’t include the fridge and microwave. They doesn’t provide shower gel so I had to use my own. The room is too small. 
• Rabiul (1/5): Worst place of my life, not recommended at all - Location was great. First of all, it is run by some Indians and they have no idea about customer service or how to be humble. Rude behaviours, misleading photos (the place is 1 meter square btw and they put us on the very top floor), the toilet broke down. In 4 days after insisting, they sent a cleaner. No service at all, they just want to collect money.

• Jessica (1/5): Wouldn’t stay again or recommend to others. - beds were comfortable and good location Bugs in the room we were put in which was very small! nothing like the pictures, we had to complain to get a new room and the man didn’t believe there were bugs until we shown him the tissue of them. We then got put into a family room with more bugs, shower is like a trickle of water, toilet seat was broken, lights weren’t fully working, there were cobwebs under the bed and a terrible smell throughout the whole building. Air con didn’t work we had to use the fan, made our first impressions of Hong Kong very negative and unhygienic.

Being hostel setup gives chance to meet multiple nationality people In room I was staying , staff comes and goes any time to use washroom . Allows other people who are not staying with you to use them . I am not against people using washroom i am saying they should have seperate arrangment for such needs
