• Christian (10/5): - Sehr große, geräumige Wohnung, sehr hell und ganz in der Nähe einer Tramhaltestelle (10 Minuten bis in die Altstadt, 25 Minuten zu Fuß). Ausstattung sehr gut, für 4 Personen optimal. Die waren für unseren Geschmack ein bisschen zu hart, aber das ist natürlich Ansichtssachen ... Dennoch sehr gut geschlafen... Kritik auf sehr hohem Niveau. :-)

• Kevin (10/5): Appartamento super consigliato per trascorrere delle comode vacanze a Zurigo. - La struttura era molto pulita e accogliente, ed era provvista di tutto il necessario per la nostra permanenza. Niente.

• Inna (3/5): We expect quality if we pay high price for apartment . We did not get quality. - Great location, close to tram stop. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Enough kitchen supplies for 4 people. The front door lock was broken. We notified the owner the same day we arrived. Technician came to fix the lock 5 days later. The key to the apartment only 1. Small hot water supply. Only 2 people can take showers. The others will have to wait long time for water to heat up. The dryer was given us an error code.
• Jorgelina (4/5): Me arrepiento de haber tirado mi dinero en este alojamiento. - La ubicación, la amplitud de los espacios, el lavarropas. Fue una estancia decepcionante en muchos sentidos. Desde el alojamiento nos solicitaron llegar antes de las 9pm para evitar molestias por ruidos a los vecinos, lo que nunca aclararon es que al lado del alojamiento hay una obra en construcción por lo que es imposible descansar ya que desde las 7am comienzan los ruidos de la obra y por el excesivo calor en el apartamento era imposible cerrar las ventanas. Además las persianas no cerraban correctamente por lo que la luz ingresaba en los dormitorios desde muy temprano en la mañana, en verano un espanto este alojamiento. Durante la última mañana, a las 8:40am, dos obreros comenzaron a abrir y cerrar las persianas de la habitación donde dormía mi hija menor de edad, aduciendo que tenían una orden de trabajo para hacer arreglos en dichas persianas. Cuando envié un mensaje al anfitrión para pedir explicaciones por la situación nunca me respondió y jamás fuimos informados de la intervención que realizarían. esto me pareció grave pero el anfitrión no le dio importancia y nunca me respondió, al menos por una disculpa. A la vez, el día anterior a mi partida, me solicitaron por el mensajero de la app de Booking que evite realizar una valoración por debajo de 10. Dejo fotos de las personas trabajando en las ventanas de nuestro alojamiento. Eviten este alojamiento!

• Ramona (10/5): Great choice - Very nice and spacious apartment with an excellent location, in a residential neighborhood. We spent Christmas Eve there and we loved it. When we return to Zurich we will definitely rent the same apartment There is nothing we didn’t like.
• Johnsen (8/5): Suggestion: Improve in the hot water connection and tv programming functions - Spacious and clean, very near zoo Stayed 5-8 Jan 2025, winter. Shortage of hot water, bathed halfway no hot water and we have to wait next day hot water came back, happened throughout our stay. Television programme disconnected most of the time and we have to use our own laptops to watch.
