• Shawn (5/5): Not a great impression overall. - Good location and view, clean and tidy, great on-site restaurant. 2 fridges, good WiFi and had Netflix. Shower function not working well. Sliding door in toilet not working well. AC didn't cool all rooms. Toilet refill was intermittent.
• Susi T (4/5): Disappointing stay in Airlie Beach. - The location was convenient for the ferry and bus terminals. The view was amazing from the 3rd floor. The apartment was overly cramped with furniture and the facilities old and dated. Doors were stuck, the toilet cistern jammed, the bathroom shower didn't switch correctly from the bath faucet. Very old and in need of a complete refurbishment. The air-conditioning in the main room did not reach the bedroom despite the ceiling fans, and there was no airflow so it was very hot all night (hotter outside so open windows weren't possible). The elevator was broken and the rear stairs we had to use were in need of maintenance (we were on the 3rd floor - it was tough to haul all our luggage up there). We paid more for it than we had for a much better property in the same street a few days earlier.
• Shontelle (6/5): Very good location, and good communication with the property managers/owners. - I really liked the location as it was close to town and close to the cruise boats which is where we had to go during our stay. Unfortunately there was a very awful smell when you walked into the first foyer to get to the room. We worked out it was from the washing machine, but it really did affect our stay as it drifted into the bedroom we were sleeping in. I don’t think this is the fault of the company, but should have been picked up by the cleaners. Also there were issues with our toilet, sometimes it just didn’t flush at all. Other than that it was okay.

• Mark (5/5): Not value for money with the apartment being beside a very untidy apartment - Outside the front door is the neighbor’s laundry with dirty sheets and clothes blocking the entrance to the apartment

• Rachael (10/5): Amazing. Loved it. Right on the marina & pickup to my trip was 2 mins walk away. - I had a lovely stay here. The apartment was perfect and what a great balcony with a great view. There is no stove but I was only there 2 nights so managed without.

• Lynette (8/5): Lovely place to stay, walked to marina to catch ferry to Hamilton Island - Great views. Very comfortable bed and sofa, big balcony Tv blocked some of the fabulous view, it could be put on shorter furniture
• John (1/5): Booking.com should further evaluate recommending this property. We are extremely disappointed with this accommodation. - Clean sheets, clean towels and the view. There was human hair in the bathtub from a previous bather. There was a paper candy wrapper on the bedroom floor and the floor hadn’t been swept. The toilet bowl still had toilet paper. The kitchen table was sticky from some type of dried liquid. The window and frames and especially the blinds were coated with dirt. The deck had to be swept before we could use it. The walls, doors, floors and cupboards are dirty. There was no remote for the tv and the cable is no longer connected. There is no air conditioning in the bedroom.

• Nita (1/5): Disgrace, what a joke for Bookings.com to recommend this property - Would not recommend this property at all, would have to be free for us to stay here. Unlocked door, kitchen, dining room flooded from leaking air con. Hole in entrance hall wall, sand in spa, balcony had been swept and sand dirt leaves all pushed into a heap. Reception were of no help , apparently unit has nothing to do with this service as is a private B&B. To pay $400 odd dollars for this is beyond a joke. Merry Bloody Christmas .................... NOT. Need to get decent housekeepers and make a final inspection before guests arrive . DO NOT BOOK THIS ACCOMMODATION IN ANY OF VISTA ROOMS< Utter disgrace, Why has Bookings, com taken on this property. Word of mouth is oh so so handy for theses type of properties. Refund would be good.
