Chris dealt with any issues asap. A great stay
- Louise (10/5): Comfortable, spacious, pet-friendly house. - Great dog-friendly house close to everything. Spacious and comfortable.
- Aletta (10/5): Great stay, everyting we needed. - Love that there is a bathroom for each room. Place is spotless.
- Cherie (10/5): -
- Amy (10/5): - Good location, comfortable beds.
- Rebecca (8/5): Pleasant place to stay - The property lay out was good and the location was great. The owner very responsive There were a few things that needed attention, like mattresses and air con up stairs. The coffee machine needed cleaning out. However over all the place was very good to stay in.
- Lachlan (9/5): Great stay. Easily accommodated 4 adults was close to everything - Clean, neat, close to town. Plenty of space. 3 bathrooms. Great living area. Modern appliances Couldn’t fault it
- Angie (8/5): The house was very tidy and the location was great. I would stay there again. -
- Caryn (10/5): -
- Julie (8/5): Was a lovely property despite air con issues. - Clean open cottage. Nice bathrooms, lovely furniture. The main air con turned off - amazing host came out after hours to fix , but it went back off.
The beautiful leather sofas were a little cold.
- Lisa (10/5): -

- Julie (8/5): it was a very lovely home to gave stayed for two nights. - Lovely Clean home and friendly hosts. my cool room with no air but the owner tried very hard to fix it out of hours! bless him...
- Marites (10/5): I will be travelling to Armidale again in the near future. If my family is with me, I hope to stay - The house was very, very spacious. It felt like 5 star accommodation the moment you walk in. The lounge and airconditioning unit were placed perfectly. This was really appreciated as the weather was very hot and humid.
The location was within walking distance of a great restaurant called The Cottage.
The showerhead in the showers - totally luxury! You can only park in the garage if you have a small hatchback. The 2nd carpark is only big enough for a sedan. Not a big deal, but we ended up parking on the street.
The house was not suitable for someone who has mobility issues - but that was my problem. I'd still stay there, but probably stay in the downstairs bedroom next time.
- Jo (9/5): -
- Kym (10/5): We’d come back - Handy to work meetings
Close to running trails
- Karen (9/5): On edge managing pets, keeping them off the carpet in common area. - Clean, airy and a good location. Bodywash bottle appeared to be topped up with water, which rendered it useless.
Confusing messages about “pet friendly”
- Kerry V (10/5): Fabulous house, great lication - Spacious accommodation, well equipped house, convenient location The bedding could have been a lighter weight given the warm temperatures during our stay
- sharon (10/5): -
- Amanda (9/5): -
- Julie (10/5): We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back. - Cleanliness, location, we had our own bedrooms and bathrooms. Living area and kitchen were spacious and well equipped, with everything we needed. Cost was also very reasonable. Only thing we found a little tricky was getting in the front door but we did eventually work it out.
- Hannah (10/5): - Beautiful bright and refreshing. Warm and welcoming.
- Melanie (10/5): -
- Lachlan (10/5): -
- Anne-Lise (10/5): - It was clean, stylish and the beds were comfortable.
- Sheree (10/5): Loved the location of this apartment and the host was lovely. - Great apartment. Easy communication with the host. Great space for a week of work in Armidale. The parking is a nightmare. The parking space is really really tight for larger cars.
- Jayaprasad (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jocelyn (6/5): Pleasant - The house was light, spacious and modern. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean and pleasant. Our bed was comfortable. There were some items that we could use in the kitchen, which was helpful. We had to park in the street. The garage was tiny and the space beside it was not suitable for parking. The road is busy and there is road noise in the 2 main bedrooms.
We were cold. There were no spare blankets. We were lucky that we could add the eiderdown from the downstairs bedroom to the one on the bed upstairs. The air con downstairs kept off the chill but was not warm and the upstairs one was noisy and vibrated.
The lounges were old and uncomfortable and the lounge room furniture was very second hand. The fry pans were not clean enough to use. The oven was clean.
- Leigh (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jayamine (10/5): Exceptional -
- Patricia (9/5): Overall excellent and we highly recommend. - Fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Secure garage, bathroom for each room. Lots of space and storage / shelf. Clean. Nicely decorated. Nothing major, but if I were to be picky I’d say the bed is on the firmer side. This is subjective and depends on individual preference. Light on one of the rooms upstairs didn’t work but it wasn’t a big deal as there are many sources of light.
- Ross (9/5): Beautiful comfortable space. - Bright and airy. Close to town and easy access to nearby towns. Outside yard space very private. 3 bathrooms for a larger group is a bonus - we were just a couple renting this time. Car parking. There was a garage but unless you had a very small car it would be difficult to drive into it. There was a parking space for our unit just inside the gate but with a car the size of Renault Koleos (mid size SUV?) it took some manoeuvring to get it in that space, let alone get back out on to the road again. It is a dual property and other guests arrived with 2 cars - again mid size SUV. One had to park outside the property and the other had to reverse out of the driveway to the road (or reverse into the property) to get out (garage space again difficult to access). Didn’t realise it was on a very busy road - but quiet after peak times.
- Katie (9/5): Superb -
- Foofoo222 (9/5): Beautiful townhouse - Such a beautiful home, clean and tidy with a functional layout. All amenities were provided. Quiet and safe street. Very tight parking. Would be okay in a small car but not a 4wd so we had to park on the street.
Minor issue and easily fixed...the aircon in the main bedroom needs a service as it was very noisy to the point we couldn't use it.
- Leanne (9/5): Excellent - Would definitely recommend, and would stay there again.
Loved how well set out everything was, especially loved the ensuites, and very well equipped kitchen. All the options of tea were a delight.
Thank you
- Nicole (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lari (10/5): Would highly recommend, comfortable and homely. - Very clean, homely and comfortable for myself partner and 6 week old baby. Amazing communication with the owners. Will highly recommend. No complaints
- John (8/5): Very good -

- Teagan (10/5): A lovely place to stay! -
- Janecav (10/5): Exceptional -
- Janet (9/5): Very nice - Aircon I n in single bedroom didn't work. No water pressure in single bathroom
- Melissa (9/5): Superb - Easy check in and out. Beautiful and comfortable house to stay with lots of room.
- Chinthaka (8/5): Very good -
- Ben (10/5): Exceptional -
- Wendy (10/5): Perfect location and facilities. - The location, the spacious living areas and the kitchen facilities were fantastic. The three bathrooms where very convenient to cater for our needs.
- Kaye (8/5): A beautiful property with stylish decor and excellent hosts - This is a lovely property and was perfect for our family. We used all bedrooms and made use of the kitchen and outdoor area. Having three bathrooms was an absolute bonus. The hosts were very agreeable with bringing our canary and were happy to fix a minor repair that was required. I would definitely recommend this property. Almost nothing. If we had to be really picky there were small issues were the traffic noise in the bedroom downstairs and the lack of a fan in that room although we could have turned the air conditioner on in the lounge to cool this room. Also it would have been nice to have a BBQ but these were very minor inconveniences.
- Graham (8/5): Very good -
- Anne-maree (10/5): Exceptional - Absolutely beautiful property. Well equipped and very comfortable. N/A
- Marcus (9/5): Superb -
- Nicola (7/5): Good -
- Katharina (10/5): Perfect for staying in Armidale. - Perfect house close to the center of Armidale. We were 5 persons and used all bedrooms. Very comfortable that we have had a bathroom for each bedroom. Large kitchen and living area. There was everything we needed. Nothing - we would have loved to stay longer
- Britz (9/5): Beautiful place with great styling and finishes! Comfortable and clean - Everything was great, from good looks to comfortable beds and styling Parking inside a bit tricky especially with a big vehicle! Parked on outside designated parking and found next morning that our trap downs were cut and camping gear stolen during the night
- Jaimie (10/5): Our favourite place to stay in Armidale - we will be back - Great location, great friendly hosts who were extremely accommodating. Great secure yard for pets
- Laura (5/5): Clean and modern unit. - Great communication from hosts, clean and modern unit with everything you need for your stay.
Off street parking provided was a huge bonus! The road noise was unbearable, we were travelling with 2 small children and unfortunately had a very unsettled night. We have stayed in the 2nd cottage off the road multiple times and loved it but the noise from the front unit was too much for us given the price was the same if not more.
Air conditioning units also made rattling noises so couldn’t use those overnight either due to the noise.
- Chris (9/5): The house is modern and very well equipped for a comfortable stay. Very happy. - Perfect for our family for the weekend. Nil
- Annette (10/5): We will definitely stay here next visit - Comfort, style and location Nothing
- David (10/5): Thank you for a happy stay. See you again. - The location was convenient for our needs for the stay over and in a pleasant area.
We enjoyed very comfortable bedrooms and facilities.
We plan to stay there again in the future. Someone to point out that we left our chocolates in the fridge! 🥹
- Emma (9/5): Superb - Easy check in Need more milk etc for coffee tea
- Davide (7/5): Comfortable stay in spacious apartment close to town and parkland - Great, clean apartment with plenty of space and quiet, private courtyard. Location is nice across the road from parkland. Bedroom on the ground floor was very difficult to sleep in due to the noise being so close to the road. No air con in that room made it a little uncomfortable. Double glazing would help that.
Two further bedrooms upstairs are better to sleep in.
Air con remote wasn't working in one of the upstairs rooms and little airflow through the limited opening kids window.
- Cianna (10/5): Exceptional -
- Peter (8/5): Very good -
- Murray (10/5): Great stay great location thanks - Everything was easy thanks Door bell when opening closing
- Rhiannon (10/5): Exceptional - The house is beautiful and private, whilst also being central in Armidale. The beds were very comfy. Marie was also wonderful at communicating and very flexible with arrangements. Parking space next to the house was tiny.
- Kyle (8/5): Absolutely worth it if looking for a clean and convenient stay in Armidale - Super easy access, very clean and great location Very frustrating chasing the tax invoice (still haven’t received one)
- Wilson (9/5): Superb -
- Ekaterina (10/5): Exceptional -
- David (9/5): Superb -
- Annie (10/5): Lovely stay - Good location , enjoyed a bathroom each
- Sara (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional -
- Angela (9/5): Would definitely book here again - Well appointed, very comfortable. Spacious and airy Parking was tricky with a larger car .
- Sandra (7/5): Good - Both upstairs bedrooms could not tolerate the air conditioner units vibrating via the walls and ended up turning off.
Assume the outdoor units are wall mounted but either way to noisy
- Jody (9/5): Superb -
- Rochelle (10/5): Beautiful home we enjoyed our stay - Very modern and clean We have a land cruiser so the parking was tight
- Cathy (8/5): Very good - Lovely layout and very clean The main road and the traffic noise
- Siegel (10/5): Clean, warm, modern, welcoming and easy to access. Can't really ask for anything more! -
- William (9/5): Superb -
- Phillips (9/5): Superb - Felt homely and very clean. More than one television. Needed at least one more for that sized accomodation.
- Rick (10/5): Great stay and clean - Very clean, modern and comfortable for a family, great beds and pillows and close to everything in town We don’t like stairs but thats only because we are getting older….we still could safely get and up and down
- Martha (10/5): Exceptional. Loved our stay and the house. - Location great. Very comfortable and quiet. Loved having three bathrooms with three bedrooms. Well stocked pantry Would have liked instant coffee (as an alternative to coffee pods), black tea, pepper grinder. Toilet seat on downstairs bathroom loose. Stain on lounge seats against window when we arrived.
- James (10/5): Fantastic first rate stay - This is an amazing place to stay.
Clean, well-presented and roomy.
Great location and tastefully furnished. Everything was perfect.
- John (9/5): It was a cold night - No heater in down stairs bedroom
- David (9/5): Comfortable clean and lots of space - Was clean and well appointed with modern design. Had real indoor plants. Difficult to use garage for larger cars
- Philip (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rosekadi (9/5): Superb - It was very comfortable for 4 adults. All facilities were clean. The lounge was a little uncomfortable and used looking. Blinds would greatly benefit the large back windows and door to keep the cold out.
- Debbie (9/5): Superb -
- Helen (10/5): Armidale Cottage hits the spot. - Cottage was very clean and spacious. Amenities were great. Pleasant view looking out at the courtyard. The plants made it very homely and I gave them a bit of water and attention. The door lock was tricky to operate - other guestshad to showus use it. My son found the garage very difficult to manoeuvre into.
- Sanjiya (1/5): Never gonna go back - Nice place but… The owner didn’t refund for 2 people. The staff was very rude 😠
- Kamala (10/5): Well renovated, very cosy and close to everything - Well renovated, very cosy and close to everything NA
- Jody (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kylie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Steve (10/5): Exceptional -
- Brett (8/5): Clean and comfortable accommodation in a very central location in Armidale. - Spacious, clean, comfortable and stylish. There's a bit of road noise that's noticeable from the upstairs rooms but it's not too bad.
- Joanne (8/5): Comfortable house in good location. - Spacious. Comfortable. Walking distance to city centre Road was a little more main than I like. Stains on lounge made it feel dirty.
- Kim (10/5): Amazing Armidale - The house is new and has every amenity necessary. Chris and Marie went above and beyond with help. We liked everything
- Family (10/5): Excellent experience, beautiful accommodation - It was a keypad on the door. We were a little challenged by it to start. The host was great, they came to the property and sorted it for us in minutes Nothing, we will be staying again when we come to town. The beds were comfortable and we all had separate bathrooms which is always a bonus when traveling with colleagues.
The cottage was clean and well appointed
- Jaimie (10/5): Exceptional -
