• Outi (4/5): Kaunis kaupunki, harmi että asunnon palvelut eivät vastanneet odotuksia. - Sijainti erinomainen. Keittiön varustelu ok. Check in tehtiin etukäteen ja siinä he pyytävät maksamaan 30€ palvelumaksun. Maksoin myös takuumaksun jota he eivät koskaan palauttaneet. Tyynyt aivan hirveät. Niska edelleen jumissa. Olimme viikon, vessapaperi loppui kesken ja roskia kertyi. Yritin olla henkilökuntaan yhteydessä sivujen kautta mutta en saanut vastausta. Jouduimme ostamaan itse vessapaperia ja jätimme roskat aulaan koska emme löytäneet paikkaa mihin viedä ne. Yöllä muutama tunti ennen lähtöä he lähettivät puhelinnumeron ja yhteystiedöt joihin olisimme voineet olla yhteydessä. Aivan liian myöhään.

• Joorgis (9/5): Bardzo dobre miejsce jako baza wypadowa do zwiedzania miasta. - Apartament przestronny i dobrze wyposażony, czysty. Świetna lokalizacja z bardzo dobrym dojazdem komunikacją publiczną do centrum.

• Guest (8/5): Cómoda estancia en Viena! - La calefacción funcionaba muy bien. Zona bien comunicada y con multitud de bares y supermercados cerca. Camas cómodas. El cuarto de baño tenía bastantes manchas de humedad. La ducha no tragaba bien. La cocina podía estar mejor equipada, contar al menos con un microondas.
• Svetlana (10/5): - Die Unterkunft habe ich kurzfristig für mein Sohn gebucht, da die vorherige Buchung zwei Tage vor der Anreise vom Vermieter storniert wurde. Es ist alles einwandfrei gelaufen. Mein Sohn durfte die Koffer früher im Apartment abstellen, was sehr praktisch war. Es war sauber und alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Mein Sohn war mit zwei weiteren Jungs, sie haben für drei Wochen Auslandspraktikum gemacht. Sie waren mit allem zufrieden.
• Carina (7/5): - Gut! Die Beschreibung wo das Appartement ist. Es war sehr schwierig zu finden, da es nicht gekennzeichnet war.
• Michelangelo (1/5): - Ho pagato una cauzione di 150€ per effettuare il check-in prima dell’arrivo che mi sarebbero stati restituiti entro 10 giorni ma sono passati più di due mesi e non mi hanno restituito nulla, nonostante i miei tentativi di contattare la struttura. Inoltre la porta di ingresso era sempre aperta e, trattandosi di un pianterreno, avremmo potuto trovarci qualcuno dietro la porta della stanza anche di notte.

• Friederike (5/5): In Ordnung, hätte aber deutlich besser sein können. Wohlfühlfaktor gab es nicht. - Die Lage der Unterkunft war sehr gut. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel waren direkt vor der Tür. Von der Sauberkeit her, war die Unterkunft ok, hätte aber deutlich besser sein können. Die Bettwäsche wirkte nicht besonders neu. Im Bad gab es einen einzigen Haken um Handtücher aufzuhängen, sonst keine weiteren Ablagemöglichkeiten. Während unseres Aufenthaltes roch es sehr stark nach kaltem Rauch, darum wurde kümmerte sich das Personal zeitnah.
• Ivan (7/5): Good accommodation with affordable price - The accommodation was a good size for 2-3 people and includes a private bathroom. It is on the first floor and uses AC for heating, but the temperature was comfortable. The bed was also comfortable. There is a kitchenette with a sink, fridge, table, and hot plate; plates and glasses were also available. It is an affordable option, and we didn't experience much noise from the nearby trams. Also, the location is good—a calm neighborhood with public transport stations nearby and private parking. I think the address details could be improved. The entrance is located on the corner of the building and is not that easy to find. Also, since the accommodation is managed by a company, you cannot contact the host directly via the phone number provided if any issue occurs.

• Florian (6/5): - Unterkunft war gut und sauber. Küche könnte mehr Ausstattung haben. Heizung konnte man nicht runter drehen. Fenster konnte man nicht ganz auf machen. Online Check- In war kurios. Es wurde nur auf Englisch geschrieben (E-Mail Informationen). Über WhatsApp wurden Fragen beantwortet, aber auch nur auf Englisch, etwas komisch.

• Alba (10/5): Estupendo - Estaba todo genial, la calefacción se podía regular perfectamente, esta muy bien conectado con el centro, también tiene varios supermercados cerca. La comunicación con el propietario genial, respondía al momento y nos ha resuelto todas las dudas.
• Amina (1/5): DO NOT RECOMMEND! - Apartman suite is average, cleanliness can be better but okay. Owner took deposit of 149€ and is not returning it almost a month after we checked out. After few times of unsucessfull conversations he kept saying that he is working on the problem of getting it back on my card, but those were falls promises and I still do not have deposit back. Pictures of the apartman I have before and after and nothing was different and he has no right of keeping deposit. Do not recommend!!!

• Sassano (7/5): bello - posizione ottima con fermata tram a 5 minuti pulito e ben fornito di tutto … anche spazioso purtroppo il citofono per entrare e’ in posto poco visibile consiglierei di aggiungere anche delle insegne meglio se luminose , abbiamo avuto molto difficoltà a trovarlo… un ‘ altra nota negativa e’ il materasso troppo morbido quasi inesistente nonostante sia basso ma veramente troppo scomodo..
• Xabier (8/5): 3 días en Viena - La casa es espaciosa, limpia y adecuada para 2 incluso para 4 personas. Está en una zona tranquila y bien comunicada. Las almohadas eran muy incómodas. No hay placas de cocina, únicamente un microondas.

• Stefan Momcilovic (5/5): - Smeštaj samo sto je lep, nista vise od toga čak više sve je fuseraj, zidovi su od gipsa tako da je loša izolacija, vlasnici smestaja nisu odgovorili ni na jednu poruku niti poziv tako da do poslednjeg trenutka ne znate kad i kako ulazite u smestaj jer ne šalju nikakve informacije, piše da ima internet ali zapravo nema, televizor nije ispravan stavili fake netflix sliku na televizoru, sve u svemu prosek mu vadi izgled i lokacija jer je povezana sa svim prevozima...

• rachel (4/5): אירוח מאכזב מאד - המיקום היה במרכז העיר היה קושי במציאת דלת הכניסה למלון לקח זמן עד שקבלנו מענה זה היה יום שישי סמוך לשבת, הדירה הייתה די בכניסה, וכל מי שנכנס או יצא שמעו אותו. החימום בחדר היה גבוה מידי, הגיע ל 31 מעלות (ללא יכולת ויסות) נאלצנו להדליק מזגן כדי לנסות לווסת את החום. המיטות לא היו נוחות. המיחם החשמלי לא עבד. הכיריים החשמליות לא עבדו. החדר קטן מאד. הובטח לנו שאין בעיה עם דלת כניסה חשמלית, מה שלא היה נכון. נשלח טכנאי בערב שבת לנטרל את הנעילה החשמלית אך בסופו של דבר מישהו בשבת הפעיל את הנעילה של הדלת ולא יכולנו להכנס, נשארנו מחוץ לדירה עד לצאת השבת. מאכזב מאד !!! אני הייתי בהרבה מלונות ודירות דרך בוקינג ולא נתקלתי בכל כך הרבה תקלות בדירה אחת.

• Cristina (4/5): Vienna stupenda. Ma non consiglio questa struttura. - Camera spaziosa, anche se il bagno molto piccolo. La parete della camera che dava sulla strada al piano terra era inesistente, tutte finestre da pavimento a tetto (stile ufficio) e senza tende oscuranti. A qualsiasi ora entrava una luce assurda. Impossibile dormire.
• KONSTANTINOS (8/5): - Πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο με το τραμ, του οποίου η στάση είναι στο ένα λεπτό με τα πόδια. Γενικά δεν ακούγεται ήχος από έξω και ας είναι ισόγειο. Οι κουρτίνες συσκότισης είναι πολύ καλές. Γενικά ένα πολύ όμορφο απλό κατάλυμα. Το στρώμα του κρεβατιου ήταν τέλειο..

Ha richiesto un deposito ulteriore da versare su un sito terzo e non previsto dalle condizioni di prenotazione. Inoltre non mi è stato rimborsato dopo un mese dalla data del soggiorno nonostante i vari e vani solleciti fatti alla struttura. Pessima esperienza

• Giovanna (1/5): Estancia lamentable - La ciudad, me cobraron 149 euros más sin saber porque, me lo retuvieron en cuenta un día antes de abandonar el establecimiento, después de llamar a Booking, adjuntar la documentación, mandar varios mensajes al apartamiento, su respuesta es, ten paciencia.... Me parece un timo La tele no iba, la mesa estaba rota, el aire acondicionado hacía ruidos bastante fuertes, la puerta de acceso rota y forzada... Y no habia nadie en persona para poderte comunicar....no lo recomiendo para nada Las instalaciones y el timo

• Mustafa (3/5): Looks Promising Online but Disappointing in Reality - The only good thing was the location. Other than that nothing. The flat is on the ground floor of a converted office building, which impacts comfort and privacy. The drywall walls are very thin => you can hear noise from the street and neighboring flats, making it hard to sleep. Being on the ground floor also means you can’t open the curtains without people from the street looking in. The shower leaked due to missing sealing and the towels smelled damp on arrival. The TV couldn’t connect to YouTube or Netflix because of internet issues. Both the shower and towel problems were eventually fixed after contacting three different people on WhatsApp. Finding the entrance was confusing, as there’s no sign or clear instruction and the official address leads to a different door. Overall, the place has potential, but needs better soundproofing, clearer directions and more attention to maintenance and guest comfort.

• Jessica (6/5): Basic but good value for money. - Modern and clean. The beds are comfortable. Good transport links. It is very basic eg no bedside tables, only 2 mugs for 3 people, only 1 pan and 1 frying pan. Could have done with a microwave. No washing up bowl or sink plugs. A little bit noisy as it’s on the ground floor and there were building works going on the opposite house from 7am onwards.

• Chiara (7/5): Bene ma non benissimo - Posizione comoda per aggiungere il centro sia a piedi sia con i mezzi. Stanza delle dimensioni giuste per due persone, luminosa e pulita, attrezzata per cucinare. Connessione wifi veloce. Abbiamo avuto dei problemi con il condizionatore (perdeva acqua in gran quantità) e, nonostante abbiamo contattato l'host della struttura per farlo sistemare, non abbiamo mai ricevuto risposta. Inoltre, la porta di ingresso dell'edificio non veniva mai chiusa a chiave, restando aperta anche di notte, cosa che ci ha fatti sentire poco al sicuro. La TV in camera non funzionava, non era connessa nè all'alimentatore, nè all'antenna e nemmeno al wifi rendendola inutilizzabile. Non siamo neanche riusciti ad accoppiare i nostri telefoni alla TV per usarla con duplicazione schermo.

• Lukáš (6/5): - Dostupnost té části Vídně, kterou jsem potřeboval. Cena Černý čaj a relativně vybaveno v kuchyňce Vchod je z boku čili z jiné ulice (Lessinggasse) a nikoliv z té ulice, která je adresou ubytování. Adresa je ovšem správně, což pochopí každý, kdo si najde půdorys budovy. Objekt respektive další pokoje jsou ve výstavbě, ale to při pobytu nerušilo (ubytování jsme měli ve všední den). Co nás naopak rušilo byly zvuky z chodby, slyšeli jsme vše, stěny jsou zde tenké (nejspíš jen příčky). Bydlení je v přízemí a v rušné ulici, takže závěsy ani neshrnete, protože z ulice by na vás viděli. Předtím to asi byl nebytový prostor. TV není připojena k anténě ani internetu, tak si nic nepustíte.
• Stavroulla (7/5): - The location was very convenient for transportation, grocery shopping etc. Even though the room was right next to the road, we could barely hear any sounds from outside. Quiet neughborhood. Spacious shower. Spacious room with TV, a big wardrobe, a fully equipped kitchen, and a table. I liked that there was a vending machine at the entrance. The beds were okay, but the single bed was quite small, and the pillow on it was very uncomfortable. The other pillows were okay. Also, there weren't any sheets, just a matress for each bed. The a/c wasn't very powerful. Either the a/c or the fridge would make buzzing noises throughout the day, which was a bit annoying during the night. There was a bit of mould near the shower.

• Katalin (3/5): Feel like a homeless - just open the window and you are on the busy street. - location is good, but that is all. The rooms are on the ground floor of a busy street, the window is appr. 40 cm from the pavements - so you cannot open the window othervise passer-bys can just jump in or see your entire room. But the biggest problem was that the door from the street that leads to gthe coridor from where you can enter all the rooms was locked late at night and could not be open with the code, and there is no other possibility! One of the guestd locked this door from inside and it cannot be opend from outside - so this problem can occur an time if any of the guests thinks this door should be locked. The host was reluctant to beleive the problem, she asked for a video call and then finally she beleived that we are not totally stupid, the door is really locked, so she came but she did not have a solution. Finally she called one of the guests, luckily he answered and opened the door. But this took almost an hour and we were standing outside in the cold street. This is why we canceled the second night but still wait for the refund since 24th April (today és 21 May 2025).

Convenient to move around on foot and the city centre is 25 min on foot. The minus is that it is located on the ground floor and you can hear people passing by outside and talking to each other which is disturbing and a bit strange for me.

• Maja (8/5): Very good - The location was perfect for me, the bed was comfortable, the apartment was clean, staff helpful. There was no way to completely cover the window from the light, so if you’re sensitive to light in the morning, it’s difficult to sleep. I was missing a cutting board, and drying towel, since there was no dishwasher. The flat is on the ground floor, and there was some noise from the street, but the street is not very busy.
• Matthieu (7/5): Comfortable stay in a location that is still under construction - To enter the building, the digicode is actually around the corner, this could have been better explained and I had to help another family getting in too as they were confused outside. Bed was very comfortable, amenities are ok. It felt as though I was the first and only person staying there at the beginning. Very limited decoration in the main corridor, no numbers above the doors to find your room, and many other rooms around still in construction. The owner probably bought a few apartments, and started renting them out before finishing the work. Another small thing, the curtains don’t fully block out the sun, so if cars drive by or when the sun rises early in the morning, expect lights as bed is next to window. I feel as though this place will be great, once it’s finished ! Thank you for opening it for me, I guess 😊
• Monica (7/5): 4 cosy nights in Vienna - The apartment was very clean, it had (almost) everything you could need, it was the perfect size for two people travelling for 4 nights. The tram & bus stations are very close and there are direct lines to the city centre and to the railway station (that gets you to the airport). The check in/check out process was easy. There are tons of shops in the area for groceries. The neighbourhood felt very safe, I had no issues walking alone at night as a woman. I asked the host something about turning up the heating the evening we arrived and he hasn't responded. To be fair, it was an easy process and we figured it out, but I didn't appreciate the lack of answer. The tram passes next to the building all day and all night, so keep that in mind if you're a light sleeper. Also, the mattress was super soft, and gave us both back aches (I guess for renting a firmer mattress would be advised). There was no place to dry dishes or any dish towels. The showerhead was spraying all around (because it was cracked). There was no trashcan in the bathroom. Maybe the host will be able to fix these by the time the next people rent the place.

Loved the experience and would love to come back! There was nothing in particular, I'm very please with my trip and my stay!
