- Valerie (4/5): - There was obviously a leak in the laundry ceiling and water was running down the door and corner wall but would then run to the drain across the room making a slip hazard. Thankfully there was a mat as I did slip a couple of times. Also there was a pair of underwear in the bed that wasn't mine so were the beds not changed between guests. I did end up leaving earlier. Great location though. Short walk to the beach or shops.

The apartment was exceptionally clean and comfortable, with a well resourced kitchen for being self-sufficient for meals etc. The AC worked well. Lack of mod-cons. Small sink, no wi-fi, dishwasher or dryer and the washing machine could do with an update. Also nowhere to hang washing to dry in wet. I gifted them a clothes rack……

- Edwina (7/5): We almost had everything we needed - Location, clean and pet friendly No wi-fi No secure outdoor area for our pet Only supplied with one roll of toilet paper and one garbage bag - we were booked for 7 nights. Real estate told us that was all we were entitled to. We had dishwasher sachets, but no dishwasher- would have preferred toilet paper and garbage bags.

- Robyn (8/5): We enjoyed a comfortable stay in Yamba, that was very close to all amenities. - The location was excellent. Easy walking to dog friendly beach and museum, bowls club and many eating and drinking venues. Quiet area. light wasn't working in main bedroom. rubbish didn't get collected.

- Jean (10/5): Exceptional - It was close to the beaches and the centre of town. We were able to walk everywhere. There wasn't any back lawn for the dog to run in. A clothes dryer would have been great.
