• Ashley (10/5): Amazing and spacious property! - Location was just a few minutes from the parks, easy in and out of the gates, private parking, 4 floors with 4 bedrooms! 4th floor had its own en-suite, 3rd floor had two bedrooms that shared one bathroom, 2nd floor had a very spacious kitchen, living room and dining room, and the 1st floor (where you enter) had one bedroom with an en-suite. Incredibly spacious condo! N/A

We felt safe in the gated community. Could have been a little cleaner especially the main shower. I requested a crib and it was not there but it did get delivered later. There were Kcup coffee pods but the coffee maker was not meant for K pods it was a filter and grounds type.

Thanks so much. - Tons of space, all necessary items in the kitchen, big fridge, good washer/drier, smart tvs, big shower/bathtub area in the upstairs master, plenty of closet space, covered parking. The pool area was delightful with fun games. We really enjoyed our stay. We even prolonged our booking 3 days with no problems. Thank you! The carpet is looking kind of old and dirty. That is our only complaint. Other than that every thing else was clean and very comfortable.

Steps on main living floor required “ watch your step” warning signs - and even then one of our party had a bad fall. Minimal kitchen cookware and place settings for a 4 BR unit if you are planning on preparing meals. Master bath commode room had mold or mildew on ceiling, condensation from AC vent.

Στην Ευρώπη δεν έχουμε τέτοιες καφετέριες. Και το κόστος δεν θα ήταν μεγάλο κ για μας θα ήταν πρακτικό.

• Guest (10/5): It felt like staying in a private resort where every detail was perfect - Absolutely Stunning – Even Better Than the Photos! This property exceeded every expectation! The grounds were beautifully maintained, and the house itself was so inviting I never wanted to leave. With plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, everyone had their own space, and the bedswith their luxurious bedding—were incredibly comfortable. The upstairs washer and dryer made it so easy to keep swimsuits and clothes fresh throughout our stay. The master bath was a true showstopper, with a spa-like design featuring a soaking tub inside the shower—pure bliss! We were greeted with a thoughtful snack basket full of goodies and coffee, and the gourmet kitchen was stocked with everything I needed to cook full meals and serve both breakfast and dinner. Just steps from the home, the pool area was amazing—we swam every day, enjoyed the provided towels, and played games that kept my 3- and 4-year-olds entertained for hours. The putt-putt course was a hit, and while the hot tub wasn’t hot, the kids loved it just the same. The location could not have been more perfect—close to everything we wanted to see and do, making it easy to pop back and forth from the attractions. I was truly blown away by how beautiful and well-kept this property was, the photos don’t do it justice. This was, hands down, my favorite stay in Orlando to date, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a magical, comfortable, and memorable vacation! I wouldn't have changed a thing

• Guest (2/5): Too hot ac sucks, clean linens, host doesn’t care - The place smelled clean and had clean linens. They also had dishes to use and left you a basket of goodies to say thanks for staying. It was warm on all 4 floors 80% of the stay. For a few hours a night it was cool. The toilet paper holders were broke, one ceiling fan didn’t work at all, walls looked dirty and couch is dated. I informed the owner day one. They informed me there were 3 thermostats in the unit, there’s only ONE. Them they messaged me to make sure it was working and again I told them still too warm. They were no help with my concerns. We had to buy fans which mainly blew heat around.

My wuife and I took our five grandkids for a Disney vacation, and the location of the unit was great! Easy access to everything! Nothing at all! We were very happy!
• Michael (9/5): Great Stay, close to everything, private parking with gate, safe surroundings with lots of extras. - Great Location, Took family to All Universal parks and Epcot and Magic Kingdom. All were relatively close. Gated entrance and parking were great, felt really safe. As a bonus found a mini golf course on property. Pool area was clean and not overrun with people. Great space with lots of games and added bonuses. Pool towels available with shaded areas if not swimming. Our layout was a lower floor bedroom with bath that was right off entrance door from parking. Main floor was kitchen, living room and full bath. Up a half level was 2 bedrooms and one full bath shared. One bedroom had large bed while other had bunks with large bottom and above twin. Up a half level had on-suite with seating bay window large bedroom, walk in closet, and large bathroom with a bathtub and shower area (large). Overall was more than comfortable, main floor had door into courtyard with nice walkway to pool area. Grounds were kept us nice. Loved the parking, it is under the main floor, room for 2 vehicles with good lighting. Door to unit is in parking area and walks in with lower bedroom straight ahead. This was nice for our adult married children, gave them like their own level as everything else as above. None of the things listed are complaints just areas that for our family would have been nice. For a large rental which can be for up to 10 people we could have benefited from more kitchen utensils. Most drawers and cabinets are totally empty. Basicly 10 forks, 10 spoons, 10 plates, 10 small cups, 1 rubber spatula, 2 spatulas, 3 bowl set, small frying frying pan, large frying pan, 1 spare metal cookware w/lid, 1 round metal cookware w/lid, Glass set and small glass set. There is toaster, kuerig (single), blender, Microwave. If you are not doing a lot of cooking its fine. We try to do some meals in and we like to cook breakfast. Would have liked a pizza pan, a large piece pot for spaghetti or boiling something. The hot tub during our stay was same temp as our pool. For a pool it was great temp, but would like a hotter hot tub. We were at the parks so much it didn't make a lot of difference for us. I peaked over the fence where pumps were and it looked like they may have been working on them. Might be fine rest of year. If it is a big deal for you, call ahead to verify the hot tub is currently working right. The master suite upstairs is beautiful and the show/tub area is large and spacious. In between the tub (left side) and the shower (right side) was something different. The walk area in between is granite stepping stones, with black stones. The entire area is separated from rest of bathroom glass shower wall. The drain for shower is hidden somewhere under the black stones. As you might guess the granite stepping stones (probably 18 in x 18in) are high gloss so when you are stepping out of tub or shower are a little slick. Didn't fall but had to be careful. The other option would have been to step on stones (not a great option for me also). Dont know exactly how they clean the area (but that is not my job and I didn't want to move them to see how clean it was).

• Rafael (8/5): Great place with comfortable rooms and in a good location - This accommodation offers plenty of rooms and bathrooms with a big kitchen and living room. The pool area is quite nice since it has a big pool with many games for kids to play. The location is also good if you want to be very close to the Disney area. Lastly the maintenance staff were welcoming and provided support very fast when we needed it. The kitchen could be better equipped since it didn't have things like a cutting board or towels. Also this place has a lot of stairs, which is not very friendly for elderly people

• Guest (1/5): Filthy Kitchen, Unsanitary Conditions – Completely Disappointed! - We booked this home for a 3-night family trip to Orlando. We arrived late at night, carried our luggage in, and went straight to bed because we were exhausted. The next morning, we walked into the kitchen and were shocked: • Every cabinet shelf was greasy and littered with dirty plates. • All cookware and utensils were covered in sticky grime and totally unusable. • The trash bin was overflowing and had clearly not been emptied; garbage was spilling onto the floor. On top of that, the towels were very thin and—although they looked clean at first—they had hair stuck to them, making them unusable as well. With a 4-year-old child, we were extremely worried about hygiene and potential health risks. We immediately contacted the host, who offered to send a cleaner while we were out—but we couldn’t accept someone entering the property without us there. The house should have been cleaned properly before our arrival. We have no time in our tight, pre-planned 3-day schedule to find another place and move again. This stay has been a complete disappointment and ruined the start of our holiday. Do not book this property!

• Roland (8/5): Great spacious home - A very spacious, clean property in a quiet area. It has great facilities - nice kitchen and lounge area. You need a car to get anywhere but there is excellent access to main roads and you aren't far from Disney. Overall a great place and great value. The property is marked as having four bathrooms but it actually has three bathrooms and four toilets. This wasn't entirely clear in this description if you each need a private bathroom. The air-con in the basement room may disturb some people.

Then the air kept going out. The thermostat kept saying system error. The system has been calling for air for the last 4 hours I took a picture of it.

Had to carry/lug 50 lb suitcases up three and four staircases! 2- All bathroom and bedroom and bathroom outlets didn’t work, all of them!! washer/dryer located on top floor! 3- Couch torn & old, cups for coffee held three ounces at best, toilet seats didn’t stay up, swimming pool was filthy, no towels available, no accessories available for ping pong, only one zone air conditioner for four floors!! Very hard to maintain temperature throughout the townhouse! 4- There was workers in front of the townhouse, and behind the townhouse the entire time!! Started working at 8 am each morning!! POWER WASHING THE ROOFS OUTSIDE OUR WINDOWS THE ENTIRE TIME!! Couldn’t sleep in! Dangerous conditions outside our door, couldn’t safely walk to the pool, with wires, ladders, buckets of paint, tarps and blankets all over the walkway and even on our porch!!! My wife hit her foot injuring her toe in the way to the pool!! Jacuzzi was a joke! Very cold the entire time!! Ladders were both on the door and against the building, with hoses and wires all over the place!! 5- My family and I were so disappointed and frustrated that we paid good money and wasted our time in such an awful place!! 6- AND THERE WASN’T ANYONE THERE TO ANSWER QUESTIONS OR TEND TO OUR NEEDS OR CONCERNS OUR ENTIRE STAY!! We even texted the person who sent the initial email and text, and we did not receive a response back!! Also there wasn’t any toilet paper in poolside bathrooms! 7- Couldn’t use the fan in the bedrooms without the light, so we couldn’t just sleep with the fan! 8- The Security gate at entrance DID NOT WORK DURING OUR STAY!

• Louise (10/5): A peaceful place to stay in comfort, with all amenities on your doorstep! - The property is spread over 4 floors, and is truly exceptional - 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. There is a central living area with a large, well stocked, open plan kitchen, dining and living room. The cherry on the top was the Welcome basket! The owner undertook to add mugs for coffee/tea and teaspoons- so I am sure future guests will have everything they need.
