Any abuse of threatening behavior towards staff or contractors will result in immediate termination of stay without a refund. Any booking for more than 21 nights will require a mid-stay clean at guest cost. The agent is not responsible, nor has control over building and renovation work by neighboring properties and cannot issue refunds in such circumstances. The guest acknowledges that they are required to complete an online check in form prior to the day of arrival. ID such as a license is required. Feel free to blur address on license. This information is removed from our systems 14 days after check out. There is a $3000 security deposit taken during schoolies period that is taken prior to arrival. Unless specifically stated the property does not provide linen such as sheets, towels, pillowcases, tea towels, bathmats. We can arrange the hire of these at an additional cost. Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Evy (9/5): Great stay - Very clean, well equipped, great location, comfortable Better communication of what’s coming after booking. $500 security deposit and another $66 for linen hire (which we had to put in ourselves) probably weren’t ideal for some. We would have brought our own linen knowing the ‘luxury’ of having all prepared for us isn’t included in the extra $66. We thought when they said ‘it would be ready for us’ meant that it would be put on for us.

Alex (9/5): Superb - Great fenced area for dogs. Close to beach. Clean and comfy beds. Dripping toilet. A bit harder to find at night.
Marilyn (9/5): Superb - Pet friendly, convenient location, clean and with a well equipped kitchen. No dishwasher..but that was not a problem to us. Would have liked a clothes dryer as it rained while we were there.
Neil (8/5): Great area, do it again. - The cottage was comfortable and close to the beach, very grateful to be able to bring our dog. The patio security needs to be improved as a bolt is the only thing stopping someone from entering the property.
