- Irina (8/5): Very good, but with nuances… - I would have given a 10, but I’m giving an 8 because the washing machine was not working during the entire one-month stay, even though the issue was reported within the first few days and was never fixed. When we requested clean bed linen and towels, we were initially asked to pay an additional fee, which we did not fully understand, especially given that the washing machine was not functioning. However, in the end, they were provided free of charge. Apart from that, everything else was very good: the kitchen was fully equipped (including oil, salt, sugar, etc.), the bathroom and toilet supplies were sufficient, and a mop was provided for cleaning. That the washing machine was not working. The bed in the room was squeaky.

Расположение для нас было немного неудобным/непривычным , но мы быстро освоились с местным транспортом.

Érkezés előtt 3 órával kifizettem a parkolóhelyet, érkezés után 2 órával az érkezés után kaptam visszajelzést a parkoló elfoglalásáról, addig megkaptam a 36 eurós büntetést parkolás miatt, erre azt válaszólták, hogy nagyon sajnálják

- Alexandra (10/5): Чудові, чисті, просторі апартаменти в безпосередній близькості до центру міста, є платний але хороший підземний паркінг. - Чудові апартаменти в тихому районі Відня та в безпосередній близькості до центру міста, транспортна розвʼязка чудова! Є зручний підземний паркінг, правда платний 20 € за добу. Номер чудовий, є всі зручності та чудово облаштована кухня(олія, спеції, пральні капсули, та капсули для посудомийної машини ітд). Дуже чисто!!! Є власна тераса в внутрішньому дворі з меблями. Особлива подяка дівчаткам, що займаються прибиранням, допомогли заселити нас трішки раніше, привітно зустріли, підказали корисну інформацію, просто розумнички! Щиро рекомендую ці апартаменти, цінове співвідношення до якості ідеальне!

Liked the basic supplies in the kitchen and wash areas. - Clean and spacious, we liked the kitchen supplies that included cooking oil, salt and pepper grinders. The room was not cool enough during the afternoon. It may be ok for colder months but for August an airconditioner would have made it more comfortable.

- Jana (4/5): Zklamání - Blízko zastávka a obchod. I když bylo avizované ,že se parkovat dá před domem, jediné naše auto a ještě dva Slováci dostali pokutu, byť ostatní auta, neměla žádné povolení, či karty apod. Myslím, že to bylo úmyslné od pronajímatele, protože policisté do zastrčené uličky nechodí,a auta byla zaparkována čelem k chodníku, takže zběžně z auta nešlo vidět čelní sklo. Byli jsme tedy jiným způsobem donuceni si dokoupit parkování v podzemní garáži od pronajímatele, byť se v pohodě vždy místo na parkování před domem našlo. Zklamání z ubytování - smrad z cigaret,na terase několik "vajglů", byť je celý objekt nekuřácký,bylo poznat, že i v ložnici či WC se běžně kouří. Mastné špinavé zdi,podlaha vytřená asi z " rychlíku", děravé povlečení,deka - přehoz na poste- skvrna l od čerstvé krve..,co bylo platné moderně vybavené, když celkově bylo vše ledabylé... Klimatizace by se opravdu hodila,v noci při otevřeném okně - průvan a teplota v místnosti stále 27-28 stupňů. Fotky na booking byly focené zřejmě hodně za čerstva, protože ani jedna fotografie neodpovídala našemu pokoji, pouze polštáři...jinak dojem z pokoje ponurý a smrad. Postel příšerně vrzala. Fotku jsem si žádnou nepořídila - raději.

Average daytime temperature in the apartment through our stay was 33degrees centigrade. Fan should have been provided before our arrival. I shouldn’t have to ask. A second fan was not provided as promised. We were dropped off at wrong address, because the taxi company seems to have the address wrong. This should be sorted. The local residents confirmed this as regular occurrence. Shower room floor did not look clean. No air freshener. We actually left one in there.

- Benedetta (9/5): Sempre un piacere tornare a Vienna, in una bella location - L' appartamento era molto funzionale, pulito e ben fornito di ogni accessorio. Anche gli spazi erano ben strutturati. Nonostante fosse in periferia, il centro è raggiungibile in circa 30 minuti con fermata del tram a 4 minuti da casa. Molto consigliato! Il balcone era poco curato con erbacce che crescevano tra le piastrelle.

Очень хорошее расположение рядом находится супермаркет Частота в номере просто отсутствовала. Обычно эти номера очень чистые и хорошие для проживания но в этот раз все постели были грязные. И самое главное что в номере очень сильно воняло сигаретами и был неприятный запах, который невозможно было проветрить. Сообщили администрации отеля требования нас пересилить другой номер но они сказали что все номера заняты. Очень расстроенный в этот раз посещением этого отеля . Мы жили в номере один.

Viele Tücher, Handtücher, Geschirr, Kaffemaschine usw, Bettwäsche waren sehr frisch gewaschen und haben sehr schön gerochen. Kann ich nur empfehlen, wir und die Kinder haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider war nur Grob Sauber gemacht worden, die Gardinen waren schmutzig und etwas Staub... aber Hauptsache für uns waren die Frisch gewaschene Bettwäsche und Tücher. Wenn dort mehr auf Sauberkeit geachtet wird ist die Wohnung mehr als Perfekt.

L'arrivée et le départ sont très faciles. Le logement est bien situé, proche de commerces variés et des transports en commun reliant au centre de Vienne directement en 20min. Le congélateur ne fonctionnait pas correctement et la cuisine manquait de vaisselle de grande taille.

Nur die Tür zur Terrasse kann geöffnet werden um zu lüften. Die Ventilatoren nutzen nicht viel. Trotz Erdgeschoss sehr warm. Bett knarrt bei jeder Bewegung.

- Andreas (9/5): Für den Preis Perfekt - Es wahr alles neu und sehr außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet , es wahr ruhig und der Penny wahr nur 3 min entfernt Die Lampen Schirme wahren staubig , das Unkraut auf der Terrasse wahr 1 Meter hoch die Fenster im Schlafzimmer sind nicht zu öffnen was das lüften sehr schwer macht als wir ankahmen 16 Uhr lief der geschirrspühler den mußten wir danach ausräumen ( nicht schlimm aber seltsam ) Die Kinder die auf dem schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer schliefen haben sich über den schlafkommfort peschwert um den Preis aber durchaus annehmbar es wahr keine U Bahn Station in der Nähe aber Bus 9 geh Minuten entfernt mit dem erreicht man in 15 min alle U Bahnen

- MAŁGORZATA (6/5): - Apartament czysty, przestronny Okno w łazience znajduje sie na wprost prysznica, nie ma w nim rolety ani zasłony, po drugiej stronie okna blok mieszkalny. Materac w łóżku nie ma sprężyn z jednej strony, jest zapadnięty. Dodatkowo przy każdym, nawet najmniejszym ruchu skrzypi tak głośno, że wybudza wszystkich mieszkańców. Apartament znajduje sie w bardzo bliskiej okolicy szpitala, dzwięk jeżdżących karetek jest bardzo intensywny. Ilość hałasu nie pozwoliła wypocząć w noclegu tranzytowym. Dodatkowo płatność za parking możliwa tylko poprzez link do bramki, który zarządca przesyła w wiadomości, wartość jaką bank naliczył za przewalutowanie należności z tej bramki przewyższyła dwukrotnie wartość parkingu!

- Miika (8/5): Some quirks, some dust, some charm - Overall the experience was good. The room was spacious and it had most of the basic amenities you would expect. A washing machine was a good plus, also we liked the darkening shades on the windows. The furniture was sensibly sized for the apartment. Sound proofing was good. We were on the first floor on the inside yard, and didn't hear any commotion from the street. The only sounds we heard was from our closest neighbours. And people seemed to respect the 10pm silence that the apartment complex enforces. The location was fine. There were a lot of shops nearby and it was really easy to go any- and everywhere with the exceptional public transport system. The trip to downtown took about 40 minutes, which didn't seem that long tbh. It was easy to communicate with the owners through Whatsapp. Firstly, nothing was so serious that it would've ruined our stay completely (though we are humble folks...). If you're more nitpicky, you might find some of these different sized annoyances dealbreakers. The wifi didn't work for the first couple of days of our stay. I had to reboot the modem and router a few times and communicate with the owners actively in order to get it to work. The basic TV channels didn't work at all for the entire duration of our stay. The kitchen amenities were lacking somewhat. There was no toaster. The coffee machine was REALLY slow. The pots and pans were not in a great shape (was gonna cook eggs for breakfast but yeah... We ate uncooked toast instead). Also there could be more drinking glasses and cutleries. The dishwasher worked well once we got the hang of it. The bathroom seemed great at first glance, but there were issues. The washing machine was situated right besides the shower, so it would've been a hazard to use it after a shower. There was no floor wiper in the shower, so the bathroom floor stayed wet for a long time after a shower. Also if you're not paying attention, you could easily blast water directly into the apartment floor due to the shower placement and the fact that there is no shower curtain or wall. Best to pay attention here, especially with kids, to avoid creating water damage accidentally. Apartment corners and places under the beds were dusty and had spiderwebs (also a few good sized spiders). The patio was unusable unfortunately. The grass hadn't been cut probably once this year and there were cigarrette butts and other pieces of trash and half eaten fruits etc. there. An artificial lawn or something would be great here, now it gives out a very unprofessional and lazy appearance. We didn't have a roofed patio either, so when it rained and we had our back door open, our livingroom floor got wet. And yes, as many people had pointed out earlier, the beds were REALLY noisy.
- Pauline (9/5): Many good points - Spacious, clean apartment with a little balcony. The kitchen was well equipped for simple meals. I liked that the bedroom and shower room could be isolated from the kitchen and living room. It's close to bus and tram stops. Many shops, cafes etc nearby. Soundproofing is good. We booked two apartments and paid for an early check in on one of them. It seemed extremely expensive. The location is a cosmopolitan area typical of big European cities. We didn't feel we were in Vienna. It's a long way out of the centre. Although the general impression is that of a new apartment, sadly the paintwork already needs renewing.

- Olena (9/5): - Все симпатично, чисто, дівчата прибиральниці в курсі всього, допомогли з парковкою розібратись швидше, ніж адміни по WhatsApp. В номерах все було розстелено і підготовлено, не потрібно було самій стелити дітям. На кухні все є, щоб приготувати нашвидкоруч (кофеварка, тостер, мікроволновка, духовка). Райончик такий собі…вночі ходили якісь підлітки(напевно) і лякали всіх нелюдськими криками, потім кричали налякані дівчата… я була в шоці, що у Відні таке може бути…

- Jenny-Victoria (6/5): Es war in Ordnung, da wir wirklich nur Nachts da waren. - Es war sehr schön eingerichtet, die Lage war für uns Perfekt, der Platz reicht für 4 Personen leicht, die Ausstattung der Küche war ausreichend für 4 Personen, gute Ausstattung, das Sofa sehr bequem, mit geschlossenen Fenster ist der Verkehr kaum noch zu hören. Rollläden elektrisch vorhanden.Der Anbieter war immer erreichbar. Die Sauberkeit war etwas mangelhaft im Bad und die Böden, es war sehr heiß und kaum runter zu kühlen außer Nachts. Das Bett isch Schlafzimmer quietscht extrem was sehr nervt bei jeder kleinster Bewegung. Die Balkone und Gärten sind etwas vernachlässigt.

- Milana (5/5): В квартирі є все що перелічено, але брудно. - Зупинялись на 1 добу сімʼєю. Розчаровані. Не було відчуття чистоти. Білизна застірана, підлога брудна. На балконі зовсім брудно. Кровать в однієї із кімнат дуже скрипить. І якійсь запах чи то від цигарок , не зрозуміло.
- Melanie (9/5): Bylo bardzo miło! - Bardzo czysto, szybki i łatwy check -in, wspaniały kontakt z wynajmującym, blisko piekarnia i sklep spożywczy Penny Łóżko dość mocno skrzypi, fajnie jakby ktoś to sprawdził ponieważ w nocy jedno się budziło bo drugie się przewracało na drugi bok :) moznaby też pomyśleć o dorzuceniu przypraw do wyposażenia kuchnia a przynajmniej soli

- MIHES (10/5): Apartamentul era ca in poze, foarte curat, bucatarie dotata cu ce trebuie. Am facut o alegere buna - Locatia a fost ok, am lasat masina in Park&Ride pentru 6EUR/zi ai am luat metroul sa vizitam orasul. In prima noapte au fost niste vecini galagiosi si de la 3-4 dimineata nu am prea putut dormi DAR dupa ce am raportat gazdei a doua zi dimineata nu au mai fost probleme pe parcursul sejurului.
