• Rayla (8/5): - Appartamento vicino alla fermata JR Koiwa e con il bus diretto sia per l'aeroporto che per Disneyland. Proprietario sempre disponibile. Il bagno un po' piccolo, ma tradizionale delle case giapponesi.
• Magdalene (5/5): Transport logistics, cramped space, and cleanliness issues. - Convenient Location: The apartment is located very close to Koiwa Train Station. Nearby Parking: We drove here right before returning our rental car, and it was handy having a paid parking lot nearby. Disneyland Return Bus: While getting to the parks was a hassle, we managed to locate the direct bus from Disneyland back to Koiwa Train Station, which was an absolute lifesaver at the end of the day. Poor Cleanliness: Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the apartment fell short of our expectations and could definitely use alot of improvement. Transport Logistics: It is only convenient to get to Disneyland and the airport if you catch the bus from Koiwa Station (definitely check the bus schedule beforehand!). If you use the train for either destination, you will need to make transfers. We followed Google Maps for train directions, but the station names on the app didn't tally with the actual stations, which caused us to change to the wrong train on our way to Disneyland. Tight Space: The photos make the apartment look much bigger than it actually is, and it was a tight squeeze for the 5 of us. The balcony is unnecessarily large—if that space had been converted into the interior rooms, it would have made a massive difference. Unusable Storage: Although there are wardrobes and cabinets, they were full of items, meaning we had absolutely nowhere to hang our clothes.
• PENGHSUAN (9/5): 很不錯，下次還是會考慮住宿 - JR小岩站北口一出來就到，不用大包小包走很遠這點太棒了！旁邊就是伊藤洋華堂超市，CP值高又美味的食材為此住宿加了不少分！廚房的廚具碗盤乾淨齊全，床鋪一張偏軟一張偏硬，剛好滿足我們的需求，暖氣和熱水都很好，我們住的很舒適。 前房客在退房時沒有留下鑰匙，導致我們寄放行李時沒有辦法鎖門，因為不安心所以不敢走遠，不斷的回民宿查看，第三次時終於看到有清潔人員我才真正離開，但他似乎不知道我沒有拿到鑰匙⋯。等到晚上回到民宿時被鎖在了門外，幸虧房東有即時回覆訊息才解圍。

• ENBI (5/5): 小岩駅近くに用事がある方は便利だと思います。 - 宿泊前日の午後に、こちら宿の水道トラブルのため、別の宿に案内してくれました。ここで宿泊していないので、別の宿の評価となります。「101 Cozy family house」「101 Narita Haneda Airport Direct Bus」という名前のところで、2泊泊めさせていただきました。 ①子供の遊ぶおもちゃがいっぱい。我が子が凄気楽しそうに遊んでいました。 ②広々としていて、2つの部屋ともエアコンがついています。 ③1つの寝室に大きいテレビが付いています。ゆっくりテレビが見れます。 ④周りにレストランが多いです。 ①1泊目は疲れてたのか、気づかなかったのか、音がしなかったのか分からないが、2泊目の、0時から3時の間（そこ後も音は聞こえてきたが、時間を見るのを諦めた。 結局朝6時時点、7時時点にも上から音が聞こえた） 上の階から、家具を動かす音、大きいものを落とす音、ドンドンする音、大きな話し声が聞こえ、ほぼ寝れなかったです。 ②冷蔵庫からキムチの匂いが残っているます。 ③キッチンの水道から変な匂いがしました。 ④お風呂の浴槽の栓がなかったです。（栓のチェーンがついているが） ⑤洗面台右に置いてあるゴミ箱は、恐らく前の宿泊客のゴミがまだ残っていました。 ⑥家主と関係ないかもしれませんが、家主がWhatsAppで連絡してくれた翌々日、携帯のSMSにWhatsAppのフィッシングSMSが届いた。その前は一回ももらったことがなかったです。

• Timothy (9/5): great location. really near Koiwa station. - The location was good and clean and homey. There are many restaurants and supermarkets around. The location was just across Koiwa Station, which was accessible to other train lines as well. The place was spacious enough for a family of 5. It has a dining table, separate toilet and bath. It was at first difficult to contact the host, but responded just in time before we checked in and everything was good after that. It would be better if the host replied faster initially.

• Yinyen (8/5): 老闆娘很客氣，人很好 - 我到日本的當天被告知因603房間的水管有問題，所以老闆娘有幫我們換房到101，房間很溫馨，還有玩具可以玩 離車站大約有10幾分鐘，有一點小遠，除了這點其它都很滿意

• Keiko (7/5): - 駅の目の前で、ヨーカドーも1分、立地は抜群でした。 3人で2週間滞在でしたが、トイレットペーパーが3ロールしかなく買い足す羽目に。お風呂やトイレの洗剤もなかった。滞在日数に応じた準備をして欲しかった。事前にチェックイン方法を教えて欲しいと直前まで何回かメールするも返事がなく、仕方なく記載された電話番号に電話した。 私たちより少し前に泊まったガストも口コミに書いていたが、冷凍庫に前の宿泊客の残した食料品が残っており、掃除の際にチェックしていないよう。
• HSUAN CHIH (8/5): 地點超佳，房東親切，清潔再稍加強就可以無敵了 - 地點超級棒，就在小岩站北口出來一分鐘，暑假還正好是小岩阿波舞的遊行會場，下樓就是巨大的伊藤洋華堂超市和百貨賣場，小岩的餐廳九成都在北口，薩莉亞就有兩家，鳥貴族，燒肉店等一應俱全，羽田機場巴士也可直達，非常便利的一個地點。房東是韓國人，非常客氣，對應也很親切迅速，房間提供的毛巾浴巾垃圾袋衛生紙等，也相當充足。 房間的清潔並沒有做得很好，骯髒的洗臉台的角落，衣櫃和廚房櫥櫃的角落，冰箱竟然還有之前住客留下的過期食物，烤箱還有未清理的殘渣，蓮蓬頭的噴水破舊水會亂噴，一些地方都會讓人感覺住得很不舒服。

• Mariette (8/5): Very good - Location next to train and huge supermarket. The play kitchen and toys were the highlight for my kids 3 and 4. Very functional unit with washing machine and kitchen appliances. Storage space available. Owner was very responsive. 3 beds in the unit gave us some options. Good value for money if you're after space and convenience. Unit can benefit from some electrical and plumbing work, lots of exposed cables and use of extension cords and the washing machine drains in the balcony so it's always wet. Even though a lot of effort has gone into making it kid friendly, there wasn't any plastic cups or plates in the unit, making me very nervous about them eating with the ceramic and glass dinnerware. Light or sensitive sleepers beware: one room is exposed to the hall light all night long (curtain does not cover it completely), the other room faces the train platform and you'll hear the bells, trains and announcements clearly from that room. Was not a problem for us, but could be for you.

It was very convenient for us to travel around the area. The staff of the property just so nice and kind. Our family just love this place and very highly recommended! It was our first time in Tokyo as a family trip and it was impressive! Thank you so much again! If we have a chance we will visit again for sure. None.

• Lin (10/5): Would stay again! - Location, location, location - couldn’t be any nearer to the train station. Two supermarkets less than 2 mins from the property with 7-11 nearby. Buses to Disneyland is also at the train station. Loved the convenience. Property was well provided for. The free stroller for my 3 year old son saved my arms. More than comfortable. Would definitely stay again.
• Khin (10/5): Beautiful Koiwa Apartment Stay - Love the apartment. It was our first time in Japan, of course we were all confused...easy access to the station and bus stop. Great facility and value makes us feel relaxed and enjoyable for our trip. None.
• Farishah (10/5): Value for money! - Love that the host is very welcoming and attentive to our queries. The unit has everything we needed during our stay and is accessible with an elevator. Location-wise - the unit is super close to Koiwa St. This station has direct buses to the airports (there’s only bus per day to Narita, not sure about Haneda) and Disneyland. The unit is a bit small for the 3 of us but the host definitely tried their best to make it a comfortable stay.

• Reiko (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean and comfortable. Even the bunk bed was very solid and comfortable. It is right in front of a train station so it is super easy to get around. There are plenty of restaurants and shops around the station as well. I had two young children and they loved those toys that they had in the room. My elderly parents liked those comfortable beds.
