• Ashikin (3/5): Poor - the view and the washroom. lied to me. said they have washing machine when asked at booking chat but when i arrived at the property, there's none. when asked about it via whatsapp group, got ignored. the pillowcase and pillows were stinky and hard.

• Roslina (9/5): Value for money! No regrets staying here. - Overall very well managed. The studio is big, clean and comfortable. The WiFi is superb. The water pressure is superb. The aircon is superb. I really enjoyed my stay. I did not used the other facilities like the swimming pool or the gym as i dont have the times. During the day i will be out and back in the late evening. Location is suitable for my activities. The parking space also very near to the lift lobby & the main gate and very convenient. If you are a woman and drive alone to the parking area i think is safe enough as i did that couple of nights. I came with my son, he had his own activities and i have my own. Only that we have to make sure who holds the keys have to be back earlier. I dont know if they provide extra keys or not as i dont need that. Its a self checked in & communication just via WhatsApp and the staffs are very professional. Thank you to the team, keep up your good job! Only have one issue, the pillows are small size. The size is half from the normal size.. I did inform them and hopefully they will change the 2 head pillows to normal size that we normally use in the house / hotel. Make sure you keep extra 2 more in the wardrobe too.
