• Zeynep (8/5): - the kitchen was practical and well-equipped with enough kitchen utensils. The location of the apartment was great, very close to the U-Bahn. The beds were reasonably comfortable. The apartment was clean and heated up nicely. The towels were old, and water leaked out of the shower, adding a small barrier or shower screen would help.

• David (9/5): Very good place to stay only a couple of minutes walk to the underground station. - we were in self catering. Location was excellent, only a few minutes walk from the city centre. A microwave oven would have been useful. not the sort of sofa we would have from choice.
• Sabine (8/5): - Sehr unkomplizierter und netter Kontakt. Sehr geräumige Unterkunft in Lage zur Fußgängerzone. Alles sauber und schön gestaltet. Die 3 Stündige Musikbeschallung ab 8 Uhr morgens direkt hinter der Küchenwand.. Schlafzimmerfenster leider ohne Verdunkelungsrollo oder Gardiene, so dass es morgens früh hell im Schlafzimmer ist.

• Olm83 (6/5): Für Kurztrip okay aber nicht mit Familie - Top Lage wenn man mit öffentlichen unterwegs ist und viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Ausreichende Küchenausstattung. Laute Umgebung und die Nachbarn nur durch eine Zwischentür mit einem Bügelbrett getrennt. Sehr beängstigend. Man hatte immer ein komisches Gefühl, das die Nachbarn nachts die Tür öffnen. 1 Wohnung wurde in 2 geteilt. Und das Wasser in der Dusche wechselte teilweise unerwartet

• bas (10/5): Top voor een bezoek aan het centrum of kerstmarkt! - Een grote ruimte, heel schoon, lekker makkelijk te vinden, goede communicatie met de eigenaar en super dichtbij het centrum. We kwamen hier om de kerstmarkt van Dortmund mee te maken en dat was super makkelijk vanaf deze locatie. En als klap op de vuurpijl ook parkeerplaats voor de deur van je appartement! De keuken heeft wat achterstallig onderhoud.

• Aleksander (10/5): Best appartment in Dortmund - I can confidently say that my best experience of living in Europe was in these apartments. They are incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, and the beds are unbelievably comfortable — I’ve never slept better! The location is perfect, just a short distance from the city, making everything easily accessible. If you’re looking for apartments in Dortmund, this is absolutely the place to choose. This apartment deserves to be higher price. That's for sure.

• Astrid (5/5): Wir würden nicht noch einmal buchen. - Parkplatz und W-LAN Extrem hellhörig. Sehr einfache Ausstattung (es sah auf den Fotos besser aus) Im Bad die Abluftanlage extrem laut, so dass man sie besser auslässt.Ansonsten schließen wir uns den negativen Bewertungen anderer Gäste an, da es auch bei uns so gewesen ist(z.B. Heizung)Der Fliesenspiegel auf dem Fußboden könnte fertig gestellt werden. Die aufgequollene Tür im Bad könnte man austauschen usw.
• Astrid (5/5): Wir würden nicht noch einmal buchen und haben für 2026 eine andere Unterkunft gebucht. - Parkplatz, W-LAN Extrem hellhörig, die Ausstattung (sieht auf den Fotos gut aus, ist jedoch sehr einfach), das Bad hat Abflussgeruch und wenn man die Abluftanlage an macht, ist der Geräuschpegel extrem, so das man sie besser auslässt. Ansonsten können wir den anderen negativen Kommentaren nur zustimmen. Es war bei uns genauso z.B. Heizung.
