• Elliot (10/5): Great place to stay in the area - Comfortable, great location, and off-street parking. Bathroom was a little smelly.
• Rebecca (10/5): Amazing and great value for money! - The best was ridiculously comfy and the place was sparkling clean. It was only a 10 minute walk to the closest tube station which was handy for getting around. A big Asda at the bottom of the road which let me pick up some bits and bobs. The whole place was stunning and I will definitely be booking again! N/A

• Laura (9/5): Excellent location, had everything we needed - Apartment location is amazing for Wembley events Close to shops and cafes too. The flat was clean,warm, comfy and very cosy. Had everything we needed for a nice stay. The fold out sofa bed wasn't very comfy even with a mattress topper as you could still feel a bar of wood along your back so my children didnt sleep that well but could be easily solved with a thicker topper or an actual mattress to be put on top.

• Clare (10/5): Perfect location, close easy to get into wembley area, - Location was perfect for us, we were going to a show at wembley arena. Can either get a bus or an uber. Nothing i didnt like
• Ashley (9/5): - Location is fantastic for Wembley Stadium and for Wembley Park underground into London. The apartment itself is a good size for the three of us and well kitted out. It was all good. The sofa bed some may say is a little uncomfortable or low to the ground but for a teenager it was just fine.

• Brenda (5/5): Good location for Wembley - Location The booking was made over 6 months ago, acknowledged and paid for. We advised our arrival time, and the host advised if properly ready between 2-3 we could have access. Due to issues with our travel. We arrived at 4 pm. I emailed host for access information no response. The apartment was next to the hosts residence. Knocked at the door no answer. Called BDC. Thru tried no joy. Whilst on the phone, the hosts daughter opened the door. She called her mum got the code and we gained entry. However the apartment had not been cleaned, bed not changed and no clean towels. Cous left on drainer. The reason given by host, had a mishap stuck in traffic in Notting. Excuse not acceptable. It wasn’t a last minute booking. Plans should be in place even in an emergency if you run a business

• Silvana (7/5): Schöne Wohnung (für zwei geeignet) mit guter Anbindung zur Innenstadt. - Die Lage ist schön, sehr nah zur U-Bahn Anbindung und um die Ecke vom Wenbley Stadion. Angenehme und freundliche Ecke für einen Familienurlaub Die Unterkunftsausstattung ist sehr schön für zwei Personen, aber nicht für vier geeignet. Die kleine ausziehbare Schlafcouch ist nicht mal 120cm breit und nur aus einer dünnen Matratze bestehend, sodass man fast auf dem Boden schläft. Auch die Klappstühle und der -tisch in der Küche sind auf Dauer eher unbequem und bieten keine Alternative, lange in der Küche zu verweilen. Für einen Studententripp ausreichend, aber für einen Familienurlaub ist das kein Komfort, den man sich wünschen würde. Wenn sich für diese beiden Dinge bequemere Alternativen finden lassen, wäre das Haven wirklich ein Entspannungshafen:)
• Hellen (7/5): Would not be suitable for more than 2 nights due to sleeping in same room with adults. - Self contained with everything you need. Fully equipped kitchen. Off road parking. Walking distance to tube and Wembley arena Pull out sofa bed in the same room as the double bed in the lounge area. Although you can see the garden through the back window there is no way of getting out to garden, and no information on gaining access any other way. There is only the one door to access the annex which is located in what looks like the garage door of the main house, this is not made clear in the advert that you are staying in the annex part of the house. Large shower head didn’t work properly as needs descaling. We were 3 adults and found we fell over each other, and having the sofa bed in the same room meant getting changed in the bathroom, and climbing over each other to go to the bathroom in the night.

• Katrin (10/5): - Rahulik eramajade piirkond, bussipeatus peaaegu maja ees, saab mugavalt metroojaama. Kui autoga reis, siis parkimisvõimalus maja ees. Suur kauplus á 600 m kaugusel, 24/7 avatud. Majutuses kõik vajalik olemas, voodipesu, rätikud, kodumasinad(röster, veekeetja, pliit, ahi, pesumasin, külmkapp, föön). Kahekohaline voodi ja lahtikäiv diivan, kus mahub ka kaks inimest ära magama. Kõik on nii, nagu piltidelt näha. Mugav ja hubane peatuspaik. Meie jäime rahule. Kuna sattusime kuumade ilmadega Londonisse, tekkis mõte et võiks olla konditsioneer ning ka toaaken võiks avaneda(köögiaknad avanevad), aga see on hooajaline teema.

• Jack (10/5): If I could rate higher than 10 I would, amazing. - What is there not to like ? Me and my partner visited just for a couple days for a guns n roses concert, and it was nothing but comfort away from home, Jan is an extremely friendly and welcoming lady, the property is clean, well maintained. Very short walk from wembley (saved the hassle of tubes late at night after the concert). Absolutely nothing bad to say at all. Kitchen with all appliances (kettle microwave oven) bathroom, living room. A little bonus is having a beautiful garden view and being able to watch what I believe are cockatiels flying around... Plenty of choices for food local, and a couple of shops open 24 hours if you get stuck late at night... Asda 5 minute walk maximum. This accomodation is absolutely perfect for a short break a little getaway... Close enough to wembley to make it accessible but also kind of hidden, out the way. 100% recommend and if I have any future trips to London will 100% book again. (Beds stripped and property hoovered by myself so hopefully you didn't have to do too much housekeeping once we left Jan) Thankyou again. There was nothing to dislike and I genuinely mean that 🤷.

• Antony (9/5): Nice little hide out close to the tube, wembley and box park! - Great location, free parking, which was very helpful, and the host was happy for us to check in earlier than we originally stated, which saved us from rushing around before going to watch England at Wembley Stadium. All good, really, but could do with a bedside lamp.

• Helen (9/5): Great location for OVO arena/ outlets, bed was comfy enough, sofa bed was not so comfy, we used a blow up bed instea - Location and adequately equipped, local Asda within a few minutes walk Shower high pressured and nice and hot for 3 showers. Too many lights, no option to dim, easily solved with a dimmer or a couple of side lamps, a thicker curtain for the main windows where the double bed is would keep the chill of glass a bit more at bay.

• Precious (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was perfect just as in the pictures.Jan was extremely helpful and polite.Jan told us every tourist attraction to visit, printed maps and even walked us down to the trian station and made sure we purchased the correct tickets for our journey. This one bedroom was perfect for my family and I and we had everything we needed.This was our first time in London and Jan and her family made us felt so welcome as family. Thank you Jan and family for making our stay perfect.
• Julie (7/5): Great for Wembley. - The property is well situated for Wembley Arena/Stadium requiring about a 20 minute walk. There is everything you need for a pleasant stay. Lovely big towels for the shower. Don’t forget to take tea, coffee etc with you although there is an Asda at the bottom of the road. The bed is soft and the mattress is worn meaning you role into the middle. 2 hand towels would be useful.

The host was extremely helpful, and the location is ideal for exploring London. After a day in the city, it was lovely to come back to a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. There are excellent breakfast options nearby, and the metro station is within a pleasant walking distance, making it easy to reach everything London has to offer. .

The bed was also extremely comfortable! Bliss! The host was so helpful and had great communication during our whole stay! The location was so close to an Asda as well as the high street and it was perfect for us! We really appreciated the free parking too! Beautiful property with a lovely host!
