Vijay (7/5): Its ok, if you cant find any other property in this location. - There are a lot of eateries around this property. 1)The alley to this property is quite a walk, narrow and poorly lit. If you have luggage, then you will some challenges. 2) Its a studio and another bedroom property which are separated, but on the same floor. 3) It needs better maintenance for the cost.

Laura (3/5): - It was close to restaurants and a circle k that made it easy to go to the places we wanted. The room didn't look like the pictures. We were on the 6th floor. We had rented this due to traveling with my husband and daughter and wanted the 2 rooms- the other room was a cross a hall with an open elevator and stairwell in between- would have to lock the doors in between and we weren't comfortable leaving our daughter in the other room. The bed in the 2nd bedroom was also hard as rock- seemed like only the wooden frame, no mattress- along with a stained comforter. The bathroom and areas were not very clean and not updated. The plates/cups were out on the table, but there were ants on the plates, so did feel like we could eat off of anything without cleaning first.

KUMARI ANUKRITI (8/5): - The house is very clean and has all the amenities you'd need. I really liked the kitchen appliances and everything. It is a completely self check in hotel, which is not a problem but it would be better if the host shares the details like password and details to reach the location in advance on the day of booking, we searched for about 20 mins because the google maps location is incorrect. Found the place after asking many people around. Then the lock system, key system, the host didn't tell us in advance and we had to struggle a bit at first. The system is good, my only advice is to share every detail in the morning of check in date.

Walking around the lake or drinking coffee at cafes along the lake is a great idea. In particular, West Lake Sunset is something truly wonderful. The place is very private. Johny (10/5): If you like West Lake, you should stay here - Spacious living room, good view. The balcony can overlook West Lake. I jogged around West Lake early in the morning. The fresh air around West Lake is wonderful. The apartment is well equipped, only 100m from West Lake. There are many cafes next to the lake where you can sit and watch West Lake It's amazing and highly recommended
