• Mühlberger (9/5): Wir kommen gerne wieder! - Die Lage ist perfekt mit der Bus-Linie 149, kommt man 24h überall hin. Die Gegend ist schon ruhig, man kann daher auch Nachts mit offenem Fenster schlafen. Für Deutscheverhältnisse etwas altbacken, ist aber nicht weiter schlimm.

• Tsz Ying (7/5): IIf I come back to London in the future, I’ll choose to stay here again - The best thing is the locationand fee parking. It’s very close to the train station and the supermarket. The only issues we had were that there were only three duvet, the mattress was quite soft, and the sofa cover didn’t seem very clean. I ended up going to the supermarket to buy two bedsheets so my children could sleep properly

Train station 5 mins away. Comfortable sleep and it was quiet. Will use again as for London it's a reasonable price and a cheap train in.

• Scott (1/5): PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING! - Initially We found communication with the owner great prior to our arrival and we looked forward to a weekend away with family who had traveled from Australia to be with us. Please take our review seriously. I appreciate that this property has many good reviews (which is why we booked it in the first place), but I would hate for the same thing to happen to anyone else — especially families travelling with children. We booked this property for two nights at the beginning of August and were charged just under £400. Communication with the owner before arrival was excellent, and we were genuinely looking forward to a family weekend with relatives who had flown from Australia. We were a party of 4 adults and 4 children. After a 5-hour drive, we arrived at the property. The immediate area did not feel safe — there was a heavy police presence nearby, and an overturned car around the corner. Still, we tried to remain positive. My sister had arrived first, collected the keys, and called me straight away, upset at the condition of the apartment. She sent photos showing how unsafe it would be for our young baby. By the time we arrived, she was waiting in her car rather than inside the property. On the way in, we were stopped by a man asking if we’d seen his dogs in the hallway. Seconds later, two large bull-breed dogs charged toward us from behind a staircase. Although we are dog owners ourselves, it was frightening, especially with children present. The owner quickly pulled them away, but it confirmed to me that this was not a safe environment for kids. Inside the property, things only got worse. It was dark, smelled strongly of damp, and was unclean. The kitchen floor was warped and dirty — a real hazard for crawling babies. There were holes in walls and cupboards, and the bed frame was ripped open. The bathroom was unclean, rusty, with broken tiles (some low down where children could easily cut themselves). Overall, the apartment was unsafe and unhygienic. We stayed no longer than 10 minutes, returned the keys, and informed the owner we would not be staying.

Lasciate perdere questo posto, appartamento al limite della fatiscienza, in località dubbia, mobili vecchi e sporchi, cucina fornita con spugna per lavare le stoviglie usata, 1 solo asciugamani a persona, vetri delle finestre sporchi.......ma soprattutto tranello del "parcheggio privato disponibile senza prenotazione". Il parcheggio è in strada ed è pubblico, nel caso lo trovaste libero, altrimenti si parcheggia lontano dall'abitazione. Se siete in moto cambiate orizzonti, lasciatevelo dire da noi che ci siamo passati. Ho chiamato booking e si sono limitati a darmi un rimborso di qualche decina di sterline.....peccato dovrebbero scegliere più accuratamente i propri clienti. Paul che risponde ai messaggi non c'entra nulla con la proprietà...è solo un intermediario. Noi abbiamo dovuto parcheggiare le moto in un parcheggio mutipiano a 1 miglio di distanza circa, alla fine abbiamo pagato 10 £ a moto per 24 ore.

Parkplatz ebenfalls kostenlos vorhanden. Gute Anbindung zum Bus oder Overground. WLAN funktioniert gut. TV, Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine vorhanden und funktionstüchtig. Einiges ist leider sehr abgewohnt (Möbel) und auch die Wohnung an sich (Boden, Fliesen etc.) Kleine Details wie Uhren, Duftspender oder auch Nachttischlampen waren ohne Funktion. Hier müsste man das ein oder andere mal erneuern...

With two bathrooms and plenty of space, it’s perfect even for two families. The location is great, just a short walk to the metro and a supermarket, which made everything super convenient. The host was fantastic — very responsive and helpful with any questions or issues we had. Highly recommended!

The host was very welcoming, showed us around the apartment and answered any questions that we had. The living area was very comfortable and the beds were perfect! I was delighted to learn there was on-site parking. The apartment is in really good condition and I can't fault it. The free toiletries was a thoughtful, added bonus.

The whole flat was decorated with the Christmas tree, lights and other decorations making us feel at home. Paul was very friendly and helpful ensuring to supply all we needed in the property. There were a few things to be improved in the property but I imagine the owner is on track doing that as informed by Paul. The property is secure. The property is 5 minutes away from local shops, supermarket such as Lidl, Asda, and an indoor market, as well as the tube station where you can be in central London within half hour. Thank you for contributing to make our stay so special. Both my children and I really enjoyed it. Fully recommend it. There's a radiator too close to dishwasher so you can't fully open the door but we managed to get the dishes in. There are a few other things that need attention but Paul said the owner is working towards it to improve it 😃

• Susan (8/5): Comfortable and warm stay in a good location - The apartment is spacious, clean and warm and is in a good location. We were greeted on arrival by Duminda and showed where to park our car outside the apartment. The overground station is five minutes' walk away. Underground connections can easily be made at Seven Sisters or Liverpool Street stations for access to central London. The kitchen has a cooker and microwave and there's a good supply of cookng equipment. There's a dining table seating four and a large television in the lounge area. Unfortunately, the beds were soft and one bed had cushions placed underneath the mattress as the bed needs replacing.
• Tina (9/5): Stay with friends attending drumshed gig - What a lovely place to stay, easy to get to, bigger than expected and quiet, easy parking right outside, we were attending the drumshed and this was only a 10mim uber ride away, lots of shops and takeaways 5 min walk away, and although the decor was a little dated, it was spotless and clean, we would definitely stay again if in the area. Paul who met us to hand over the keys was extremely polite and welcoming and showed us where everything was. PS, loved the Christmas tree! Curtains in lounge too short and bottom of window exposed, main bathroom shower very slow to drain, but otherwise everything was great

The train station is less than 10 minutes walk from the stay which was the best. Thanks for your service. Was looking for a chopping board for cooking which was not there. Kitchen tissue is the other essential one that was lacking.

The apartment is large, very convenient for a big family, having two bedrooms with very big and comfortable beds and two bathrooms. There are also 3 sofas in the livingroom😊. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable. The bathrooms would need a little more refreshment.

Kitchen appliances worked well: cooker, microwave oven, fridge, freezer The beds in the bedrooms were comfortable, but enough for 4 people. The sofas in the living room were good for sitting but not sleeping. We asked and got 3 new air mattresses, but there wasn't enough room to put them on the floors in the bedrooms. We had to buy a new pan and a pot, because the old ones were very scratched. The flat could use some renovation (broken kitchen cupboard, mould on the bathroom ceiling).

There was a problem with the contact as we had a phone number to the wrong person thankfully through a person next door we got the right contact and we got the keys to the apartment.

The place was located off the A10 not far from the M25. Two bedrooms, one family bathroom and one en-suite. Fully equiped kitchen also. The living room had plenty of seating with a large TV. Wifi also included. Strange smell to the place, could not work out were it was coming from whether it was cleaning products, old food or the flat needed airing. The Wifi worked until midnight and then stopped. The decorating could do with a freshen up. But for the price and location I would still book again.

• Rinat (10/5): very recommended - 5 minutes walking from the train station, many buses nearby, very easy access to Center of London. The flat was super comfortable, 2 bathroom, two big room, kitchen with all you need, was very clean. Super easy check in and check out with Paul, he was wonderful and show us the place with a big smile and made us feel very welcome. I just hope we will be able to stay there next time we are in London :) fair price. Wasn't really possible to use the dishwasher (blocked by the heater).

We stayed for a week and were quite happy with the place. It is about 20 by train to central London, but we knew that before booking so it is not really a negative and it did save us quite a bit on accommodation costs.

The free parking is a bonus as it is quite hard to find accommodation with free parking in London. We were 5 adults and 2 children. We would return anytime.
