• pochen (4/5): - The location is great, and the host is very responsive. The location is good, but the apartment itself was a major disappointment. While the building looks like a brand-new, luxurious property from the lobby, the unit is very poorly maintained. We were supposed to relax here, but the lack of cleanliness made us not want to spend any time inside. The furniture is of poor quality; the dining table, in particular, feels fragile and worn out. While the view from the window is lovely, the glass appears not to have been cleaned for quite some time, making the view feel like a waste. There is also a layer of dust on the balcony, and the some of kitchen cabinet doors are sticky to the touch. There isn't enough furniture to set belongings on; we had to pull out foldable chairs from the laundry area just to hold our backpacks, but those were also covered in dust. The kitchenware is lacking; for instance, there was only one mug provided, which is hardly enough. Some of the kitchenware were dirty, with obvious food stains remaining on the items. Overall, this stay is definitely not worth the price.

• Linda (8/5): Very good - Location Communication was very difficult. Only 1 key provided for a 2 bedroom unit capable of accommodating 4 adults is very inconvenient.

• Kevin (5/5): Passable - The view and location Only one key and FOB to get in and out the place for a group of people makes it hard to work around, got there with the dishwasher broken (not that we planned on using it) but now having to deal with that and hoping I get my deposit back, and had no way to sweep or clean the floors and no broom or charged vacuum to use. The people I was messaging were nice though so hopefully it all works out, they don't seem rude or deceiving
• Roz (7/5): Good - Good location and very quick response to queries and assistance required. Kitchen is well equipped . The carpet was not very clean and the fur keeps coming off so not good for my grandchildren. The dining chairs are rickety. The screws came off and we could not use 2 of the chairs. Pillows not so comfortable.
• James (3/5): Great location. Sadly unimpressed with the property. Left early to go stay in a hotel. - Excellent location, easy access to the city with plenty of nearby places to explore. The advertised 'futon bed' had been removed, meaning my son had to sleep on some cushions on the floor. The property was not clean. Stove, microwave, kettle and toaster were coated in grease and old food. Floor and cupboards had food stains. Easily wiped off, but should have been done prior to arrival. When we queried the owner, he sent someone over with one cloth and a bottle of vinegar. After he tried to wipe the dirty cutlery with the same cloth he had just used to wipe stains from the floor, we gave up, spent a bunch on cleaning supplies, and cleaned it ourselves. We still had to pay a $200 'cleaning fee', comically. Vacuum cleaner battery was dead, with no charger. The washer and dryer were plugged into one socket through a standard extension cable, which tripped the fuse if we tried to use both at the same time.

• Sudhakar (5/5): Passable - Location which is quite easy to access public transportation and free car parking. ONLY ONE WASHROOM IS AVAILABLE WHICH IS QUITE SMALL.

• Laura (9/5): We will plan to return and would recommend it to others. - Our kids loved the pool and the location near tram stop and walking to places to eat, dfos, southern cross station and marvel stadium was fantastic. Kids are keen to use the outdoor bbq area and come back again to explore more. The only disadvantage was the 4pm check in but I think we can plan that better with bags in the future.
• Lisa (10/5): So convenient and helpful, with incredible facilities - The property was a 1 min walk to the free tram zone and the dock was beautiful. I love how Leon gave us so much equipment to use, including pots and pans. It was easy to get the keys, check-in and out. Only 1 key to get in, but we worked around it
