Maribel (1/5): Dissappointing Experience – Poor Communication & Unsafe Conditions - Disappointing Experience – Poor Communication & Unsafe Conditions We booked a 14-bed room for 12 people, but we were relocated to a different property without notice. On arrival, everything seem ok at a glance, however the curtain rail fell off during the night (it was poorly fitted with plenty of holes on the wall ) and the water pressure was far too low for our group. We reported this to Samantha, who responded politely to my Group leader and saw the photos we sent. However, I personally contacted Samantha and she pretended to be someone else on the same number later denied we had spoken to her and accused us of lying — extremely unprofessional and upsetting. The hosts also claimed they had “upgraded” us without charging more, but we never requested this, and our original booking was already sufficient. Not to mentioned that the relocation was an hour way from which made it extremally difficult for us to travel the next day. Overall, the experience was poorly handled, and the customer service was dismissive and defensive. I would not recommend this accommodation, especially for groups. These people accept bookings they cant honour in properties that are falling down to pieces and then blame you. KEEP AWAY. The poor customer services and lack of professionalism and accountability.
