- Ale (10/5): - Es nuestro segundo año en este alojamiento, todo siempre muy agradable. El trato del personal, la Sra Josi es encantadora! La limpieza y ubicación , excelentes!!
- Sandrigo (3/5): Regular. - No tiene desayuno incluido, los aptos no son p/4 personas, la cama doble, son 2 camas de 1 plaza juntadas superincomodas. El agua sale sucia, cuando hay huespedes se escuchan demasiados ruidos Lo unico lindo es la ubicacion, lo demas son aptos muy pequeños e incomodos, nunca hay nadie en la recepción. Tenes que escribir a un numero de wsp y te responden tarde y de mala gana. No lo recomiendo

- Norberto Christian (9/5): - No hay desayuno, excelente ubicación. La habitación no era la que vimos al momento de contratarlo, no tenía separación entre la cama matrimonial y la de los chicos.
- Bertha (1/5): - Niente! Non ho potuto rimanere nel locale, il bagno tutto allagato perché perdeva l’acqua dal water. Letto tutto sporco e pieno di capelli da per tutto. Pallazzina rumorosa e sporca. Ho telefonato allo staff dicendo del problema e hanno cercato di dire che l’acqua che perdeva non era del water ma dal rubinetto, ma davanti al video che ho fatto dimostrando la casistica, mi hanno detto di rivolgermi a Booking.

- Rodrigues (7/5): Ok - É limpo, espaçoso e confortável. Havia itens estragados que não funcionavam, ou estavam com defeito, como TV, chaleira elétrica e torradeira. No anúncio diz que há vaga de garagem, porém nem todos os dias cabia o carro na garagem, tendo que ficar na rua. Acho que o anúncio deve ser reformulado.

- Giancarlo (8/5): It´s good. But you must be aware of the water and build maintenance - The location is very good. The room has reasonable space for a couple or maybe 3 people. The kitchen has more than essentials (such as a kettle and sandwich maker), a good fridge and TV (would be nice to have the TV in a position to watch from the bed). The room was very clean. We got help from a kid and his father (who was doing some work there) and they were amazing (lovely people) Unfortunately, the building, in general, needs some care with the maintenance. The water is dark yellow and smelly. The bath door knob was loose and falling every time we closed the door and the faucet was leaking over the counter. I had to use a beer can to keep the bath window open since the window handle was broken. The elevator had a bad smell and stopped working. The garage door has broken and we had to figure out by ourselves how to handle it manually.
