Fort heureusement, notre hôte a été très réactive et nous a remboursé la somme de 200.000 dg que nous avons dû régler pour que la femme de ménage parte.

Washing machine and clothes hangers for quick drying The property was not well maintained and lacked a number of in house facilities eg - one access card provided for 6 ppl. A Spare access card was promised but not provided during our stay. - no soap holders in bathroom - bathrooms glass doors not all cleaned - TV wifi not reliable - no drinking water supplied - crockery and utensils insufficient for a 3 br apartment - communications not responsive
Sarvesh (9/5): Excellent stay - Excellent location and facilities were really nice. The host was super responsive, spoke in English and answered all the questions we had during our stay. The only thing I might mention is looks like the building management discourages apartments to be rented for short-term rentals and it's made quite clear in the lifts.

Nikolai (8/5): Very good - The great location which is very close to the VinCom mall. Proximity to restaurants, and the ample space for our group of five. Couple of suggestions for future guests: it would be helpful to have more utensils available, and providing welcome water upon arrival would be a nice touch. Also, we noticed quite a bit of hair on the floor. Could you please ask your cleaning person to ensure they use a vacuum cleaner thoroughly for future cleanings?
Corey (10/5): I will rebook in future because of good the service and location. - We love cooking at home so being 5 minute walking distance to the supermarket (I mean truely “super”) and the kitchen being clean and having sufficient cooking utensils were a huge plus.
Mark (8/5): Good but not what I was expecting at all. - Location was great. Beds were comfortable. The building has great security and facilities. Ideal place if you have young children. It was not thoroughly cleaned before we came. There was rice in the rice cooker and peanuts in the presses.the AC in the master bedroom was not working. I had it at 17 degrees and had to swap rooms half way through gje first night. The pictures did NOT represent the apartment. No black out curtains on the windows so very bright in the morning.

The view from the living room is excusite. The pool area was nice too The AC at the living room, master bedroom and another room seems like not working well even already set to cold temperature. Some of the bath towels is having a little smell
Clay (6/5): Good location, but a bit worn down - Great location and good size apartment. View is also amazing. Cleanliness was not great. Apartment needs general maintenance - it is looking quite old. No plug for the sinks, so it was hard to wash up. Very dirty and smelly old cloths in the kitchen to use for cleaning - we had to go and buy new ones. After seeing these cloths and some dirty cupboards - we rewashed all kitchen stuff, as we did not trust that they were clean at all. Only 2 toilet paper rolls for 7 people for 4 nights. Air con in lounge room makes a loud sound after it has been running for a while - you cannot hear the TV. No soap for the showers - just 4 little shampoo bottles.

Michał (9/5): Great location for a really good price - We simply love this area, Thao Dien is the best place to stay while in HCMC. The apartment was really spacious and clean. We liked how it was furnished also. The host was very nice, and even met with us 30min before the stated time when we called him our taxi has arrived too early. At first hot water didn't work, but actually the owner then came and fixed it! So an additional bonus :)
Celine (10/5): Outstanding - My family will come to Vietnam in December and will love to book this place again. It is as exactly beautiful as photos. The view in reality is even more amazing. Host and their staff are customer focused.
Linky (10/5): Helpful host and staff - This is first time I booked a serviced apartment. I feel pleasant with simple check-in and check-out process and full assistance from landlord. All conners of the house are set up properly. The pool is large as seen in photos. Security guards are helpful. I did not have time to enjoy near-by restaurants due to short trip. Landlord did introduce me some places. I will try next time.
Hoang (10/5): Will introduce it to my friend. High professionism. - My family booked the apartment almost at the last minute, but the landlord assisted so that the check-in was quick and smooth. I didn't have any difficulties during my stay. The environment in this area is safe and friendly. They even have a big garden park. Will be back very soon. Good hygiene level. This is not a complaint because the landlord clearly stated it in the house rule. However, it will be better if they allow pets. A friend of mine might want to bring a pet on her upcoming trip. I would recommend her to this place.

William (10/5): In general, I love this place and appreciated the service - We were impressed by the spacious pool, gym and tennis court here. We enjoyed swimming and playing tennis in the morning. Ambi and their staffs are truly c byaring and supportive. The apartment was clean, large and looked definitely and exactly like posted photos. Swimming pool operated from 6am. I suggested 5am in stead of 6am. My trip was too short to experience all the facilities here.
