• saad (1/5): Unsere Reise war wunderschön, aber die Wohnung war ekelhaft. - Nichts Der Ort war dreckig und widerlich. Von der dortigen Mauer war nichts zu sehen Auf dem Bild ist alles klar zu erkennen. Als wir ankamen, befand sich die Wohnung im selben Zustand wie auf dem Bild. In der Wohnung herrscht ein unnatürlicher Geruch. Das Geld, das wir für diese Wohnung bezahlt haben, ist rausgeschmissenes Geld.
• calvillo (7/5): Appena accettabile - Posizione, appartamento 3A spazioso. Indicazioni per raggiungere l'appartamento Mancavano quasi tutti gli accessori indicati sul sito, frigo e doccia trovati danneggiati, casa umida e fredda, muffa, personale inesistente nonostante richiesta di supporto
• Christoph (10/5): - Es hat alles gepasst. Außer das es keine WC-bürste gab. Sonst alles pipifein gewesen. Freuen uns wieder kommen zu dürfen. alles war verkehrsgünstig es hat ein Hofer und einen Spar gegeben und ein Lokal gleich vor unseren Appartment super toll.

• Maria (5/5): Limpem a casa de banho e tudo o resto! - A localização é boa, bairro simpático com tudo à porta: metro, comboio, supermercados, padarias, restaurantes ,bares. A cama é confortável e o quarto tem aquecimento. Apesar do mini apartamento ser um pouco datado, se a casa de banho estivesse limpa, talvez não desse uma má pontuação. É inadmissível o chuveiro ter uma.porta de plástico imunda. Paredes sujas, rodapés com pó, tachos e frigideiras.mal lavadas. Enfim. Um grande desrespeito para com os clientes. Mesmo depois de ter pedido que tivessem.cuidado com a limpeza...aquela porta de chuveiro está nojenta. Tem.lixo acumulado de vários clientes. Entretanto tive de retirar o lixo e deparei-me com um caixote do lixo, também ele imundo o cheio de fungos. Não consigo entender esta ideia de limpeza!

• Tika84 (6/5): Elfogadható - Közel vannak:boltok, éttermek,metró,villamos, a Prater. Kényelmes az ágy.Kellemes meleg volt bent 1éjszakára nekünk megfelelt.. Nehezen találtuk meg a bejáratot,a cím alapján. A tisztaságra több figyelmet kellene fordítani,a fürdőszoba koszos,penészes a zuhanyzó, a wc folyik!A konyhára ráferne egy kis felújítás!Hiányoltuk a TV-t.

Dir Lage ist super und der Preis war niedrig, daher wussten wir, dass wir kein neu ausgestattetes Zimmer bekommen würden. - wahrscheinlich eher ein temporäres Problem und es wurde scgon gelöst: die Toilette war leicht undicht, so, dass der Boden im Bad immer feucht war
• Hristomir (4/5): Не бих повторил - Единственото хубаво нещо беше, че е близо до центъра. Апартаментът има нужда от освежаване. Беше студено, а оставените панели за отопление не са достатъчни, за да стоплят пространството. Оставените кърпи бяха мокри.. Навсякъде имаше прах.

• Petra (1/5): - Bilo je jako hladno, grijalica koja je bila na zidu je bila premala da bi zagrijala prostor. Jako se osjetila kanalizacija iz kupaonice. Pansion je solovno na pločniku, izlazite iz njega na cestu. Zbog svih tih stvari smo trazili drugi smjestaj

• Markus (6/5): - Insgesamt besser als durch durch vorangegangene Bewertungen erwartet. Wohnung war sauber geputzt, ordentlich ausgestattet. Boden etc. ist wie von anderen bereits berichtet ramponiert, aber kein Problem für eine Nacht. Die Wohnung hat trotz durchgehend gekipptem Fenster sehr nach Rauch gerochen, WC nach Urin.

• Kathleen (1/5): We did not stay, we left and got another hotel. They did not offer us another room. It was a health and safety hazard. - The pictures are not at all what you see when you arrive. When we arrived, there was graffiti all over the side and front of the building, including the door. The door was very flexible, did not seem to be secure. There was also excessive water damage to the floor to the point where it was a tripping hazard. The water damage went across the floor all the way to the door. The water damage was affecting the operation of the door. We immediately called the number for on WhatsApp and we’re told they would send someone. The person they sent did not speak English nor did he think anything at all was wrong. I have pulmonary issues and cannot be around any type of water issue where there is a high probability of mold. Since this water leak had obviously been going on for a long time since it affected the entire floor in the room, it was not a safe place to stay. Mold can be very dangerous. Another person arrived. He said that the owner was unaware of the damage. He sympathized. We did not stay at that location due to the mold health risk and safety issue being the neighborhood and the floor, a tripping hazard. We booked another hotel. They have been refusing to refund the money. They did not offer us another room. The room was small for three people, there was mold and water damage over the entire floor. Door was flexible and hard to close/open. The linens for the couch did not seem clean. Graffiti all over the front and side walls and door of the building.

The door of the room is right in front of street,thats little bit scary and the door is very old. Also there was this bad smell of humidity.In one moment we didn’t hav the hot water for shower.
• Lasantha (1/5): very disapointed, should be removed from the site - location there was graffiti on the door, front door lock was loose , floor boards in-front of bathroom door had lifted up so difficult to open door to bathroom. the sheets had a weird smell there was hair that belonged to someone else on the floor. there was no wifi when i told the agent he said hel handle it and never got back. the heater was just a slab sitting on the floor. the shower water was either boiling or freezing cannot adjust.
• Izabela (5/5): Passable - good location in the beautiful 2nd district of Vienna, close to public transport, shops and restaurants. wifi works well kitchen is well equipped terrible smell of humidity after entering the flat dusty, not so clean, dirt inside the sofa and drawers I received no towels even after contacting the owner ugly graffiti on the entrance wall definitely should be painted
• Asif (6/5): Pleasant - The connectivity to the public transportation but adjacent street to the house is pretty shady. I did not like the bathroom and toilet. It wasn't clean and facilities aren't satisfactory. Communication was Digital still it can be better. A human touch is always efficient.
• Daria (4/5): For a budget stay when you want your own kitchen. Only book if you don’t mind it not being well cleaned. - The location is great and the kitchen is well equipped. The floor is uneven, there is a weird smell (probably smoke) and you have to close the curtains so people don’t stare at you from the street. There was a laundry rack with someone’s clothes in the room, there were wet spots on the bed and the bathroom floor was sopping wet, so wet that it didn’t dry from my check in time in the afternoon until late evening. The worst part was that the toilet had not been cleaned.
• Alizée (5/5): Passable - Location was perfect for a business trip. Sheets and bed linen had not been cleaned. The shower had obviously not been rinsed down (hair on the walls). The room had little ventilation, and because it had been humid, some midges (little flying insects) were present.
