- Diane (3/5): Short story I got ripped off paying $5300 for 13 nights. With not a refund in sight as no contact with manager is possib - The scenic view was nice. The overall lack of tools to cook or eat with
The cleanliness of the whole apartment with mould and exposed wires with electrical tape, falling down window coverings, no washing basket, no floor mop, dirty rusty old toilet brushes, falling shower head in main bedroom, thick dust in air vent in master ensuite.
Absolutely appalling !!
And I paid extra $2300 compared to Stays price for 13 nights.

- Anthony (7/5): Great location and views. Bedding and amenities are tired and need upgrading - Views were exceptional. Beds were comfortable. Great location Damp smell when entering. Heating atrocious. Reverse cycle air conditioner extremely old and inadequate. Only 2 wine glasses and 3 plastic tumblers provided. Pillows were absolutely disgusting . Flat and torn. Washing machine tap leaked all through cupboard and despite numerous requests it eats was not fixed so we could not wash our laundry. No dryer provided and no pegs for washing line. Although they said they provided basic supplies for a couple of days no milk provided
- Nicole (10/5): The house was lovely a great size i would think about bringing the whole family back to stay - It was in a great spot and convenient to our needs The steep drive way
- Michelle (8/5): Truly amazing views to start and finish the day. - Amazing view, the best watching the cruise ships come into Hobart.
Very clean internally.
Excellent communication from hosts.
Highly recommend the Black Fig for coffee and meals to take home, and also local IGA near the Uni. Indoor plants needed more care, outdoor areas needed tidying up, pillows weren’t great.
- Jeanette (6/5): A basic house which needs freshening up. Looks like furniture has been bought and placed but no one has lived in it. I f - Great view Steep drive and challenging access for those with mobility issues, no coat hangers in wardrobes, no milk (fresh or long life) for arrival coffee, main bedroom’s mattress was lumpy.
- Jayden (6/5): Pleasant -
- Ling (10/5): Exceptional - The place was clean and nice.
- Surender (7/5): Good - would have been better if paper towels are provided, and would have been better with one more heating system.. rest all good
