- Michael (7/5): - Great location in terms of the beach, walks and Hastings sgreet acceess. Very well equipped with everything you might need for a short or long stay readily available (except the oven). Good sizable pool with easy water access. Somewhat dirty - ceiling fans, detectors, under the sofa was really dirty and a few things left from the previous occupant (defib cap, one slipper). There is a bar just outside behind the fence and it could be really noisy in the early-mid evening. The biggest frustration was the amount of ants swarming the entire kitchen and corridor. We did not have any food left out in the tops (except inside garbage bins) in the drawer, but it was not great to wake up to the miriad of unwelcomed guests...

- Dean (7/5): Nice apartment with good location, but... - Nicely renovated apartment in a good location with a nice bush back drop. Managers were generous to us with the issues we experienced. Scaffolding was up around our balcony during our entire stay, which sucked because the bush setting was nice but this really cramped the view and more so the feeling of sitting out there. We had no idea when we booked. The main suite shower needs a door for the size of it or you can drench the bedroom carpet easily.
