- Alexander (6/5): Nice Location, But you'll be hit with a fee for any and everything you think would be included. - Location is in a good spot. We only had a 20-30 minute drive with traffic to any of the parks. Prepare for a ton of speed bumps though. Kids enjoyed the gaming room. Plenty of space to move around and private gated community. Price for what you're getting. When you're booking an entire home for 3 days and 3 nights, you'd expect that everything in the home would be included. WRONG. We were sent a message on the day of check-in, that if we wanted to heat the pool (AND the HOT tub) that it would be an additional $40 per night. This does not included the $100+ it would have included to use the grill that came with the property. We also received a notice that we'd be responsible for replacing anything used in the home (think sponges, individual packaged soap bars, things of that nature) which didn't do anything for us as we pack our own. But when you're paying $1300+ for 3 nights, maybe don't nickel and dime your tenants. The quality of the renovations is also very poor. Floors are warped/creak, and the bathroom shower floors make all the noise in the world.
