Pero sobre todo quería destacar tu predisposición y la buena onda con la que Sandra nos ayudo en todo momento. Se nota cuando alguien hace las cosas con dedicación y calidez humana. • Rosana Mariela (7/5): La anfitriona estuvo atenta pero considero que debería anticipar que enfrente hay una obra en construcción. - La ubicación Que enfrente hay una obra en construcción y a partir de 7:30 / 8 hs era imposible descansar y ni que pensar en abrir la ventana para ventilar, el ruido era ensordecedor.

• Gaviglio (10/5): - Lindo departamento y la comunicación con Sandra de lo mejor. Lo que más me gustó es que el depto estaba bien equipado y pudimos desayunar ahí mismo comprando algo en un comercio cercano.

• Leonardo (9/5): Excelente lugar - Sandra la dueña fue muy atenta en todo momento y respondía los mensajes con rapidez. El departamento tiene balcón con vista a la calle que nos encanto y tenía todas las comodidades. Una pavada, la cocina es eléctrica y para quienes tenemos cocina a gas se nos puede dificultar aprender a usarla la primera vez, podrían dejar a mano un manual o instructivo.

• Nicanor Perea (10/5): excelente estadia. excelente zona, excelente relación precio calidad. - muy buena la zona. todo impecable y muy completo. todo nuevito. pava eléctrica, tostadora, tiene hasta paraguas. aromatizante textil, tenia Te, café, azúcar, yerba, Mate, yerbero, azucarera, jabones, shampoo, acondicionador, velita en el baño, el agua con mucha potencia. se entra con QR. muy facil de entrar y salir. Edificio muy tranquilo, a la vuelta de los Arcos Shoping, y cerca zona de bares y plaza Serrano solo le faltó una alfombra para el baño. fuera de la bañera. sale el agua tan fuerte que se moja el baño

Easy access in/out but secure, the room had everything required and made for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Great value for money, will seek to book again next time in BA, no need to consider going anywhere else
• Dwight (10/5): The Best Place to Stay in Buenos Aires - I stayed here in February 2025. It is the perfect place to stay to visit Buenos Aires. It is located in Palermo, a beautiful and safe neighborhood and is only 3 blocks from the main bus line of Buenos Aires, which can take you anywhere in the city. There is a medium sized grocery store next to the building with a wide variety of fruits and everything one would need. The room is perfect. It is new and it’s large. There is a two burner stove and all the room items work well, the shower, electric kettle mini fridge, AC, etc. All is perfect here for a short and long term stay.

• Claudia (10/5): Happy Stay - very confortável with everything you may need. Good location, easy access to metro and bus. The building was brand new, safe and quiet. The host, Sandra, was very friendly and responsive. It was a very satisfying stay. I liked everything.
