• Javier (10/5): - El piso estaba limpio. La ubicación, excelente. Había de todo para pasar unos días. La comunicación con la propietaria muy buena: todo muy sencillo, fácil y ella muy atenta. Un acierto. Estaba todo bien.
• Monika (10/5): Amazing apartment - The apartment is really nice - it has everything you need for your stay. The balcony is amazing. The location is also very nice - close tot he city center but not in the areas with tourist. If you are with a car is a very goo option because you can park in the nearby streets for free.

• Kim (8/5): Leuke locatie dicht bij het centrum - De locatie was super dicht bij Malaga stad. We hadden het geluk dat we een straat verder gratis konden parkeren. Dat ik en mijn vriendin een aparte kamer hadden. Terras kan een meerwaarde hebben als het zonnig weer is, er ontbreken wel ligbedden. Niet gezien of er kussens waren voor het buiten meubilair. De eenpersoonskamer zag er niet aantrekkelijk uit om te slapen. Afgeschilferde muur. Veel lawaai door het weergalmen in de gang van andere deuren, licht van de gang scheen in de eenpersoonskamer. Gordijnen zijn te klein of te dun waardoor er licht in beide kamers komt. Ik denk dat er een camera hing maar die was door de voorgangers afgedekt met een handdoek of door de host.

• Aladino (5/5): Bien s’il y a pas d’autres solutions - Lit confortable, facile à trouver et à accéder, bon contact avec la personne qui gère l’appartement, appartement propre. Des traces d’humidité partout dans l’appartement et une odeur d’humidité désagréable et persistante. Au premier abord, quartier peu accueillant la nuit mais aucun problème de sécurité. Beaucoup de bruits.

• Arantxa (9/5): Muy cómodo y práctico. - El dueño/a amabilísimo Nos dejó entrar antes de la hora .Estuvo atento/a para solucionarnos cualquier duda.La ubicación fantástica El piso muy cómodo. Por decir algo,pocos enchufes. En la habitación principal falta una lámpara en una de las mesillas.

Le quartier est calme et proche du centre de Malaga. La petite chambre est trop peu équipée: elle ne dispose d'aucun rangement et n'a pas de radiateur (même s'il fait rarement froid à Malaga)

• Carla (10/5): Excelente - El apartamento tiene todas las comodidades para una estancia excelente. Me encantó lo grande que es, la preciosa terraza y que da la sensación de estar en tu propia casa. Maica es encantadora, súper cercana y servicial, en todo momento estuvimos en contacto por si necesitaba cualquier cosa. Sin duda repetiría. Lo recomiendo!

• kimon (6/5): Well-located apartment but constantly under surveillance - The apartment is well-located and very pleasant overall. The second bedroom, however, felt somewhat outdated and the bed was relatively small. I’m not familiar with Spanish regulations for privately owned apartments, but there were two cameras inside the property, positioned in a way that could monitor private areas, including the bathroom. Only the living room was not under surveillance. We are still unsure whether this is legal, as we have never encountered this in any other country.

Asunto tosi hiljainen ja rauhallinen taloyhtiö. Ilmalämpöpumppu antoi pölyä/ hometta suoraan sänkyyn. Ei voinut pitää yöllä päällä. Vaatisi ehdottomasti puhdistuksen. Ikkunan alla isot roskikset. Kattoterassin ruokapöydän tuolit fletareita, ei voinut istua kaikissa. Onnettomat keittiövarusteet. Asunto hiukan "vanhan kaupungin reunamilla".

• Frank (9/5): Dejlig stor og rummelig lejlighed med skøn terrasse og ikke langt fra centrum. Tæt på indkøb. - Meget dejlig tagterrasse. Meget venlig vært, som er let at komme i kontakt med.

• Ebru (9/5): Superb - The house is nice located, facilities are sufficient to stay for 4 days, the terrace is faboluous. The carpet in the bathroom smells once it's get wet. A fully closed shower cabin would be very useful.
• Panayiota (6/5): Not suitable for bad weather - The terrace was pretty and we were in a decent location - the house itself was comfortable. I don’t think this property is well equipped for a winter stay. Unfortunately, we stayed during bad storms and the air conditioning did not work for us to turn the heating on. We were kept awake all night by the rain hitting the plastic that covered the skylight and the windows did leak during bad rainfall.

• Jane (7/5): Lovely long weekend in Malaga town. - Perfect location. Quiet. Roof terrace a big bonus although we didn´t use it a lot due to chilly weather. Light and bright feel to the accommodation. Good value for a 2 bed near to the centre of town. Bathroom was very damp and a bit tired. The kitchen was disappointing due to a lack of conveniences. We wanted to prepare food in the apartment but struggled. Only one electric plug and no multiplug to go with it and the `oven´ was part of the microwave which we never figured out how to use as there were no instructions.

• Bogdan (10/5): All in all it was wonderful. - It is close to the center, market and pharmacy. Only a 15-minute walk to the city center. Also close to all the bus stops you need. Very spacious and comfortable. The terrace is nice and big. Communication with the host was outstanding. We got an answer to every question. Even on the last day, we had the opportunity to leave our suitcases until 1:30 pm. The terrace cannot be used during the day when it is very hot. The mattress in the main bedroom is smaller than the size of the bed, so it moves during sleep. During our 12 days of stay, no one came to clean the apartment and change the towels, so we were forced to buy detergent and wash and dry them ourselves. For so many days of stay and that price of payment, it might be nice to introduce additional cleaning for half the stay, for example. There is no oven, only a microwave.
• Anna (9/5): Great value for money! Highly recommend! - The apartment is right in the centre and the location is just amazing. Even though it's like 10 minutes from all the main attractions it is really quiet. The terrace is an amazing bonus as well. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances (coffee machine and beautiful tea set and dishes) the only thing we missed as a family of 4 was that we would appreciate more forks. The owner was wonderful as well. Communicated at all times (we arrived at 1am and she still picked up and helped with navigating us) and when we asked for a fan due to heat (and missing AC in one of the rooms) she immediately provided one. The walk to the beach was nice as well and not as long as we expected (circa 10-15 minutes) but through beautiful city centre. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and if we could we would rent the place again for sure! The back room doesn't have an AC which might be uncomfortable for some (we didn't have a problem with it and the owner provided us with a fan so it was okay). Our main issue was the towels. All of them were in the bathroom and when we arrived they were wet and some of them dirty/torn. However, the accommodation provides a washing machine so we washed them ourselves. (There was no detergent which would be nice). One more little detail was that we would appreciate thicker curtains. In the morning the light seeped through and we found out that it's visible from the hallway when someone is changing in the smaller room.

• Laura (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely apartment, great location on the edge of the old town and really good communication from host. Particularly loved the private rooftop terrace. The only thing that could have improved it was if there was a lift (for the pram).
• Evgeni (9/5): Superb - The apartment was very clean. On the roof there is big terrace. The position to the historical center was verry good - 15-20 minutes walk. Around are some small shops and 3 big - Carefur Express, Dia and Mas. You can prepare food in the kitchen. There are all a lot of appliances. Also if you prefer you can eat in a variety small and cozy restaurants. Perfect for 2-5 persons. There is not elevator, the appartement is on second floor and if you have heavy luggage will be difficult. The second thing - the matrac in the bedroom is noncomfortable. We are big people and constantly had fall down from the bed. We slept in the sofa.
