• steeve (4/5): Not great experience overall, good location - Liked the location, the person who cane to help is was nice. Dindnt like the check in experience had to wait 1 hr for correct keys, no internet/ internet didnt work the whole time, blind in 1 of the room couldnt close so it was bright during the night and early in morning

• Marie Laure (7/5): - Emplacement très pratique pour visiter. Lits confortables, climatisation parfait Le logement est pour 4 car le canapé n'est pas très confortable même pour une seule personne. Pas de volet dans cette pièce, ni de clim donc sommeil plus que moyen dans le salon.
• Irene (7/5): Overall worked well for our stay. - Basic but clean. Air conditioning for comfortable sleep. Nice that coffee capsules / tea / biscuits provided. Check in was very confusing / had trouble with video sent via WhatsApp so had to do live video call. Going to find the key (albeit not far once found it was very annoying because had luggage and children in tow. There were several broken floor tiles and balcony door didn’t close properly.
• Natalia (6/5): Pleasant - The fact that the bedrooms have air conditioning was great, especially during our stay in summer. It should be noted that not always hotels have AC in Europe. The bed was good and the shower did not have any issues as previously mentioned in the comments, so it was likely fixed. Location is good, walking distance from garibaldi and central station. The keys hunting from a locker hidden in the streets was definitely not fun. Overall the place was not very clean, the sofa is old and looked dirty. We had to buy toilet paper since they provided only one small roll for a family of 5 for a duration of 6 nights. I expected a lot more for the value paid. Certainly would not stay here again.
• Jessica (9/5): Nice quiet building with easy access to Milano Centrale and the metro - The waters and snacks were a nice touch We arrived into Milan only 1 hour prior to check in. There was no place to store our bags prior to check in time and they were very firm on the check in time. We travelled across Italy and stayed in 5 different places and this was the only one with no flexibility.

• Janine (5/5): Could be a great apartment… - The location is excellent. Porta Nuova is a great place to experience what is special about Milan, and it’s lovely to walk through the park across from the apartment with its fields of flowers. Do not book this property until the Host confirms that the mould in the bathroom has been professionally treated and the shower hot water regulation has been fixed. I am not usually a fussy guest and don’t mention minor issues, but these two things were quite unacceptable for the price paid for the apartment.

We mentioned this to the property, they said that the cleaning company would come but they never showed up.
