• Salim (1/5): Very disappointing. - The location. The property needs renovation as most of the furniture and facilities are out of shape.
• Kelly (9/5): - The check in process was very easy, clear instructions were given on how to collect the key. The apartment had spacious bedrooms, a large kitchen and the location was excellent. Green Park was opposite the apartment which made for a lovey morning walk.
• David (10/5): Great location - Location was perfect, we were opposide Green Park, close to the Ritz, China Town, Soho everyting was walkig distance. The apartment was really large and the bedrooms were a very good size and comfortable for us.
• Rosanna (10/5): - La posizione è eccezionale, comoda sia per percorsi a piedi che con qualunque mezzo. L'appartamento è silenzioso nonstante sia letteralmente all'interno di un cantiere. I bagni sono molto datati e poco manutenzionati, ci sono perdite e calcare che rende difficile fare la doccia. Nel soggiorno è collocato un biliardo molto antiestetico e che toglie spazio alla mobilità oltre a rendere inaccessibile il mobilio. La biancheria da bagno è insufficiente solo un telo doccia per ospite e nessun altro tipo di asciugamano per mani e viso.
• Melissa (10/5): Fantastic location everything was on our doorstep! - Superb location just opposite the Park and Bukingham Palace. We were able to walk to China Town and Leicester Square in minutes. The apartment was very large and the beds were comfortable.
• Mia (10/5): Very enjoyable stay - Lovely location opposite the park, and next to the Ritz. We had a really nice stay.
• Mia (10/5): Right opposite the park which was fantastic! - We collected the keys from a lockbox which was conveneint and easy. The placce was really big and quiet, but the highlight was being opposite the huge park!

• Mothi (1/5): Unclean and unfit for family - Location Unclean bathrooms (urine and feces left on toilet base and another had spots of feces) mold in bathroom I kept door closed for my family safety. broken showers and faucets, uncomfortable beds, backboard broken on single bed, light bulb broken and fire hazard, bad sofa, kitchen is outdated and dirty oil stains everywhere, kettle had residue and dirt, pot lid full of ashes from charcoal, cigarette burns on sofas and rugs, drawer had used baby oil and cotton left from previouse tenant.

• Isabell (4/5): Stod ikke til forventninge og forventer refusjon, men beliggenheten var bra. - Beliggenheten var veldig bra, gangavstand til bucingham Palace og Piccadilly sirkus. Hyggelig bakgate like rundt hjørnet med flere restauranter og barer. Mulighet for å bo hele storfamilien samlet da det var mange senger og sovesofaer. Mugg på bad og mugglukt på soverom. Var iskaldt i leiligheten første tre dagene da termostatene ikke virket og flere av vinduene sto åpne/var ødelagt og ikke lot seg lukke. Måtte putte laken og håndkle i glippen på skyvedøren ut mot terassen da døren var halvveis åpen, men utleier mente det kun var vi som ikke forsto oss på å lukke vinduet! Barna våre ble forkjølte under oppholdet da det var så iskaldt første dagene, og responsen fra utleier uteble da vi ba om kompensasjon for oppholdet. Sengen på ene soverommet var også ødelagt, måtte bygge den opp med bøker da den falt fra hverandre. Det lå også masse hår i begge dusjene da vi ankom, hvilket tyder på at renholdet ikke var tilstrekkelig.
• michael (1/5): AWFUL! - The apartment was not as it was advertised, it was horrible! The place was dirty, we arrived late at night, so only stayed 1 night out of the 3 nights booked and left before 12pm the next day as soon as we were able to find alternative accommodation.
• Karen (7/5): The location was excellent but feel for prices charged apartment needs some updating - Excellent location and really close to Green Park tube station. The apartment felt very secure as no one could enter the building from the street without a code. We stayed at the weekend so very quiet. The apartment itself was large and very well equipped. There was an inner courtyard balcony that could be accessed from lounge The lifts leading up to the apartment had what looked like a piece of old worn carpet in them and were quite dirty. The en-suite shower room to double bedroom very small had a shower curtain which needs replacing and in general wasn’t very clean. The mattress on the double bed needs replacing as worn and uncomfortable The en-suite to larger bedroom was very large with a bath and a shower again felt it needed a good clean and for anyone staying with children bath needs a warning sign as hot water was extremely !! hot . All the bedding appeared quite old and well used and needed replacing. The kitchen although well equipped fixtures and fittings quite shabby again need updating.

• Kellie (8/5): Awesome location, very spacious. - The location is definitely the big plus for this apartment. So handy that you can walk to many London attractions plus the Green Park Tube Station is a short stroll away. The size of the apartment was amazing, too. So much space for our family of four to chill out after a big day exploring. And we loved the bonus (mini) pool table - so fun! The building and apartment is a little old and tired but you can't have everything. There's also a lot of construction going on around the building so could get a bit noisy. This was not a problem after hours though, and to be fair, we were out most of the days.

• Amelia (10/5): The living area was massive! - The apartment was spot on. The living area was massive, perfect for kicking back after a day out and about. And the beds—wow! They’re clearly crafted with care, top-notch quality and so comfy. The location is spot on—just a couple of minutes’ walks to Green Park underground, which made getting around a breeze. The host was great too, really friendly and helpful. Overall, couldn’t have asked for a better spot to stay in London. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious and comfy place in a prime location.

• Turgut (8/5): Good location for a good price… - Very nice location. clean and comfortable. Building is old, there are partial renovation in the property but overall quite old. But considering the price that is so fair. Any property new and modern in that location can only be rent at least double price. So we are happy with our stay.

It was perfect for our kids to play and move around. The apartment itself is spacious, with incredibly comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen. The large living room was the perfect spot for our family to relax and unwind. You simply can’t get this level of space and comfort in a hotel. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions we had. Highly recommended!
• S_k_u_l_l_s (1/5): Be aware - Apartment images does not equal reality. - There is nothing to like in that apartment. We literally had to leave the fully paid apartment and go find another one because my family was unable to stay in that garbage place. Unclean. Broken furniture. Broken sliding doors. Broken cabinets. No AC. Garbage view.

The space is nothing short of spectacular, with modern decor, high-end finishes, and panoramic views of London that take your breath away. The building has an Elevator, which made access easy and convenient.. The location is unbeatable—just steps from St James's Park, Piccadilly Theatre, Queen's Theatre and fantastic dining options. Also has proximity to the London City Airport. Highly recommended for a luxurious and unforgettable stay!

Air con needs a little updating as connection was loose in one room pumping out warm air at the back whilst cold air out the front.

• Aiko (10/5): Fabulous! - We had a lovely stay at this appartment. The location is perfect for guests who would like to live very close to many attractions. Many things are in walking distance, even with younger children. Mayfair is a very safe and beautiful neighbourhood, yet more expensive. The Appartement is spacious, the beds are supercomfortable, the kitchen is perfectly equipped. The huge livingroom was the perfect chillout&relaxing place for the whole family. You couldnt get that much space and comfort in a hotel. We can definitly recommend it. Ps: on one day the Internet wasnt working. I wrote our host and one Hour later we had a new router and Wirkung Internet. Thats Service! Nothing that the Host can do about. -The Building next door is under construction, but we didnt hear that much. -One Lift wasnt working.

The beds, rooms and bathrooms were also enough. And offcourse I he pantry was nice and spacious! Over all.. 100% Only the sofa was smelling very bad. Couldnt sit on it for long!
