- Guest (2/5): Would not recommend. Rude Host! Terrible location! - Tidy and clean. Bad customer service from the host. When we got to the property we didn’t know what room number ours was however 2 cleaners kindly helped us out by calling the host and we finally managed to check in. On the first night I got a message from the host saying he was going to cancel our booking due to be a no show however I explained we spoke to him on the phone using the cleaners mobile and he’d known we were staying. He then threatened to take immediate action due to us not having filled in some form which was requesting our personal ID and money! I didn’t fill it out as I was worried it was a scam link. Anyway he explained he needed it for compliance which was fine however his tone in the messages was very passive aggressive and not welcoming at all. Then I asked if we could have had a later checkout if there wasn’t any guests booked in to which he ignored us. The studio was quite far out from the centre it took 10 minutes to walk to the tram then a metro and underground just to get to the duomo. They only left us with one toilet roll the entire time. The actual location was around a back street corner of the studio which make us feel uneasy coming back after a late night and there was a constant squeaking noise coming from the property. The shower was constantly flooding making it hard to even have one. There was also no utensils in the kitchen and the bedroom was behind the kitchen all opened out.
- Anja (10/5): - The place was so nice and comfy for our short stay. We had everything we needed and more! Amazing location that connects you to the rest of the city. We loved the suggestions book the owner left for the guests to read about the locations to visit in the city. Overall we had an amazing stay and we enjoyed every minute of it. The AC works amazing here. We were just a bit confused about the garbage sorting.

- Julia (9/5): I recommend because of the location and the standard of comfort and cleanliness - Location, apartment vibe, comfortable bed The tenants next door who also had a rented apartment us were very loud, vulgar, smelled of cigarettes, They party for two nights despite the regulations. I met them in the morning they were some teenagers who had been left without an adult

- Anna (10/5): Amazing and wonderful - The apartment is excellent and clean, all the necessary equipment is clean and new, I am very satisfied and I definitely recommend it, the location is excellent. I also forget several clothes there and they shipped it to me at no charge. Due to the weather, outsite are a lot of mosquitoes.
