- Valença (4/5): Fora o problema inicial do quarto sujo, diria que achei razoalvel. - Os eletrodomésticos e móveis eram novos, o ducha muito boa. O checkin se inicia às 14h entramos às 15:20 e nos deparamos com o quarto sujo cheio de lixo e com mau cheiro. Por algum motivo não prepararam o quarto pra nós receber. Tivemos dificuldades pra resolver pois a portaria não se responsabiliza por isso, tem que falar com uma administradora. Algumas horas depois foi resolvido.
