• Jose Maria (4/5): Disappointed and not worth it at all for a whole family considering the price - This is the first “negative” review I have written after 7+ years of actively using Booking. The pictures did not depict the reality of the place. For example, the sofa-bed in the living room was way smaller than in the pictures, allowing only for one person to sleep. It was also not prepared despite having booked for five people. In addition, the bathroom was super small and we were only informed upon arrival via the information sheet that it had only a water tank for 60 minutes of hot water for the whole day, being only heated once per day at mid-night (keep in mind we had booked for five people and were not informed previously on this). Furthermore, the kitchen sink was moldy and not clean. The first day only two people slept in the apartment as the rest of the family arrived on the next day. Some drunk guys had been screaming at around 2am disturbing our sleep.. well we woke up to a neighbor putting a paper on our door stating to reduce the volume (we went to sleep at 9 pm due to jetlag), although it was clear it was clear in my opinion that it was coming from the streets. It is also four flours without elevator, making it hard with suitcases for five people. Unfortunately it was also one of the very streets we saw in Tokyo with trash on the street, which led to seeing three rats at night when coming back to the apartment at the trash cans of the building in only a few days. Can and will not recommend this stay.

• Sunder Ram (5/5): Good location, average property - Location is excellent. Very close to Shinjuku tourist locations and metro The bathroom is very tiny - about the size of a coach class flight toilet. The water pressure in the shower is feeble. The single bed mattress feels lumpy. It's high time the host upgrades the property.
• L (10/5): I would definitely stay here again! Thank you very much! - The location was perfect! Right in the heart of Shinjuku, with nightlife, shopping and food all close by. The bathroom was a bit small, but everything worked fine.

There were things like shampoo etc which I didn't expect but was perfect. We stayed for 1 month and it felt like home. Hooe to return soon. The fact I had to return home
• Brian (6/5): This place worked for us since we booked on extremely short notice and it was reasonably priced and available and in a p - Good size unit and separate bedroom and living space. Good location. Close to convenience stores, good inexpensive restaurants, and the 3-chome Shinjuku station (not the main Shinjuku station). This is an older unit and not well appointed (the kitchen). The bathroom is TINY. It is not usable for larger people in my opinion. Your knees practically hit the wall when you sit on the toilet. It is difficult to dress and even turn around comfortably and get in and out of the small shower/tub unit. Me and my family are small people and the bathroom was very small for us. I am the largest at 5’7” and 150 #s. Hot water is limited to 60 minutes total per day (though we did not have any issues with insufficient hot water). The kitchen has one pot and lid and no kitchen knife. So good luck cutting anything with the butter knives. The kitchen also has a strange set up of extension chords that works but we dis throw a circuit breaker using a couple things at the same time.
