• Jane (10/5): Exceptional - Apartment is fabulous. Clean and comfortable. Furniture and equipment is to a very high standard. Beds are very comfortable. Perhaps some frosted glass around the toilet/shower that is in the bedroom would be good! It is certainly unique having a glass en-suite in the bedroom!! I would definitely choose to stay here again! It's a little noisy with the central location, but to be expected (police sirens, cars and animals!). The neighbours clearly have a small child that has a wheeled toy that wasn't great to wake up to at 6am sliding across the ceiling! But again, nothing that could be controlled by the owner!

• Fred (8/5): Very nice apartment for short stay that is worth the charge - The apartment was spacious and well equipped for a short stay. The private parking space is a nice bonus as the street is busy with parked cars. I chose the apartment specifically for its location to where my meeting was the next day. For those wanting to walk to Ledra street it takes 30 minutes, but just over 10 minutes away are the start of the better quality shops and nicer restaurants in my opinion.

• Viktoriia (2/5): Horrible - Dear Booking! I would like to make a complaint about Flat 203 Mihael Kasalou 16, 1076 Nicosia, Cyprus. Luxucity retreat apartment. The apartment was not cleaned and the oven was not working. We bought groceries and the food was spoiled as the equipment in the kitchen was faulty. Also there were no power adapters from European to American sockets. We arrived late and could not heat food, wash and put out our hair. The apartment owner advised us to order delivery when we informed him that we could not use the kitchen equipment. After check out the apartment owner demanded 50 euros for a stain on a chair) we could not be in a dirty apartment with broken equipment, no stains left. Horrible apartment and rude service. The location is in a cul-de-sac with a grzny entryway. We feel cheated.

We can not have any body cream, oil, body lotion on our body when we are in bed, not the linen to get dirty, and they will fine us.if we do so....??? Guys,...are u serious...??? Unacceptable...u ruin the customer experience u created with the nice staging and clean apartment that you have. The apartment is not a showroom I hope u modify something differently.
• Karen (8/5): A lovely-furnished apartment 20min from the centre of Nicosia - The apartment is nicely furnished and you can tell the host put some thought into it. There's a washing machine and a dryer, if you're staying for longer holidays. The apartment is a 20 mins walk from the centre, but a bit uphill so if the walk is not for you I would not recommend. Regardless, we found lovely cafes and restaurants nearby, so we were very satisfied with the location. The host was also super available via booking and phone. One of the rooms has a bathroom in the room separated by a glass wall only (to consider if you're booking with friends/non-lovers); it was okay for our stay, but the curtains dividing the shower and the toilet smell a bit when getting wet from the shower. Also, one of the rules is to throw your own garbage when checking-out - the bins are right outside the apartment but was never asked before.

• Francesca (9/5): Hope to visit again! - Great apartment, modern and well furnished in a strategical position in Nicosia business area. Close by there is plenty of shops, supermarket, pharmacies and some places to eat as well. The apartment is well kept, modern and bright! would recommend! One of the two rooms was not particularly well cleaned so I would suggest to ameliorate the post-visit cleaning
