- Jimmy (7/5): - 주변시설과 교통(Grab)을 이용하기에 편했습니다. 거실 바닥은 청소가 완전히 되지 않은 것 같아서 맨발로 지내는 것이 내키지 않았습니다. 욕실에 있는 슬리퍼를 이용했는데 청결은 보완이 되어야 할 것 같습니다.

- FYIONA PHIK WY (9/5): Homestay - It is a last minute late night booking and the check in process (via WhatsApp due to timing) is well accommodated. The room / suite is extremely clean, basic amenities provided as listed, has a kitchen equipped with microwave, water filer, rice cooker, kettle and tableware, good WIFI connection and easy check out too. It is annexed to a shopping mall so going down for lunch / dinner and grocery shopping is convenient. Nothing.

- Damian (8/5): Great location, everything you want at your door. - This is really in a great location, the apartments connect to the 163 Shopping Mall which is really handy. Just go down the elevator, up the escalator and you're in the shopping mall. Nice pool and gym area. It was also a quite apartment complex which I liked. I never had to wait for the lifts either. Internet speed was good also. I would stay here again as the location is great. No glasses in the kitchen.

- Milad (9/5): Great location, clean, spacious - The staff were approachable and responsive. Specially the person who checked me in a very nice and polite gentleman. Great amenities, location was great, mattress was comfortable. Place is spacious. Would go back here again for sure. Paying deposit and refund was a hassle. Nowadays payment by bank cards pretty much is enough security and a lot of places stopped taking deposit.

- Ronnie (8/5): Great location for Mont Kiara, but pricey - Located conveniently above 163, it is super convenient for daily stuff like meals, groceries and even Mr D.I.Y. There are also other amenities for fun and kids. 163 also means it is steps away from 1 Mont Kiara and Mont Kiara Plaza for even more options. Managed by Bamboo Hospitality, the temporary storage was a big help for us as we were transferring between hotels/residences, which otherwise is a hassle for us to lug around in the absence of a vehicle. The crew was always ready to help us with our needs and were highly responsive. The king sized bed is really comfy and provides good support. Unit is well furnished with water filter, oven. The view was great, offering unblocked views of the surrounding area. The room was not fully clean when we received the unit. The bedroom floor was really dusty, which was an issue for us, as we need to find space to put out the mattress. Unfortunately, we were told any cleaning services was chargeable. Although the king sized mattress is great, but the single mattresses were not that comfortable.

So i need to go around 6 level to get up and down from the building. Which took me 10 mins each time. The iron board is so small like mini iron board foldable but i manage to put it on the dining table so consider solve my problem.

- Artur (3/5): Read the description first, not all photos relate to your specific room - We came for language courses which are located in the next building, so it was convenient to settle there, but The room which was spacy on the photos turned to be a tiny cave. So doublecheck the description. There were several internet shoutdowns, after each, had to wait till next day when the contractor came to fix it. Disgusting smell from the bathroom was something with what we had to deal for the whole stay. Service guy came and just gave as a cleaning powder we had to keep AC turned on 24/7 because only this way we could breath. But the cherry on the top was the fact that we were provided only with two blankets while there were 3 of us. So additional blanket was only if you pay per day fee. We decided to buy one, at least it would be clean. Claimed for refund but booking.com was no able to do anything. I think that not all positive reviews are real. So, think twice.

- Justin (9/5): Superb - Near shopping mall Access card troublesome. Sometimes ok sometimes no good. Could not put luggage at reception. No label on hair shampoo and bath shampoo.
- Neptune (1/5): Chaos and tension - Illegaly rented,big poster on lobby no Airbnb/short term rental/hotel type rental.. After one night shifted to next room saying by mistake they kept this key on lock box..total embarrassment to come quickly back to room and shift next room. Shifting to another room after one night stay..plus NO SHORT TERM RENTAL poster in lobby etc makes you think illegally staying in the apartment.

No Netflix and not easy to access to Philips Smart TV ..been trying an hour and lastly we manage to watch you tube. As a muslim I would like to suggest (if u don't mind) to remind the guest not to bring lard or non halal meals to be heat up in the oven or cooking using the utensils provided.

Location-wise, it's a dream for any professional. The proximity to work made commuting a breeze, while the plethora of nearby eateries transformed each mealtime into an adventure. The accommodations are spacious and well-equipped. The unit not only offers a comfortable bed but also a convenient sofa bed, and essential appliances like a washing machine and fridge. The speedy internet and the breathtaking view of the iconic Merdeka 118 add to the charm. In summary, while there are minor sound-related concerns, the property offers an otherwise exceptional experience, blending accessibility, comfort, and culinary delights in a well-appointed space with a captivating view. Despite these positives, there are a few drawbacks worth mentioning. The soundproofing in the unit could be improved. I noticed that noises from neighboring units, especially the sound of doors banging, could be quite audible. Additionally, being close to the highway means occasional noise from passing vehicles, which might be bothersome for light sleepers or those seeking absolute tranquility. Nevertheless, the property's amenities, attentive staff, and overall convenience make it a compelling option for a stay.

Apartment was spotless check in effcicicent , as i travel and work in Mont Kiara often this apartment ticks all the boxes. Could do with a clothes Airing rack for long stays where we use the washing machine. Sofa bed a good touch but uncomfortable to use as a sofa on evening.

- Lee (10/5): Exceptional - Nice and new house to stay and feel comfy with the big sofa and bed. It feels like staying in hotel with bottles water, coffee and tea sachet and free WiFi. This house is very clean. Location very good cause is attached with 163 mall, inside the mall have a lot of restaurant and variety of food to choose. I like to swim at their pool cause is very quiet, clean and no many people using the pool. Furthermore the host is very friendly and helpful. Easy to contact. Strongly recommended this unit if you are looking at mont kiara area.
