Could have been cleaner and an extra set of keys would have been helpful plus there wasn't enough plates for 4 people and no basic condiments like salt, pepper and oil for cooking plus one more seat in the lounge would have been great too.

Check in was listed as 2pm on booking and I wasn’t given any information on how to check in until I reached out after 2pm to get the lockbox code, I then contacted them again after getting keys to get the information of level and apartment number.

- Maryann (3/5): - location was good check in was not very easy. locked box was across the road hidden from visual sight so it was hard to find. When you have a car it is even harder to put key back. ONE key for all 4 people when we all wanted to do different things. 2G wifi very slow.
No dinner table. not enough seating for 4 people. was my fault for not checking but says there is a private entry to the pool so we thought we had our room close by, not 10 floors above pool and the private entry is for all visitors staying in that motel.

- Allan (7/5): Clean and presentable with some practical short comings - Clean, excellent location This property does not have a table and chairs and no study desk - difficult to work on computer if you are in for business. No where to use iron and no where to eat meals except on lounge chair.
- Sarah (3/5): The apartment had a terrible smell and the one set of keys made it a challenging 5 night stay. - Only one set of keys was provided making it very difficult logistically for two colleagues. I requested a second set but they would not provide! The apartment had a terrible musty smell. It was disappointing that not even basic tea / coffee provisions were provided.

It was a great spot to stay with kids and the free parking was a bonus. my kids really love the pool and I enjoyed using the gym facilities. For a family of 4 it was a little bit difficult to have dinner together as there was no dining table, nor were there four chairs to sit on for eating, but apart from this, the apartment was lovely. my only other comment is they only provided one key and as you needed a key to get up to the apartment, get to the pool, get to parking you needed a key! so two keys would’ve been much easier to work with four of us.

It was clean and tidy and the check-in instructions were clear.

The apartment is very clean, and have a beautiful sunset view.
The owner provides good kitchen supplies, bath gel, washing liquid, etc. It will be more prefect, if a dinning table and wirenss carpark key are provided

Some initial confusion about how to get in: instructions listed a cafe that wasn’t visible/there: perhaps could mention there are two apartment blocks: EVE on left is the unit? Construction works don’t help!
