• Glenn (2/5): 30 to 60 minutes wait for elevators!!! - Sauna once you got a lift. The building needs to sort out the lifts. There are service elevators for cleaners. USE THEM. Unfortunately, they don't and so the consequences are that you're expected to wait 30mins to 60mins to get down in an elevator as they are full with guests and cleaners on a weekend. Look it's a nice apartment and building, but the time wasted standing waiting for elevators is extraordinary.

• Damon (4/5): Filthy - Bring your own cleaning gear - Swimming pool and spa, BBQ area and close proximity to places of interest Bathroom had not been cleaned as there was hair, mould, suspicious substances on shower screen and tiles. We ended up buying our own bathroom disinfectant and cleaning it ourselves. Bed linen was not satisfactory nor clean, unbearable and constant high pitched noises from the plumbing and water pipes in the hallway and most of all the management never contacted us back after we contacted them the first day regarding these issues.

• Danielle (3/5): I would recommend booking through the Star Residences directly to ensure no delays with checkin and full access to the b - The property was clean and in a good location. Our host was half an hour late to meet us for checkin. A heads up that they were going to be late would’ve been greatly appreciated as we had confirmed our arrival time the day prior. I had messaged twice prior to arrival requesting advice on the best place to park without any response. Once our host finally met us to check in, we were advised the best parking was at the convention centre - this is approx an 8 minute walk, with your bags through the main casino building. There are 2 pools in the building, however our key only gave us access to the level 20 pool which is more of an indoor style pool. The much larger, outdoor pool on level 6 could no be accessed with our key which was certainly disappointing.
