• Marc Bergmans (10/5): Comfortable accommodation for the whole family - The location of the apartment was perfect, central and close to all amenities and attractions. We particularly appreciated the possibility to park the car in the nearby garage, parking was included in the price. There is also a possibility to charge your electric car in the nearby Palladium Shopping Center. The apartment itself is very spacious, practical and equipped with everything you might need during your stay.

• Kateřina (6/5): Krásný byt i skvělá lokalita, nedostatečný úklid - Skvělá lokalita, krásný prostorný byt, dvě koupelny, možnost parkování. Rozbitá střešní okna ve dvou pokojích, která nešlo zavřít, takže byl v noci slyšet hluk z ulice. Špinavá a nevysátá podlaha, nespláchnutý záchod v koupelně. Na obranu provozovatele, když jsme jej ohledně úklidu kontaktovali, byl ochotný poslat někoho k nápravě, ale bylo už pozdě, potřebovali jsme dát děti spát, takže jsme odmítli a podlahu si vysáli a vytřeli sami (měli jsme sebou lezoucí dítě).

• Rosie (7/5): A great location and beautiful flat but with a nightmare iPad remote control for lighting and heating. - Overall beautifully appointed. Gorgeous views. iPad for controlling heating lighting etc was impossible to adjust. A nightmare! We had lights and hot air blasting on and off any time we moved at night. Kettle chip system overly complicated. Middle bedroom mattress very poor. The white cabinet in the left hand bedroom is in very poor condition.
• Aafke (10/5): - Ruim appartement, allemaal een eigen kamer, midden in old town, alles modern, netjes en nieuw. Luxe appartement. Snelle reactie op feedback en mail verkeer Geen keukendoeken, maar al gemeld en wordt opgepakt.
• Felipe (10/5): Excelente. Si volvemos a Praga, lo volveríamos a elegir. - Nos encantó. Muy grande, todo extremadamente limpio, especialmente toallas y sábanas y demás enseres, incluyendo los de la cocina. La situación óptima. La comunicación con los responsables, siempre vía mensaje con Booking, fue super rápida y con las soluciones a todas las dudas planteadas (no hubo problemas en ningún momento). No hubo nada que no me gustara. Algún pequeño desperfecto en una puerta de un armario de la cocina y un par de ventanas (claraboyas en el techo de dos habitaciones) que no cerraban perfectamente (habitaciones 1 y 2), pero no fue un problema serio ni mucho menos.
• Atif (3/5): سيئة - الشقة في وسط براغ وقريبة من كل شيء لكن البناية قديمة جداً وأيضاً المصعد قديم .. الإضاءة والتكييف عن طريق اللمس تم برمجته مع جاهز لوحي ولكن للآسف صعب التعامل معه وأيضا المكيف لا يمكنك أن تطفئه وتواصل معهم أكثر من مره وباليوم الأخير أعطونا ريموت كنترول للمكيفات أزعاج كثير جداً لا يوجد عزل بالغرف وتسمع كلام الشقة التي بجانبك وأيضاً أيام الويكند تسمع أزعاج في الشارع لا يمكنك النوم من الأزعاجات وأيضا البناية المقابلة لهم جديدة وأزعاج المعدات لا تجعلك تنام المدخل سيئ والمعصد سيئ البناية قديمة جدا جدا

• Shelley (5/5): Nice apartment but air conditioning doesn't work - Great view, really nicely furnished apartment and in a fabulous location. Every complaint/review is that the air conditioning doesn't work, and we had the same problem. Clearly the team owning/managing this apartment don't care enough to actually fix this issue. Initially we were told to use the iPad to put the air con on, then when I continued to reply stating we had all of the settings etc as needed I was then told there was an 'outage'. This appears to be a constant outage based on reviews. The apartment was 26 degrees at night, not a nice temperature to sleep in. Don't book this apartment if you are doing it for air conditioning.

We especially like the kitchen which is very big with windows of good scenery….we enjoy the stay very much! One bath room with poor drainage - the only problem of the house.
