Guest Reviews
- Lindsay (10/5): Cute and convenient - The location is walking distance to many things. I liked that it's in a neighborhood, not a touristy area, so the food nearby is cheap and delicious. The room, check-in, and check out process were all great. The room was very cute and well thought out. The kitchenette had a microwave and stove. The host was responsive. The cleaner brought me another blanket. One wall plug wasn't working, and there were no plugs in the kitchenette for the kettle.

- Eslavenka (9/5): - Habían muchos insectos en el baño
- Alexis (10/5): Impeccable - La confiance.
- Matthew (9/5): Nice & clean - We stayed here for one night as we got back from Ha Giang and needed a place to stay before the airport and this was available at an affordable price. The room was clean and had a fridge. The bathroom/WC was a very small room with no sink, you’d have to brush your teeth in the kitchen area.
It’s also located in an alley/side street and was pretty noisy
- Goda (10/5): -
- Rowena (8/5): - Lovely decorated and cute room with enough room to put backpacks etc. We stayed in the room on the top floor so were also able to enjoy the little rooftop terrace, which was very nice. Room had a small kitchen and fridge. Location is great, outside Old Quarter so less crowded still very easy to get everywhere. Bathroom situation was a little strange, the toilet was ‘behind’ the shower so had to cross the wet floor every time when using the toilet. Ventilation was lacking and there’s nog door to separate, just a curtain, so bedroom and towels turned quite smelly and humid very quickly
- Ruben (6/5): -
- Laly (9/5): Très bien ! - Chambre confortable et jolie Bruyant le matin
- Benedetta (9/5): comfy and peaceful stay - The room is spacious and very very clean. You can find all the basic facilities that you might need if you plan to stay for a short but also middle term. The location is also quiet but very near to the center. The mattress could be improved (too soft and not good for a healthy back).
- Cameron (10/5): A comfortable good value stay with kitchenette bonus! - A big well kitted out room with kitchenette. Self check in was smooth and messages replied to promptly. Good location for history buffs as closer to Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and Temple of literature. A few nice local restaurants nearby. The neighbour had a very nice dog but the road is quiet. 30 minute walk from the old town.
- Itay (9/5): -
- David (10/5): - Nadherny maly utulny pokojicek skoro v centru hanoi.
- Denver (9/5): Affordable, clean and homelike stay. Would recommend! - Room is so home like and clean. Also a free washing machine! A bit far out for central location but still walkable
- Aviv (8/5): -
- Patrick (10/5): Beautiful! - I couldn't find anything better, everything nice, clean and perfect
- Mariam (10/5): -
- Lucia (9/5): Personale davvero presente anche se invisibile. Presenza nell’assenza. Ottimo. - Stupenda.
- Amritgull (10/5): - Everything Just need a code to open the main door lock.
- Dicko (10/5): - Réactivité du propriétaire et propreté !
- Malo (9/5): -
- Minh Chi (8/5): Tạm ổn - Phong cách decor Nóng lạnh bị hỏng
- Filipino (9/5): Great for short stop in Hanoi - The room itself feels like home with fridge and cooking equipements. Love the color scheme. I appreciate the ceiling fan eventhough the room has new aircon. Sometimes I do no like aircon all the time but the ceiling fan makes a great addition.
I want to say Thank you to the people behind the hotel. Staff can be contacted through whatsAPP. I was short of 20,000 dong during payment time and they were okay about it. But I still left 20000 dong at checkout. Wifi is stong enough. I hope towels are provided daily.
No elevator.
- Lidia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Aimee (9/5): Superb -
- Mariia (7/5): Good -
- Vilde (9/5): Superb - Very clean, very friendly, very accommodating No proper door to bathroom just a curtain. Wish the staff came a bit later to collect money (was at 9am) seeing as I’m a type B person😅
- Ella (9/5): Superb -
- David (1/5): Avoid it like the plague - The host is helpful. - It was dirty when we arrived, the trash hadn't been taken out, and the place wasn't properly cleaned.
- the carpet was dirty
- they provided slippers but see how they looked (attached image)
- It's cold, but at least we got a space heater that keeps the temperature at a somewhat acceptable level.
- The bed is very uncomfortable—you can feel every spring.
- Dogs howl from the neighboring building both early in the morning and at night—I don't even want to imagine why - so expect sleepless nights if you come here
- in addition to that the rooster starts crowing continuously from 5:30 AM, and you can hear a lot of noise from the neighbors as well.
- There is no sink in the bathroom, so we have to do everything in the kitchen sink.
- Extra toilet paper is only provided upon request.
- We asked for garbage bags but never received any.
- The neighbors cook disgusting things, and the smells come through. This would be tolerable if the windows and doors sealed properly to keep the smells out, but unfortunately, air comes in through the balcony door, the windows, and the vents.
- Hot water runs out quickly
- And no, this is not our first accommodation in Asia, and Asia itself didn't shock us—based on substantial comparison, we can confidently say that this place is a dump.
- Silviu-paul (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tommaso (10/5): Excellent - Amazing place where to stay, near the center but quiet and peaceful. Everything is clean and confortable. Definitely the host is so kind and helpful for everything. I felt like at home. Nothing
- Septia (10/5): Excellent stay, will choose this accommodation again if I ever go to Hanoi again in the future :) - The room is aesthetically pleasing, yet very functional!! Maybe the owner could put a heater for the room or something haha I was freezing
- Roni (9/5): good money value, Definitely recommend this place. Ill come back in my next visit in hanoi :) - Really good apartment, exactly like the pictures. The owner was available on whatsapp and send me the exact location and all the information for check in as soon as we booked the place.
There is a small kitchen in the room that includes stove, microwave and kettle. Hot water in the shower. No sink in the bathroom, but the sink in the kitchen is right outside. There is a curtain instead of a dor to the bathroom. A little bit noisy from the street in the morning.
- Tuấn (7/5): Good - Center place The room in 1st floor does not have wash basin in bathroom, I use the sink in kitchen instead
- Allison (10/5): Wonderful! - As shown in picture, lovely stay. The hosts were so lovely and accommodating, we extended a night and even payed late and they were very understanding. Not a lot of sound proofing in room, there was a loud dog outside all night but that might just have been for our stay.
- Haroon (10/5): Great for a couple of days - Very smooth virtual check-in. Room was nice and big with a kitchen and towels. Bottled water included as well. Ground floor room, so very loud in the early morning. No sink in the bathroom.
- Emily (10/5): Exceptional - Nice location and lovely room
- Raphaëlle (8/5): Very good -
- Jie (5/5): Linen not clean - Spacious I don’t think the blanket is washed at all. There is tons of hair and random dirt under the blankets.
Mattress is saggy
- Chinh (9/5): Great stay. Surely I will come back - Everything. Lovely lane. Cozy and clean room. Nice host. Good location (you should not stay in the down town because of noise) Only 1 point: No sink in the bathroom (kitchen only)
- Linh (8/5): Very good - The host was really helpful and friendly Personally, I don't like bathrooms without wash basin. So, I literally had to wash my face right at the sink. Tbh, I find that quite inconvenient. 😂 Also, there's no elevator here, so if you're a solo traveler with heave luggages, carrying them to your room upstair is quite tiring, especially if your room is on the 3rd floor.
- Tana (10/5): Exceptional -
- Thy (9/5): Superb - A great place to stay, I will definitely come back when I’m back in Hanoi. A great plus is the self check in and check out. The host is very friendly and responsive. The room is clean and similar to the images. The room is not soundproof but because the place is in an alley, it’s only noisy in the morning due to the neighbors so it’s okay.
