• Napassawan (5/5): If I come back to Vienna again, I would definitely not stay here. I feel extremely disappointed and feel that the money - I liked the location because it was close to the tram station that goes into the city center. Although it wasn’t located in the main tourist area, it was still very convenient to travel around. There was also a supermarket nearby. The location matched the pinned address exactly, the check-in instructions were clear, and the staff were easy to contact and very helpful. When we opened the room, there was a very strong cigarette smell in the main bedroom, so strong that it was impossible to sleep there. We informed the staff, and they sent housekeeping to clean the room, but they only sprayed air freshener over the smell, which did not solve the problem. Even after leaving the windows open and going out for the entire day, the cigarette smell was still there when we came back. As a result, we could not sleep in the main bedroom and had to squeeze together in the smaller room, while the men had to sleep on the floor near the entrance. Considering how expensive the accommodation was, we were unable to properly use the room, which was very disappointing. The bathroom also had an unpleasant smell coming from the drain and felt quite old. The heater was extremely noisy whenever someone was taking a shower. Some towels had visible stains on them. On some nights, groups of young men stood smoking right outside the room. As a group of women traveling together, I did not feel safe staying here.
• Patrycja (3/5): Nie polecam - Całkiem przyjemna lokalizacja, blisko przystanku tramwajowego, metra i sklepów. Mieszkanie bardzo rozczarowujące i kompletnie niezgodne z opisem. Lokal był brudny już przy przyjeździe - pod prysznicem znajdowały się czarne włosy, pościel była poplamiona, na lampach były pajęczyny, a na suficie widoczne zacieki. W łazience unosił się bardzo nieprzyjemny zapach kanalizacji, a bojler działał tak głośno, że sprawiał wrażenie uszkodzonego. W ofercie znajdowała się pralka, jednak na miejscu jej nie było. Podobnie z kanapą - na zdjęciach widniała rozkładana kanapa rogowa, natomiast w mieszkaniu znajdowała się zupełnie inna, nierozkładana sofa. Wiele elementów mieszkania było uszkodzonych: wykrzywiona framuga drzwi do pokoju powodowała prześwitywanie światła z korytarza, szafka w kuchni była zniszczona, a zamrażarka w lodówce miała wyrwaną szufladę. Włącznik światła był uszkodzony, a na podłodze widoczne były odpryski i dziury. Nawet baterie w pilocie wyglądały na pogryzione i zniszczone. Najbardziej niepokojąca była jednak kwestia bezpieczeństwa. W łazience znajdowały się dwie suszarki do włosów - po podłączeniu jednej z nich zaczęła wydobywać się gęsta chmura czarnego dymu.

• Christopher (3/5): Mittelprächtig, sieht leider nicht so schön aus wie auf den Bildern - Die Lage war OK da wir in der Nähe eine Arbeit hatten, für den Zweck ausreichend. Sehr kompliziert bis man einen Schlüssel bekommt bzw. bis man Informationen erhält wie man in das Apartment gelangt. Sieht nicht so toll aus wie auf den Bildern, Schimmel im Badezimmer bei den Silikonfugen, TV ging nicht, generell etwas unsauber.

• VISHAL (5/5): - The room size was very good. Location was okay too. Had a tram station at just a few minutes walk. The room and bathroom wasn't very clean. Overall it was okay but not worth the price. The TV wasn't working. It was kept well away from the power sockets and it felt it was kept for name sake.
