• Denise Tracey (7/5): Schöne Wohnung und für sechs Personen ausreichend. Ausstattung leider mittelmäßig. Gute Lage, weil man mitten im Gescheh - Die zentrale Lage war super. Ca. 10 Minuten zur Fuß zur Waterloo Station. Bäcker, Pubs, Restaurants und Lebensmittelläden in direkter Nähe. Für sechs Personen war die Ausstattung zu gering. Nicht genügend Geschirr. Nur eine Pfanne in schlechtem Zustand (konnten wir nicht nutzen) und ein kleiner Topf vorhanden. Wenige Handtücher (nur 1 Großes pro Kopf) keine Badematte vorhanden. Kein WLAN vorhanden bzw. keine Zugangsdaten erhalten.
• Paul (6/5): Adequate Stay - Location was excellent, short walk to Waterloo Station, entry way was well lighted and the buildings security features made us feel safe staying there. Ample furniture for the apartment, what was listed was available on site. Contact with owner was good, we would receive replies at an acceptable time frame. Bedrooms and overall size of unit is great for 3 or 4 adults or family of 4. Extra pillows and blankets if you needed them; equipment we used (minus hairdryer) worked well. Hair Dryer started sparking when being used and no matter what we could never cool the unit down. Think with a little TLC in the unit and a few minor repairs; cocking around tub( mold on floor around tub), fixing the shower head, replacing the toilet seat( really bad condition) and a good coat of paint this unit would be a fabulous place to stay.

• Alex2433 (7/5): Bon rapport qualité prix - - L'emplacement, fabuleux. Tout à portée de main. Juste au dessus d'un supérette, à deux pas du bus, de la gare. À à peine moins de 10min de Big Ben. - bouilloire, grille pain, serviettes de bain, shampoing/gel douche - prix raisonnable (réservé 14 mois avant notre voyage) - disponibilité du propriétaire et message de sa part pour savoir si tout allait bien où si nous avions besoin de quelque chose. - plutôt propre malgré une légère vétusté Nous pourrions revenir sans soucis. Nous avions réservé pour 6, et pas suffisamment de chaises pour tout le monde. La terrasse n'était pas accessible, la porte fenêtre était fermée par un fil de fer. Les chaises étaient un peu branlantes, la commode tient droite avec des bouts de bois.
• Daniel (7/5): Great location but noisy street - The location was great in regard to access to bus, tube and trains and you could easily walk to main attractions. When we had questions we recieved quick responses. The property could do with some work to make it look better. While the location was great the noise early in the morning from the street below was horrible.

• Ruth (9/5): Great location and space near all the attractions. - I really loved the location of this property - very close to southbank/underground/attractions but also a little away from it. Had more of a London locals vibe than being in a tourist area. There were a lot of good restaurants, pubs and amenities close by as well. The bedrooms were a great size, as was the rest of the space, and having a patio was also a really nice feature. You could see part of the London Eye from our unit. The host checked in regularly and responded very promptly! I also really liked the simplicity of the key pad entry. Very convenient. This place was a great find for the price. There were a couple of things I didn't like - the entry to the building is a bit run down. There also weren't very many kitchen items to make food. Neither of these were dealbreakers for us though.
• Rebecca (7/5): Nice location, basic but nice apartment. - The location is excellent, close to the undergrounds, train station and bus routes. The area is lively in the evening with plenty of restaurants, shops and I love the graffiti tunnel. The apartment was clean generally and had the basics we needed. Liked the balcony area too. Perfect to sit out with a cuppa. The owners were prompt at replying to my messages. The apartment was quite dated and some of the cutlery was dirty with old food on it. I had to scrub it before use. The area was quite loud first thing in the morning with shops opening up etc. Couldn’t turn the heating down, the thermostat said error. The mattresses are quite thin, could feel the springs/ coils.

• Marina (8/5): - Πάρα πολύ άνετο και καθαρό διαμέρισμα, στα plus η βεράντα, σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, ακριβώς όπως φαινόταν στις φωτογραφίες, άμεση επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη Δεν είχε ζεστό νερό, μάλλον είχε κάποιο θέμα το boiler, το οποίο βέβαια προσφέρθηκε άμεσα ο οικοδεσπότης να μας βοηθήσει να το ελέγξουμε αλλά δεν προλαβαίναμε εμείς

• olaf (4/5): Great location with significant limitations - The location was excellent. Less than five minute walk to a tube station. 10 minutes to big Ben and Parliament. He was also very handy to have a grocery store located immediately below us. Having a small, private outdoor space was also nice to be able to get away from the crowds. Communication with our host basically ended after they sent us the entry codes. For instance, they said they would send his WiFi codes and never did. There were no brooms to clean the floors if they get dirty. There was a sponge, but no dish, rags or towels to dry dishes. No hand towels. Well, it was a benefit to have a grocery store underneath. It was a very significant negative to be woken up at 6 AM in the morning by trucks. I’m laying outside to unload groceries. More so since we had to have the windows open because there is no air conditioning (the no air-conditioning may be more of a problem with booking.com as I searched for places that had AC and this place clearly did not when we arrived.) Also, this was a very active area at night and there was lots of noise from outside because the windows were open. There is also limited number of place settings and utensils available to cook meals with.(there was sugar and salt provided).

• M (7/5): Good - Great location. Easy access to the apartment. Quality of furniture No wifi. Fridge not working. Absence of cooking equipment (pots & pans)
• Peter (9/5): Superb - - Excellent location right next to Waterloo station. - Good sized property with plenty of space to relax. - Good communication from the host. Easy self-check in using the access code provided by WhatsApp. - It is a noisy location. The property is very close to Waterloo train station and is above a market street, but does not have double glazing, so there is some noise. - I couldn't find WiFi information. Perhaps that was just me.
• Sam (1/5): Do not stay here. - Awful. The only thing good was the location. It was terrible. The place hadn’t been cleaned when we arrived. Everything was just left over from the previous occupants. Dirty, unmade beds, dirty towels, a big bag of rubbish in the corner. We called to complain and they responded by text and appeared to admit the mistake and offer a full refund. Didn’t want to take the risk of being out of pocket twice by going to stay somewhere else so spent the night in this dump. Since our stay we have followed up asking about the refund but there has been no response from the owner. Booking.com have tried but they appear to not be able to do much if the owner decides not to give refund. For £350 a night you really expect something good, but this was just the worst I’ve experienced, worse than some of the dodgy youth hostels I stayed in years ago. Should be zero stars.

• Alphanso (4/5): Disappointing - Location Water boiler did not worked for 3 days of stay. Even after raising concerns to apartment owners it did not rectified within our stay. Wifi Internet did not worked at all.
• Hector (2/5): Impossible to sleep on a noisy street - Nice host and overall location on the map but horribly located in a noisy street Many issues from small to huge. Small: shower handle does not hold, toilet bucket with no room around, secondary bed old and uncomfortable full of springs. Big: on a street where people at pubs shout until about 2-3 am and then stores start preparing to open at 5 am. So basically a window to sleep with no huge noise on the street of about 3-4 hours. The place is on top of an Iceland store.

• Stefan (7/5): Good - The location was very good, and the facilities inside the flat and the rooms The heating boiler was very, very noisy, it made a sound at every hour or so, also you could hear every step from the outside, the windows were at fault I guess, it was like the windows were absent, but we had a great stay except these 2 things, the landlord was very communicative, but if you have problems sleeping in the noise, maybe some headphones will do the trick
• Francesco (9/5): Superb - Very good flat, in a perfect position close to Waterloo tube. The flat is quite new, comfortable and with a nice terrace. Around the flat you have supermarket, pharmacy, coffee bar, restaurants, pub and everything you need. For sure when i will come back to London, i would like to stay again in this flat. And the owner is very kind.
