Consiglio una pulizia migliore per adeguarla allo standard dell’appartamento che è abbastanza alto p - La posizione è ottima, in una bella strada con ristoranti, bar, vicinissima alla metro.Appartamento molto carino. Pulizia da migliorare, le superfici principali erano state pulite ma in alcuni punti c’era troppa polvere.In bagno c’è cattivo odore.

Veramente ha fatto il possibile per gestire le criticità’ Premetto che il mio soggiorno per lavoro è durato 4 notti. La posizione perfetta, a pochi minuti dalla metro, le istruzioni di accesso chiarissime. La casa è carina , pulita, il letto è comodo ma qualcosa andrebbe sistemato meglio. Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che la porta di casa non si chiuda se non con una mandata di chiavi. (Mia nipote una sera e’ uscita con gli amici ovviamente si è portata le chiavi per aprire ma mi ha dovuta chiudere dentro altrimenti chiunque avrebbe potuto entrare in casa - come fosse la porta di una stanza) . Mi è dispiaciuto non trovare il set di asciugamani completo, erano presenti solo mani e viso e dopo una giornata di treno e lavoro una doccia sarebbe stata cosa buona e giusta. Secondo giorno, purtroppo abbiamo trovato il bagno allagato. Qui devo dire che Cristian è stato molto disponibile ed è venuto con l’idraulico la mattina dopo , di domenica. L’aeratore del bagno andrebbe revisionato, non aspira ma soprattutto propaga gli odori degli altri appartamenti….

• Mortellaro (10/5): Soggiorno 1 notte a Milano - L'appartamento è molto comodo soprattutto se si vuole un appoggio dove lasciare tutto e visitare la città per eventi o altro, ha tutto quello di cui hai bisogno, pulito e il proprietario è molto disponibile e chiaro. Inoltre è collegato molto bene con la metro così da potersi spostare dove si vuole. Molto consigliato😊

• Horatiu (4/5): While the apartment’s location and amenities were convenient, its poor cleanliness, uncomfortable b - I loved the apartment’s prime location, just steps from restaurants and close to metro stations, making exploring Milan a breeze. The small but convenient elevator was a great touch, and the clear instructions, especially the helpful YouTube clip explaining everything, made the stay seamless and enjoyable. The apartment’s cleanliness was disappointing, with unwashed floors and dusty furniture. The beds, particularly the one in the living room, were very uncomfortable, and the space felt cramped for three people, better suited for two. The entrance was extremely small, and while the central heating worked well, it was noisy and disrupted sleep. The fridge was also disturbingly loud, and an unpleasant bathroom odor lingered, making the living room unpleasant for staying or sleeping.

The location was great—just a 4-5 minute walk to the metro station, which made getting around very easy. The neighborhood itself was lively, with plenty of great restaurants and coffee shops nearby.

• Alena (9/5): Сharming fireplace - The fireplace in the apartment was charming. The living room is very cozy and cute. The room is spacious with a large wardrobe. The bed is soft and comfortable. The neighbourhood is very pleasant and looks safe. It wasn’t scary to return late in the evening. There was some cobweb and dust on the light fixtures near the ceiling.

• Lean (7/5): Quiet, Local Stay - The host is really responsive, he is always ready to help. The apartment is fully equipped with a kitchenette, TV (helpful for watching the Euros!), and washing machine (bring your own detergent). It’s a 50 min-1hr walk to the Duomo/Quadrilatero which makes the location of this property quiet and very local. Great little coffee shop and patisserie nearby, and good pizza 👍🏻 The apartment is only superficially clean, I think it’s more because of the material of the floor and the furniture. Bathroom emits a smell from time to time. The lift was NOT working when we booked this property. Double check first with the host before booking. We were not informed that it had been busted for a few days and found out on the spot. Host offered 1 hour later check-out for the inconvenience.

• Ester (1/5): The worest place - Nothing Be away There is no connection between the place, the pictures, or the description. Small studio, outdated, crowded, and far from the center. We couldn't stay put, even for a few minutes. We got scratched, everything looked old and uninviting. Although we left the place immediately, the owner of the place refused to refund us, not even partially.

• Ionut (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is located in a very quiet complex, close to restaurants and public transport. It is a small, chic and clean apartment, suitable for three people.
• Talitha25 (7/5): Nice appartment - Comfortable bed, quiet location, slept great. Nice neighborhood, lots of restaurants closeby and a supermarket. Location is good if u have more days, metro is closeby but walk into the city is about 30min. If you have limited time, maybe stay closer to the centre. There's also a stop closeby for one of routes of the sightseeing bus that goes from 2pm (till about 5). Living room/kitchen with everything u need. The spa shower was very nice. Good communication via Whatsapp for questions or issues. Balcony is in front of the front door so not really a balcony to sit on. There are white curtains on the windows, so its not as bright in the rooms as on the pictures, but u can open the windows. Maybe add a small table next to the couch.

The cleanliness, provision of all necessities for a comfortable - The apartment is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, and the host goes the extra mile to provide assistance. There was an unpleasant odour in the bathroom, and though I'm unsure of its source, it eventually dissipated.

• Cpterde (10/5): First and best experiance in Milano - The flat is offering lovely native Italian city life experiance for the guests. Location is very good. There are supermarkets, cafés etc nearby. Flat design was very good. Its street envelopes you like you are in dream. If you want to have native Italian city experiance, you must choose this. Everything was good.

• Andrei (9/5): Superb - Very nice location close enough to metro stations. Quiet area where you can get some overnight rest. Pillows were a bit hard for us but that's a matter of what you're used to. We tried to find some information about ZTL and parking options, blue vs yellow line for example but it was hard to understand even if we speak Italian. I think it would help if access and parking were explained a bit in the apartment description or introduction message.

Since it is electronic key, make sure to have data and your phone charged when arriving, toilet works in mysterious ways, water needs to run while you're on it🫣 However, your host will sort it out if needed.
