Booking_Bartner (3/5): Recht geräumiges Apartment in einer leider extrem lauten Lage(auch nachts). - Es gibt einen Fahrstuhl. Es gibt einen modernen Kühlschrank und einen guten Herd. Es gibt eine Badewanne. Das Apartment ist recht geräumig. Es gibt keinen Fernseher. Der Balkon in den sehr schmutzigen Hinterhof ist recht klein und wohl gerade errichtet worden. Das Schlafzimmer ist zur lauten Hauptstraße Währinger Gürtel hin. Es fahren Autos 24/7. Die Doppelfenster sind alt und halten den brüllenden Lärm nicht ab. Es ist so gewaltig laut, dass man eigentlich nur mit Ohrstöpseln, Tabletten oder extrem stark alkoholisiert dort schlafen kann.

Louisa (7/5): Alles in allem eine Unterkunft mit sehr viel Potenzial aber wenig Liebe zum Detail. - Die Lage war super, da man sowohl Straßen- als auch Ubahn direkt um die Ecke hatte und so alles sehr leicht erreichen konnte. Um die Ecke war ebenfalls ein kleiner Bäcker, sowie eine Apotheke. Die Unterkunft ist sehr groß, man hat jede Menge Platz und der Balkon in den Innenhof ist bei schönem Wetter sehr toll. Dort wären allerdings Möbel noch ganz gut. Es gibt einen Aufzug. Leider ist die Küchenzeile sehr heruntergekommen und auch nicht sehr sauber. Im kleinen Schlafzimmer fehlen Vorhänge und das Bad ist wirklich sehr sporadisch ausgestattet (keine Seife oder Ähnliches, kaum Haken,…) Die Dusche ist auch sehr seltsam, da man eigentlich immer das halbe Badezimmer flutet, da die Duschvorrichtung nicht passend angebracht ist. Im Waschbecken fehlt der Siffon. Am aller schwierigsten war aber, dass wir das große Schlafzimmer mit dem tollen, neuen, großen Bett leider nicht nutzen konnten, da die Lautstärke der Straße leider wirklich nicht auszuhalten war. Es benötigt dringend neue Fenster, diese sind überhaupt nicht richtig dicht und bieten daher keinen Lärmschutz. Das ist sehr schade!!

maria (6/5): Non ci tornerei - L’appartamento carino Nonostante l’appartamento fosse carino, abbiamo dovuto comprare tutto il necessario per poterci lavare dato che in bagno abbiamo trovato solo una misera saponetta (zero traccia di bagnoschiuma o shampoo) e come “cortesia” solo tre cialde di caffè (eravamo in tre e abbiamo prenotato per tre notti) quindi, di conseguenza, abbiamo dovuto comprare anche un pacchetto di cialde (che abbiamo lasciato noi per i prossimi ospiti). Inoltre c’erano due tende che non riuscivano a coprire le finestre, per cui di mattina entrava tutta la luce possibile (anche qui ci siamo accontentate cercando di bloccare le tende con gli zaini per coprire il più possibile con scarsi risultati). La posizione era abbastanza lontana dal centro e per la prossima volta, inoltre, consiglio di mettere le foto dell’appartamento in cui davvero gli ospiti dovrebbero soggiornare e non 260 foto meravigliose che possono ingannare i clienti (perché la realtà dei fatti non era quella mostrata qui su booking, anche se ripeto che l’appartamento non era male).

Wissem (8/5): - Espace de l’appartement et l’emplacement Nous avons constaté plusieurs manques dans l’appartement : * Il n’y avait pas d’épices ou de produits de base dans la cuisine. * Aucun produit de nettoyage ou lessive pour les vêtements n’était disponible. * Il y avait seulement un petit savon pour 4 personnes et pour 3 nuits. * Même pas une bouteille d’eau n’était fournie à notre arrivée. Ces équipements minimums auraient été appréciés pour rendre le séjour plus confortable.

ANDRZEJ (8/5): Udany pobyt - Lokalizacja blisko stacji metra. Za rogiem piekarnia, a dwie przecznice za domem sklepy Billa i Hofer. Apartament mieści się w kamienicy przy ruchliwej ulicy z tramwajem (a za nią odkryte metro), więc słychać szum z ruchu ulicznego. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem.

Κωνσταντίνα (7/5): - Spacious apartment, nearby the metro station, easy check in process. The photos were misleading. The mattresses and the blankets were below average. It was difficult to turn on the heating. It only offered basic amenities. It didn't offer shower gel or shampoo. There was a large mirror leaning against the wall, not hanging. Super dangerous for everyone, especially small children. My kids could have been seriously insured, so I didn't let them go into that room.

Kim (6/5): Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt recht praktisch. - Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und hell eingerichtet. Sie ist eher gross. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt an einer stark befahrenen Strasse und auch an einer Bahnlinie weshalb es eher laut ist. Ausserdem ist die Wassertemperatur der Dusch nicht gut einstellbar (entweder zu kalt oder direkt zu heiss). In der Küche gibt es nicht sehr viele Dinge die vorhanden sind, uns hat irgend eine Art von Kaffee gefehlt...

Kyriaki (9/5): - Καλή τοποθεσία δίπλα στο μετρό και σε στάση του τραμ που σε πήγαιναν στο κέντρο. Καθαρό διαμέρισμα και εύκολη πρόσβαση στο να μπεις μέσα. Ωραία στρώματα στα κρεβάτια και ζεστό νερό. Ουδεμία σχέση αυτό που δείχνει στις φωτογραφίες εδώ μέσα με αυτό που μένεις. Δεν είναι το ίδιο διαμέρισμα. Είναι σχετικά παλιό και έχει λίγο μια μυρωδιά σαν υγρασία -μουχλα αλλά καθαρό μέσα

NiNa Slemenjak Vodišek (3/5): 4 chairs for 6 people - We booked and paid for 6 people. There were only 4 chairs. We asked for two more chairs, as we ate our meals in the apartment. The owner was unresponsive at fist, they replied to my second message, saying we will get the chairs. On the second day, I wrote another message, but there was no response. Our stay was not very comfortable, as two people had to have their meals standing up. I was also dissapointed with Booking, as I couldn't reach anyone to file my complaint.

Είχε κάποιες σημαντικές ελλείψεις, όπως κουρτίνες στα 2 κεντρικά μεγάλα παράθυρα στα οποία φαίνεται όλο το χολ το σαλόνι και το μπάνιο με αποτέλεσμα όποιος περνάει απ έξω να μπορεί να σε βλέπει. Το χαλί και ο ένας καναπές είχαν αρκετούς λεκέδες με αποτέλεσμα να φαίνονται αρκετά βρώμικοι. Στο μπάνιο δεν υπάρχει κάποιο ραφακι για να βάλεις τα πράγματα σου ή κρεμάστρες για να κρεμάσεις τις πετσέτες σου.

Manda (9/5): Obiteljski boravak 4 dana u Beču - Odlična lokacija apartmana s obzirom na naše potrebe 4 dana, jasne upute iznajmljivača prije dolaska i odlaska iz apartmana, vrijednost za novac takodjer odlicna (rezervirali smo nekih 9 mjeseci unaprijed)! Imali smo i dovoljno rucnika, posteljine, wc papira, sapuna za ruke i susilo za kosu. Kreveti udobni! U jednoj od soba se dosta jako cuje buka s Währinger Str., ali nije nemoguće spavati. Dobro bi došao i parking uz apartman, ali snašli smo se i auto ostavili u P+R Spittelau u relativnoj blizini. Potrebni su i neki sitni popravci u apartmanu (npr. brojevi za upaliti električno kolo za kuhanje se nisu vidjeli).

Stephanie (7/5): Es war sehr entspannt und gemütlich in der Wohnung. Hatten alles was wir brauchten. - Gemütliche Dachwohnung, sauber , schöner Balkon , gute Anbindung mit Straßenbahn und U-Bahn Laut , da große Straßen direkt vor dem Haus entlang fahren. Man kann eigentlich nur mit geschlossenem Fenster schlafen, was für uns aber kein Problem war.

Localização com muito barulho vindo da rua, devido ao metro e eletrico. Janelas sem blackout, que não permitem privacidade nem escuridão para dormir. Falta de máquina de café expresso.. Edredão das camas muito pequeno.

Anabel (1/5): Una tremenda decepción - Nada. No vayáis, no tiene nada que ver con las fotos. El apartamento no tenía nada que ver con las fotos. Busqué otro en cuanto llegamos y después de llamar a booking, no estuvimos ni dos horas. Viajaba con un niño con la ilusión que se convirtió en decepción nada más llegar. Si intentas contactar con ellos, ni responden al teléfono ni a los mensajes. Booking tampoco me ayudó a resolver el problema. Me atendieron muy amablemente pero como el apartamento dice que las fotos se corresponden con la realidad, no hacen nada. Las primeras reseñas que muestran son estupendas, pero no entré en ver más. Craso error. Muchos comentarios dicen lo mismo. Nada que ver las fotos con la realidad. Está claro que están retocadas. El apartamento olía a tabaco, las sábanas no estaban limpias, faltaban cosas básicas en el baño y la cocina, en la entrada había un agujero en el suelo y se veían las tuberías. No lo recomendaría jamás. Evitadlo. He llamado a booking para quejarme de la cantidad de comentarios negativos que tienen y para reclamar que si nadie los revisa y lo único que me dicen es que no saben que sistema utilizan pero que se revisan esos casos. O sea, se lavan las manos. ¿Cómo es posible que tengan un apartamento así con esos comentarios y no los quiten? Una vergüenza. No le pongo un cero porque no se puede. Una tremenda decepción después de años usando booking sin problemas.

ANGELIKI (4/5): Η τοποθεσία του καταλύματος ήταν το μόνο καλό σε όλα - Το μόνο καλό ήταν η τοποθεσία, είχε καλό σύστημα για να μπεις και να βγεις από το κατάλυμα και καλό φωτισμό Όλα τα υπόλοιπα ήταν απογοητευτικά! Η καθαριότητα ελλιπής, δεν υπήρχαν extra πετσέτες και σεντόνια και δεν μας χωρούσαν 4 ενήλικες! Οι πετσέτες είχαν λεκέδες και όταν προσπαθήσαμε να το επικοινωνήσουμε κατευθείαν από την εφαρμογή και από μηνύματα δεν λάβαμε κάποια απάντηση!

Elīna (8/5): Normal apartment for good value in good place - Great location, next to public transport. Big enough for family of 5. Easy check-in and electronic key😊 Pictures and real life isn’t the same, but it was OK for that money we pay. recommendation to put a broom in the apartment so that you can sweep it yourself if you stay for several days.

Anastasia (7/5): - Το σπίτι ήταν άνετο, ευρύχωρο και εξοπλισμένο με τα απαραίτητα. Η τοποθεσία αν και όχι κεντρική ήταν πολύ βολική καθώς ακριβώς κάτω από το κατάλυμα υπάρχει σταθμός μετρό και τραμ κάνοντας πανεύκολη την μετακίνηση εντός της πόλης Δεν μείναμε ικανοποιημένοι από την καθαριότητα του καταλύματος καθώς υπήρχε σκόνη σε πολλά σημεία στο πάτωμα και ένα πολύ βρώμικο χαλί στην είσοδο.

The bathroom was ok . The cleaning was not ideal either,the floor was dirty .

cristina (8/5): Apartamento muito confortável e bem localizado - O apartamento é muito bom, confortável, limpo, espaçoso e equipado com tudo o necessário. Talvez fosse interessante ter um micro-ondas. O quarto estava bem aquecido, apesar de a casa de banho estar fria, o que se tornava desconfortável. A localização é ótima, uma vez que se situa ao pé de uma estação de metro, o que nos permite chegar ao centro de Viena muito rapidamente. O único ponto menos bom foi o barulho do trânsito toda a noite que nos criou alguma dificuldade em dormir e descansar. As janelas não isolam do barulho dos carros e de manhã, quando nasce o sol, entra muita claridade. Talvez fosse bom melhorar o isolamento acústico para melhorar o descanso à noite.
