• Quỳnh (1/5): Cực kì tệ - Phòng chất lượng kém, nhân viên không chịu hỗ trợ đổi phòng mặc dù còn phòng trống và mình chỉ vừa nhận phòng được 30p. Lúc đó đã là 12h đêm mình cũng chấp nhận bù thêm tiền để đc đổi phòng nhưng nhân viên vẫn không chấp nhận và mình buộc phải tìm một ks khác dù đã trả tiền thuê phòng đầy đủ ở đây . Sau khi phản ánh với quản lý thì vẫn chưa nhận được hỗ trợ như đã hứa trước đó. Trải nghiệm lần này rất tệ và mình sẽ không quay lại đây nữa

• Klapwijk (10/5): - I think this place is suitable for solo travelers or couples. If you're staying with two, don't book the smallest room; it will be cramped. It's better to book a larger room to avoid wasting time changing rooms. The staff helped me upload the room, so it didn't take much time, but it's always better if you can choose from the start. It's great for those who like being in the city center but don't want to spend too much. The room is small but sufficient, and overall it feels stable. After staying there, there's nothing particularly to complain about; I'm satisfied.

• rachael (1/5): I would not recommend this hotel, we ended up booking another hotel and felt so much better. - nothing. it was nothing like the photos. It had a bad smell and the walls were mouldy. We booked a room for 3 people and we had two single beds and when we asked for a third pillow they told us we would be charged for it even thought we payed for a room for 3 people. There was no hand soap and overall just felt very unclean. We decided to check out a day early and the staff told us we would be charged for that but as we were not happy with the property they would let us off. The staff were unhelpful for the most part.

• Kenny (10/5): Nơi ở giá tốt, tự check-in, dịch vụ đáp ứng cơ bản, gọn gàn. - Thật khó hiểu khi có những vị khách chi trả không nhiều nhưng lại thích khen chê, bình phẩm quá mức. Họ nghĩ rằng chỉ cần bỏ tiền ra thì có quyền phán xét, hạ thấp công sức của người khác. Riêng trải nghiệm của mình ở đây hoàn toàn ngược lại: dịch vụ không hề tệ như vài review tiêu cực, bạn chủ thì vô cùng nhiệt tình, dễ thương và luôn hỗ trợ nhanh chóng qua hotline, xử lý tận tâm khi mình cần. Theo mình, việc im lặng trong suốt thời gian lưu trú, không báo cho chủ nhà biết để khắc phục, rồi đến lúc trả phòng mới quay ra viết review tiêu cực là điều không công bằng. Đó không chỉ là đánh mất quyền lợi của chính mình mà còn gây ảnh hưởng đến người kinh doanh. Văn hóa ứng xử như vậy thật sự khiến mình thấy buồn. Có thể hơi “bao đồng”, nhưng mình luôn muốn tìm lại sự công bằng cho những nơi làm việc bằng cái tâm. Mình tin rằng lên tiếng vẫn tốt hơn, vì ít nhất nó có thể giúp thay đổi suy nghĩ ai đó theo hướng tích cực. • Nghia (10/5): Quiet, great value, host was friendly and responsive via text - I stayed here for one night before an early train, and the location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to Saigon Railway Station. The self check-in process was smooth and easy, and the host was friendly and responsive via text. The room was clean, cool with good air conditioning, and had all the essentials like a kettle, fridge, and private bathroom. For the price, it offered great value. While the apartment itself was quiet, the surrounding street can get a bit busy at certain hours due to local vendors and traffic - but that’s expected in such a central location. All in all, it’s a solid choice for a short stay convenient, comfortable, and well-managed.

• Cameron (1/5): - We had late check-in, but at 5 pm on the day of the check-in, we were informed our room is not available due to maintenance. They offered another room in Lucy House Q3 (as per Google maps), which we took given the hassle to find a last minute booking. We immediately asked for extra blankets and pillows, but upon arrival we had to collect the blanket ourselves in the balcony (the blanket did not look like the typical blanket, and felt like it was a personal belonging), and there was no pillow because the owner does not work past 5 pm. Turns out the room had an ant infestation. We left the room after that night, and informed them that we would like to check out. We requested a refund (we paid cash, otherwise there was an 8% credit card fee), but they were slow to respond, and solicited a 10 star review for their customer service in exchange for a partial refund, which never happened since we were ghosted shortly after the duration our stay.
• Thị Khánh Ly (3/5): - Vị trí thuận tiện di chuyển WARNING!!!!: Mọi người đi công tác cần cân nhắc khi đặt khách sạn này vì chi phí trên booking là chưa thuế (kể cả khi trên phần thanh toán ghi rõ giá đã bao gồm thuế và phí), khách sạn sẽ yêu cầu thanh toán thêm phí xuất hoá đơn 15% để mua hoá đơn từ bên thứ 3. Mọi người đừng nghĩ lấy cũng hoá đơn bên thứ 3 cũng được, các luật thuế đang xiết chặt, rủi ro về hoá đơn bỏ trốn và mua bán hoá đơn gần đây đều bị phạt khá nặng. Thành phố HCM mới xử lý một đường dây mua bán hoá đơn thời gian vừa rồi. Khi mình không đồng ý trả phí 15% để xuất hoá đơn, bên khách sạn trả lời với thái độ khinh khỉnh, nói với mình bên booking không sửa cho họ phần không xuất được thuế, muốn xuất thì đi bảo booking xuất cho. Về chất lượng khách sạn, với mình là một trải nghiệm khá tệ. Chỗ treo quần áo là một cái thanh treo sắt đen, không có máy sấy. Nhà vệ sinh khá hôi do có mùi cống bốc từ lỗ thoát nước lên. Phòng cách âm kém, phòng mình ở ngay gần lễ tân và mình đã được cười đùa mấy tiếng liền vào nửa đêm.

They said they would have to use bleach which would ruin the lifespan of the towel. The towel already had a stain on it and was definitely not new. Location was bad. I booked here to save some money but ended up getting grabs everywhere. We also had to ask them to change the sheets. There were black hairs on it. There was no duvet cover or soap. And it doesn't look like the pictures. If you're travelling, book elsewhere.

• Trang (1/5): Tệ vì cách xử lý của lễ tân - Lễ tân không gọi xác nhận mà tự ý huỷ phòng, chỉ gọi để báo huỷ phòng lúc gần giờ check-in là 14:00, tin nhắn booking đâu phải ai cũng check, mà kêu phải xác nhận trên tin nhắn thông qua app. Mọi chỗ khác nếu có chính sách huỷ phòng của khách trước đều gọi trước 1 ngày hoặc khách đến trễ có khả năng ko nhận phòng thì mới huỷ, chứ không phải chỉ mỗi nhắn tin trước không gọi hỏi khi người ta vừa mới đặt phòng, chưa trả lời rồi huỷ của khách. Nói chung rất tệ.!

• Lauren (1/5): Absolutely awful - Nothing When we arrived the receptionist spoke no English which was fine. However she kept shoving her phone in our faces whilst on FaceTime showing us to lots of different people. Me and my partner had no idea what was going on. After about twenty minutes of random people looking at us over FaceTime one women said over the phone we needed to contact the manager. I had no idea who the manager was or how to do this so I contacted the hotel via booking.com and eventually got the number for the manager. The manager messaged me the code and price for the room which we paid. When entering the room it was full of bugs and I mean they were everywhere in the room!!! It was awful. The main light didn’t work so we couldn’t see anything in the room as there was no window. The aircon did not work. The bed was like a brick wall. The glasses provided for water were filthy. After a long day of travelling this was not what we needed so me and my partner decided to book a new hotel and leave immediately we didn’t even stay one night it was that bad. We couldn’t be bothered to ask for a new room due to the hassle of trying to actually access the room in the first place. Whatever you do do not stay here save your money!!

I keep on asking for wifi but no reply once u make payment. Avoid such property and sunch unprofessional services.
• Mark (6/5): Convenient for a one-night stay if travelling by train, but not much else - This place is convenient for one night if travelling by train as Saigon railway station is just 5 minutes walk away, but one would not want to stay longer as what I got was a small windowless room. On the plus side, it did have an en-suite bathroom, fridge and kettle and so for the price still represented good value for money The place was all locked up when I arrived at around 1 p.m. and I was only able to gain access because another resident happened to come out and was kind enough to phone the management for me.
• Walton (10/5): A-Z GREAT EXPERIENCE - Great experience from start to finish The room was clean, comfortable, and cool , the air conditioning worked perfectly. Even though the place is right on the main road, it wasn’t noisy at all, which was a pleasant surprise. The location is super convenient for getting around, booking a ride, or doing some shopping. Just a heads-up: avoid traveling between 4–5 PM if you can, as the traffic gets pretty heavy. What I loved most was the smooth self check-in and check-out process. No need to meet the host in person , everything was done online. Just make sure to contact the property in advance to confirm your booking and complete any pre-arrival steps. That way, you can walk right in and settle down without delay. Bonus points for the super sweet and helpful staff over the phone - seriously, 10/10 for their friendliness. Overall, a solid stay. Nothing to complain about!
• Zach (6/5): Hotel hours do not match with booking.com. Please give your workers somewhere to sleep besides a mattress on the floor o - There were ants all over the place on the floor. Water pressure completely disappeared when put on hottest setting which was luke warm at most. Provider is not on site, requires you to talk via third party app and send documentation. The doors do not lock in the room just hope for the best. Checking in the “worker” was sleeping on the floor and would not let me check in because the hotels hours are different than booking.com. There is no change provided they require you to pay in cash or use third party transactions. As I was going to take a walk in the morning the worker was still sleeping on a mattress on the floor. Please treat your workers better. There were plenty of empty rooms and it was exhausting hot outside they were over heating.

• Benjamin (3/5): Poor - location 10min walk from train station for unification express. room was clean there was a lengthy interview process on WhatsApp just to confirm the room in this very average hotel. was on long bus journey from phnom penh and arrived not really knowing if there was actually a room for me . they wanted payment details to secure the room beforehand and then claimed my card didn't work even tho it did. I actually thought id got caught up in some kind of scam. wouldn't go back
• Grace (6/5): Great location with a comfortable bed, good value for money but lacks proper aircon. - Great location and friendly staff. Comfortable bed The air con didn’t work, though there was a fan which worked well. it wasn’t super clean.
• Liam (3/5): Budget accommodation - The location was nice, a little outside of district 1's chaos, but still in a nice section of district 3 near the river. Some street vendors on the same street, and nice local bars and cafes around the corner. The room was not clean and there were ants crawling on the walls. The bed was quite hard and there was no duvet cover on the duvet, nor was there a top sheet. The fan worked but the a/c didn't seem to do anything. We had a kettle but only 1 glass ( no mugs ) and at night the was a strong smell of cigarettes. Even though I ask for a non smoking room, there were ash trays provided in the room.

• Deniel (10/5): Perfect for business travelers - I was on a business trip and needed a place that’s convenient and practical - this place hit the mark. My company car could be parked right in front, and getting deliveries was super easy. The space was quiet, the AC worked smoothly, and I got great sleep after long workdays. Bonus point for the elevator - I had a lot of equipment, and it made things much easier.
• Aukje (7/5): Perfect location, friendly staff and nice room - Good stay, friendly staff, clean and working AC. Location is perfect (sometimes a little bit noise of the bizzy street)
• Chase (10/5): Exceptional - The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, the air conditioning works well, and the hot water is strong. Most importantly, the staff are incredibly friendly, always smiling and eager to help. I’m very impressed with the housekeeping team’s attentiveness, they always keep everything tidy and spotless. This is definitely a great choice for a stay in Saigon!
• Mccanel (10/5): great value - I had a very good stay at this hotel. The bed is comfy, air-con works well, shower pressure is good. All the hotel staffs always put on a smiling face and goes great length to help you. Fantastic hotel with great value. Thumbs up 👍 👌 👏

• Ondřej (10/5): Exceptional - Clean, comfy, good value for money It didn't have a window, but there was a good natural light from the corridor leading into the room (there was this milky window between our room and the corridor if I remember well) The lady let us keep bags in the reception the day we left, so we didn't need to carry them around the whole day The lady at the reception didn't speak good English The street where the hotel was was very noisy, and there is a crazy number of motorcycles in this not a wide street, didn't feel pleasant walking there
• Ooi (8/5): Very good - Location is good with many food stalls n cafes nearby hotel, the owner very helpful even there is some problems upon arrival but he quickly solved it . It’s a friendly hotel. The problem is Wi-Fi in room doesn’t work well, unstable and weak connection. I hope owner will upgrade it.and the wall is not sound proved as you can hear people talking next door, it’s quite annoying.
• Spence (10/5): Good - A budget-friendly and convenient place, not too close but not too far from the center. If you're looking to explore the local culture, this place is a must-visit, instead of the expensive and bustling area of District 1. The host is friendly and always responds quickly through messages. The room is not luxurious but comfortable enough as it is clean and tidy. The cleaning staff is on-site but doesn't speak English, which makes communication difficult.
• Olivia (10/5): Exceptional - Felt very welcomed into the hotel. The room was great, had a fan and aircon so the room was at a great temperature. The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. I was beyond impressed with how considerate and kind they were. We asked if we could leave our luggage with them for 5 and a half hours after we checked out as we had a night flight and they kept our luggage safe and sound while we went out during the day.

• App (1/5): Bad - The facility is under construction, but the owner still operate the business. The room is so dirty, hot and there is no receptionist because the owner is so cheap, he doesn't want to spend money to hire a receptionist. It is my worst experience.

• Tuyen (3/5): Poor - convenient location. I booked a room for my relative to stay, the room picture on booking is not the same as the room picture received. Checking time is 2pm, called at 12:30pm to inform that I will arrive at 1:45pm so that you can prepare the room. However, when I arrived, I had to wait more than 30 minutes for the room to be available. room is very small, moldy, air conditioner drips on bed all night, stayed 3 days and only got tv to watch on the 2nd day. It takes about 30 minutes to get hot water to shower. The hotel is under renovation from the top floors down, so I think it is not advisable to accept guests for rent at this time until it is completed. Room price does not match service on booking.com mentioned, please working with the hotel again.
