• meytal (4/5): - Location is centrally located- walking distance from the shops and the beach. The property offers a shared pool that's shared, quiet and big. The apartment itself is very clean. Owner responds quickly. The appartment did not have enough resources on hand (toilet paper, soap, garbage bags and more). When asked for more was told that there was already enough (yet we were two guests staying for 4 days with clearly not enough). Moreso, the key broke in the lock making us have to stay outside for an hour until the locksmith came and provided new keys. Although the owner was very nice and responsive towards the situation, the lock was a problem making the key break.

• Leonard (5/5): Anlage leider nicht so schön wie auf den Bildern - Wir waren nur ein paar Tage in diesem Apartment, sind aber früher abgereist, weil der Aufenthalt leider sehr enttäuschend war. Die Anlage sah ganz anders aus als auf den Bildern – insgesamt sehr heruntergekommen. Der Pool war schmutzig und ungepflegt, sodass man ihn wirklich nicht nutzen wollte. Die Wohnung selbst war in Ordnung und sauber, aber das größte Problem war die extreme Lautstärke. Das Schlafzimmer liegt direkt in Richtung Anlage, und die Fenster sind so dünn, dass man jedes Gespräch, jede Musik und jeden Schritt bis spät in die Nacht (teilweise bis 2 oder 3 Uhr) deutlich hört. Auch von der Wohnung darüber war es ständig laut – offenbar nimmt dort niemand Rücksicht auf Nachbarn. Positiv hervorheben möchten wir die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern – freundlich und unkompliziert. Sie haben uns eine Nacht erlassen, nachdem wir früher abgereist sind. Trotzdem würden wir die Unterkunft leider nicht weiterempfehlen.
• Romy_89 (8/5): Nice apartment with a lovely terrace - Lovely apartment overall, clean and well maintained, with a beautiful little terrace. The kitchen was well equipped, although some of the utensils could have been a bit cleaner. The bathroom was quite small, though the shower itself was surprisingly spacious. Unfortunately, the pool area didn’t feel very clean, and we decided not to use it.

• Alyzée (8/5): L’appartement est super. Je conseille d’y séjourner. - Appartement vraiment sympa. Très bien équipé. Très propre, et les hôtes sont vraiment prévenants. L’emplacement est idéal, je conseille néanmoins de louer une voiture pour se déplacer surtout qu’il y a un parking sécurisé sur place. Très facile d’accès même à des heures tardives, des explications claires et précises. Le lave linge est un point fort, si on ne veut pas charger les valises. La chambre qui malgré les rideaux et stores reste trop lumineuse. On vit en fonction du soleil dans la chambre.

• Ekaterina (10/5): New apartment with a hospitable owner - My husband and I spent 20 days in the apartment. 1. This is a good area of ​​Paphos - Universal. Quite successful locals live here. What you will see (Greek unfinished houses) is typical. You should also understand that it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the beach, and it is better to go to the beaches close to the city (Kabana Beach, Coral Bay) by car. 2. Keys are easy to get from the safe box. 3. The apartment complex is closed, with its own cleaning, swimming pool, a small store nearby. But we visited larger stores. 4. The apartment has been newly renovated, everything is new, fresh. This is nice. I was pleased that the owners tried even in the little things: beautiful plates, for example. Fifth and most importantly: a caring host who was always in touch and helped with everything he could. Our electricity was cut off, and an electrician immediately arrived, the issue was resolved. Or I asked to resolve the issue with bed linen (20 days!), and everything was also resolved in a flash. This didn't happen.
