Diana (3/5): Not recomendable. Watch out the door lock! - The location is good and the property was clean. The lock in the property was faulty. The first night, we got locked out after arriving, dropping off our luggage and then leaving to buy groceries. The owner offered us to stay in another airbnb but it was on the second floor and had no lift, which we would have needed as not all guests could climb stairs. I said no as this was strange and I feared for our safety to go to somewhere different from the place we had booked. The owner was understanding and paid for two rooms in a nearby hotel, as there was nothing they could do to open the door at that time of night. Bear in mind that our belongings were inside this property. The following day, we were only able to access the property again at 10:30 am. The lock was going to be changed at 1 pm and of course we had tours booked, so we just changed and left. We were given a new key, which guess what? Didn't work when we came back at 6 pm. I contacted the manager of the property again, and he was shocked but headed to the property. I called the booking.com number and the son of the owner answered, extremely rude, accusing us of breaking the lock the previous night and telling us we should have been grateful for them not leaving us on the street the night before as according to Booking.com policy they were entitled to do. He didn't seem to care that we were locked out of the property we paid in advance for a 2nd night in a row due to no fault of our own. Again, we feared for our safety and stressed for all the inconveniences and waste of time this caused so far. I sent a message to booking.com to see if they could help in which the son of the owener replied rude again and he kept going. Fortunately, the manager arrived, the issue, from six sets of keys, ours was faulty. He was super apologetic of the issues. The problem is that by then, we had wasted a lot of our holiday because of this, half a day, and the evening. So watch out!
