- Skye (8/5): Nice but probs not worth the higher price. - The staff for Airport transfers were the friendliest and most helpful staff we have ever come across The unit was extremely dated and Kitchen equipment was either rusty or chipped. Knife block was disgusting and could not use any of them.

Comfortable beds!
Late check out provided without asking which saved us a lot of hassle! Air conditioning in second bedroom didn’t work
- ARMSTRONG JAMES (7/5): Sunset Waters 17 - Staff were friendly and welcoming, Buggy was very useful, the apartments were very quiet and easily accessible in a good location. Came with a microwave, airfryer and a good fridge. The rooms and living room all came with a working TV, cleaning equipment and snorkelling equipment was also provided in the apartment. Main bedroom had a phone charging platform provided in the room on either side. The upstairs 2nd bedroom air-conditioner wasn't working, it turned on just never got cool. Some of the plates were slightly chipped on the edges, not a big deal but noticeable when cleaning. Several dents/holes around the apartment which isn't really an issue just didn't look great. Shower door/curtain was missing so water would spray the bathroom whenever you took a shower. Cabinet was damaged from the water damage and the drain cover was very dirty. There was a working smoke alarm downstairs but missing from upstairs. The location advertised a pool but upon arrival the pool was actually destroyed/renovating? Not sure but there was no pool. WiFi was okay sometimes dropped out but worked fine for the most part. Balcony and rear area were a bit unclean but it's leaves from the surrounding trees.

- John (9/5): Lots of room and nice views. - The places was roomie and conveniently located. The use of the buggy was a real benefit. We enjoyed the upstairs bedrooms and the carpeting. The downstairs was nice fore seeing over the water views. Use of the pools at Cateye Beach made it feel like a 5 star resort. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was nice. The comforters on the beds were very dirty and needed washing. They appeared to not have been washed in many months of use. We had to wash some items before using them.

- Dianne (3/5): Location great but accomodation is unsafe and non compliant with safety aspects relating to fire services and balcony sa - Apartment 17: Location was great and having a buggy service for airport pick up and ferry drop off was helpful. Spacious apartment. Close to One Tree Hill for sunset. The pool is damaged beyond repair but was still advertised as a feature of the apartment. Upstairs decking is rotted through to the point the balustrade is loose. Upstairs hallway smoke alarm is missing. Doorstops on toilet door are hanging off the wall. Bathroom tap constantly drips. Shower screen is broken and was resting on the bathroom floor against the sink. Cleaning left little to be desired. Looks like tree roots are lifting the pavers in the downstairs courtyard which means you can’t use all of the outdoor seats. Admittedly when I raised all of this to the owner we got a 50% refund. I advised them that this apartment SHOULD NOT be rented out until the safety matters are addressed.

- Phillip (8/5): Property let down by maintenance issues. - . Location, Views, comfort and the provision of a buggy! Could have been a great property. It was let down by maintenance issues. One part of the shower screen was missing resulting in a wet floor if not VERY careful. We were careful as of advanced age we could not risk another fall such as my wife has had in recent months.
Additionally the exhaust fan in the upstairs toilet was u/s and the cold tap in the upstairs bathroom dripped annoyingly if not turned off very tightly.
Finally poor communication by staff meant our pickup and transfer to the airport was delayed, we were not overly late as we had planned well. Due to a snafu they went to the wrong carport and not finding us simply departed. Only repeated phone calls from us brought results
